“My family had the pleasure of dining at Lola & Giuseppe's last evening, and it truly was a pleasure! We began with wedding soup (some of the best I have ever tasted), a Guiseppe's Salad, and spinach-artichoke dip. Two of our group had the meat lasagna which was delicious and a huge serving. Other entrees included egg plant parmigana and chicken marsala. All were excellent, large servings, and very reasonably priced. The surprise (and a good one) was the Creme de Limocello that was bursting with lemon flavor and a nice little nip. Service was excellent and the owner stopped by to chat on two occasions thanking us for dining there. It was undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we have had in quite a while. Highly recommend!”

“I took my husband to IHOP for Father's Day and had a wonderful experience! We brought our little grandson along, and our server was incredibly kind and patient with him (he is one), which made our visit even more special.

The food was delicious especially the pancakes and crispy hash browns. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the service was attentive from start to finish. Our server checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great food, friendly service, and a family-friendly atmosphere made for a perfect Father's Day breakfast. We'll definitely be back! 🥞”

“This team got slammed after the Buckeye Country Superfest and they rocked. The communication was so good and nobody waited long for anything. The manager, cook, and servers were all so kind and efficient despite the busy crowd. And the food was amazing, especially for being around midnight. I would definetly go here again.”

“Visited Columbus for the first time and stumbled into an amazing restaurant that truly sets the bar for what ethos restaurants should operate from- no seed oils, quality water and everything cooked in beef tallow. For a health conscious restaurant their prices are beyond reasonable with something on the menu for anyone who’s looking to expand their horizons of healthy eating.

Kate recommended I get the gyro since she likes it and its popular. I also ordered hash browns and scrambled eggs . I took the food home and the eggs were missing but they gave me a credit for those next time I come back . Everything tasted really good, loved the hash browns 10/10. The French toast and gravy was really good, the biscuits were a little crispy thou . Fiancé says gyro was okay but pretty dry not much meat 5/10. “pros and cons. CONS.. If you were to base your visit on first checking out the cleanliness of the bathrooms before you eat, you'd turn around and leave. The men's room in the basement needs so much work and the multiple colonies of gnats was like visiting the basement of college kids from a party and cans and spilled beer have never been cleaned up. Horrible condition. The ladies refused to even look at theirs. Booths are small and tight. Definitely an old building, but it's kind of cool with its history. PROS... Those were some really really good burgers. Wife got the Ali and I got the Old School. Burgers are huge and easily splitable. We tried this after friends suggested the burgers and we were not disappointed. Onion rings were too greasy for us, but the fries and homemade chips were great. Alll and all, it's definitely an option to eat again when in town.”

A few of the sweet baristas are Kelsey, Daniela, Erin, Gi Gi, but 'all' of them are a joy. The manager is Dylan and he is exceptionally nice always. The baristas 'always' make my customized drink right. They seem like family. Let's be especially respectful and kind to them. Their demeanor remains the same even when they are rushed and extremely busy. It's a joy to see them.”

I've loved Kona since the first time I came in 2003 yall. So for me it's one of my favorites. Jacquelyn and Juan could not have made my first outing post chemo/newly bald more memorable. This before they knew I had just experienced a very challenging week. That aside the food was phenomenal, I had the macadamia nut chicken and holy Hannah the dessert! We are out of town and decided to try this as we ate at the one in Cincinnati before he had allergies! The manager came out. The chef told him what they could do and the waitress was made aware and did an allergy ticket for his meal! The best service and we felt the allergy was taken serious! Would highly recommend!”

I love the fact there are soft chairs and a soft couch to sit on. With fibromyalgia,it's important I sit on soft furniture. Plenty of tables with chairs to sit to read, type on a laptop, have meetings, etc. The iced latte was delicious - I wished there were more gluten-free baked goods/meals. “The sushi tasting menu at Haru Omakase was lovely. Great cocktails, creative and varied flavors and very fresh seafood. The tasting included some familiar seafood and also several different varieties of fish I’ve never tried before. All were delicious and fresh. I was a really big fan of Kihachi, which closed years ago, and I’m happy to have another upscale Japanese restaurant in Columbus that is comparable in quality. I look forward to future tastings at Haru and experiencing more Japanese cuisine.
