“I love Charlie’s. It’s good. But every time I order they always mess it up. I get a chicken Philly, everything on it and add cold jalapeños. They never give me the jalapeños even though it’s on the receipt, one time they gave me a steak Philly. Today was the final straw when I broke down what I wanted, and read the receipt afterward. I was given a chicken California which has ranch and I hate ranch. I was the only one at the restaurant. With how expensive they are, they need to start getting the orders right”

“Hello, my name is Mariah Moore and I have a 12-year-old son and his name is Deshawn we go to Rita’s probably every other day and know all of the staff there. Unfortunately, recently, my son was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer and we have been admitted into rainbows, baby and children’s in Cleveland for the next five weeks they started chemo therapy early on him, so it made his appetite, not so great but he loves Rita’s and my brother drove 40 minutes to our hometown Elyria to get him a gallon of Rita’s and bring it out to the hospital to him and we had a Rita’s party so thank you for providing amazing Italian ices because it really made my sons day.”

“A nice neighborhood bar in the old sense of the word. They are not very pretentious ,it is a beer and a shot kind of joint but they have a great cook and you can get some good bar food there. They also have a nearly full compliment of every lottery machine that the state of Ohio permits to be used. Pool table, and darts, also they have several games in the back room. There's also a patio area where you can dine al fresco when the weather is right. I like this place for the unpretentious presentation and you can tell that there is a core of regulars that frequent the place but nobody will make you feel like you're out of place.”

Always have starbucks merchandise at 50%-70% off, so many choices!Also, please don't mistake us with the Starbucks on the corner of Abbe&254.

Parking: We are located in the front of LCCC. No drive thru, but mobile ordering, quick pickup, virtually no wait or long lines. Can park very close&grab&go.

I'd requested extra writing and they nailed it and clearly put effort into the piping. They also did not scrimp on the fudgy crunch layer, as a different location did one year. “We visit this location quite regularly. I wish that I would have caught her name after all these visits, but there is a sweet blonde gal that works the drive thru window pretty often, who is ALWAYS so kind to us! This morning though, she really went above and beyond and I would love for her wonderful customer service to be recognized! My son is 5 years old and has Autism. Aside from having several food allergies that make eating difficult; he is a picky eater, struggles with various textures, and like many individuals with Autism….he struggles to trying new things. A few months ago, he discovered he likes the glazed munchkins (he calls them “squishy circles” 😂). It became the best part of his morning, stopping for his squishy circles (and mama’s much needed coffee!) Until about 2 weeks ago, when we got an order of munchkins that the glaze was still quite fresh…making them sticky. He reached his hand in the bag to grab one and was absolutely horrified by the sticky texture on his hands. Ever since, he cries “no sticky squishes” 😭😂 So this morning, I tried ordering him an “old fashioned” donut on the app….hoping that the plainness of the donut would cure his fear of the stickies. When we got to the window, the sweet blonde gal told us they didn’t have old fashioned and offered us glazed instead. So I awkwardly explained our dilemma….which she kindly and patiently listened to without any judgement. I embarrassingly asked if there was any way she could pick….the least sticky….of the glazed munchkins for him….to which she said no problem! The pure shock….followed by absolute JOY on my son’s face when he looked into the bag and saw the original “squishy circles” that he fell in love with…truly made my morning. To her, it seemed like no big deal. She provided us quick and kind customer service and probably went about her morning thinking nothing of it. But for us (special needs families)…these small moments of kindness are BIG. So if anyone sees this and knows that sweet blonde gals name, please extend my heartfelt thank you to her for making my son’s day! 💕 (Friday, June 7th, 2024 around 9:15am, drive thru of the N.
