“I have been a loyal customer to the Subway on Detroit Rd. in Rocky River for years. I have always found most of the staff to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The restaurant is always clean. Unfortunately I attempted to place a pick up order approximately 3 weeks ago. I was told I had to place the order online. I explained that I had a procedure done on my eyes and couldn't see well enough. I was shocked. Her response was this. "Sorry that's our policy." I would encourage anyone to still go there. It is clean and the staff is usually kind in every way. Sadly they lost a very loyal customer in me. To my main man John I'm sorry.“
“Placed an order through the app and it was accidentally picked up by someone else, the owner understood what happened and had my sandwiches remade as I waited. The kid (Mixed guy with a really good curly Fro) who made it could teach a lesson in humility and customer service. He was so chill and apologetic. They will definitely get my business again!“
