“I had a fantastic experience at this place! The store was super clean, and I was greeted very nicely. I ordered the club sub and the Italian sub, and both were made with fresh ingredients and super tasty. I also loved the surprise pickle! My order was made quickly, and the customer service was great. The atmosphere was fun too. Highly recommend!”

“Went in to celebrate me and my cousin's birthday, already had reservations and still had to wait another half hour 😞, everyone ordered a t- Bone steak,baked potato, salads and even ordered the triangles with spinach dip, pretty good 😊.our server Brice was understanding and helped us out as much as his job description would let him. So whoever the manger was on our date of visit 🤦🏽,had no understanding; steaks under cooked temp 3 times we sent them back to the kitchen 😞.then asked the manager on duty could he do a discount or something; IDK guess he wasn't prepared for that question.so after again another steak came back out under temp,my daughter went and got her meat thermometer and temp the steak herself; instead of the manger standing in the kitchen and making sure the staff was doing like they should 🥺🤦🏽. the manger I feel needed to be in the kitchen and not on the floor 🤷🏽, didn't get our a1 steak sauce nor our Heinz steak sauce 🤦🏽. and so the manger never came back to see if everything was ok, Brice did 👏🏽,so yeah all in all after that the so- called wanna be manger ( the way he was dressed, even for a Sunday: looked like he just came in off the street 🥴) we ended up getting dinner free 😊. that definitely was a nice birthday present for my cousin and I 🙌🏽🥳, but don't think I'll be going back, could of given us food poisoning,simanall, bacteria any and everything from the steak's all of us ordered and it was a total of 5 adults and 2 children.”

“We ordered a monster sub and the meatballs with cheese yesterday about 730pm. We were next door for pool league, she told me 25 min for a sub and meatballs, I figured they were backed up for 25 min, I set timer and walked down 2 min before it went off, food was on rack, it obviously was sitting there for some time as the sub meat was COLD. My husband was so upset lol. The meatballs were the size of spaghettiO’s meatballs. The taste was there but the toddler size meatballs were shameful. We’ve gotten these a few times before and never ever were they this tiny To charge $9’for 6 of these is sinful lol Def turned off for awhile , be back at a much later date I sent a message last night before writing this. It’s still unanswered”

“Shouting out this location for their superb customer service. I came in tonight with a group of teenage boys to celebrate my son’s birthday. One of his friends started feeling dizzy and lightheaded in line so we got him a seat and water. One of the employees named Jasmine thought to ask if he had eaten anything today (which he had not) and she got him a complimentary no name cake so he had something to eat while pizzas were being prepared.

Beyond this, all of the employee were polite and patient with our entire group. They didn’t have any issue with our large order or keeping everything straight. The food was hot and delicious! I will absolutely be frequenting this location more often. Thank you for the awesome customer service!”

“My Philly Cheesesteak (steak, provolone, sauteed mushrooms, onions, peppers, mayo, on a really flavorful sub bun) was SUPERB. Best Cheesesteak I've had in years, hands down. Even beats the ones I get every time I go to Philly. I've been looking for my new favorite Cheesesteak place, and now one is open practically in my backyard!

“I love this place! I have been eating here since my freshman year of high school and I’m now a senior and so upset I’m leaving for college cause I won’t be able to eat here so often. On a high school kids salary this place is extremely affordable, gives large portions and above all else is delicious. The family working here are extremely kind and generous people who clearly love what they do. I’ve never had a bad meal here and I’ve had almost the entire menu. My favorite is the hot and sour soup and crab Rangoon. He never understood the bad reviews and they even made me scared to eat here but DO NOT TRUST THEM. Majority of the High school and junior high eat here and never complain. This place is once again amazing, so much so I had to leave a review to let people know.”

“Our first visit to this nice cozy restaurant. My husband had the lunch chicuga and was blessed with an abundance of steak. I had the Los 3 Nortenos quesadilla with chicken. The rice and sides were wonderful and very flavorable. Our service attendant did a very nice job and was professional and polite with a sweet smile.”

“I had been looking for a great pizza place since moving back to Ohio 11 years ago. I had settled on Marcos because when they 1st opened, it was wonderful. I guess they’ve become complacent, or they have so much turnover, that they can’t provide good service anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this place. I have stopped patronizing the restaurant because of messed up orders, pizza boxes stuck to the toppings, and just a general lack of attention to detail. The app is way too unreliable, and you miss out on half of your rewards. When I did order, it was always for delivery. I’m my wife’s caregiver, and we don’t go out much anymore.”
