I had the BLT and he had the chef’s choice wraps. Mine had a bunch of flavor to the sauce. It was really good He said his was spicy not too spicy. We both had the cannoli chips and OMG!!!!! Soo good. “We had Old Carolina cater our wedding this last Saturday (2.24.24) at Lake Affect Studios in Cleveland, OH and we cannot thank the staff enough. We opted for a buffet option which worked out so well. We are still getting compliments on how delicious the food was. When we were thinking about food for our wedding, I knew I wanted a barbecue buffet! Once we saw they were on the preferred list of vendors for Lake Affect Studios it was a no brainer and we went with them as our first choice. We used to love eating at Old Carolina when they had a restaurant in Mentor, OH. Kelsey was so helpful in answering all of my questions leading up to wedding day, and assisting with the set up the day before. They did an amazing job keeping everyone fed and the staff was friendly and efficient. They let us take home left over food and we were able to enjoy the barbecue even after our big day. “Definitely a fine deli! I have enjoyed fantastic salads, soups, and sandwiches here. Beware of the portion sizes, splitting is a great option or plan on enjoying leftovers at home :) sandwich is great but sports about a solid four inches of turkey. I would have enjoyed 1/3 of the meat and maybe a homemade herb aioli to liven it up. Lovely dining room. Patio in season. Reservations a great idea, party is seated when all have arrived, seems to be an effective policy as it is a popping spot with high demand on table space.”

“I would give this place 5 stars if I could! We went for my birthday dinner and it was a great experience. They have a whole vegan menu and large portion sizes! Our waitress was wonderful too. We got the French Onion soup (which I’d literally never had before bc I’ve never found a place that had a vegan one), the blackened tofu Tartine, the Brussel sprouts, the vegan steak entree and a pb, chocolate, caramel dessert! Also, we ordered a side of the wild mushrooms and they were to die for! Everything was delicious and we had leftovers to take home too. Can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in town!”

“I was invited to a music gig on a Sunday several weeks ago and have stopped several times since. It's a great place and bike riding distance from my home. Each time I've met new friends and owner and bar are authentice and unique! The music presented is such a gift.”

“I stopped in over the summer with my sister for lunch and we were so glad we did, food was absolutely amazing! I told my boyfriend after we have to go there, it is so good! Took him yesterday for his birthday, we are both still talking about it today. He told me he told multiple people at work about it and has been thinking about your cannolis all day and I have been too, best I've ever had. Ever single thing from cocktails to dessert to atmosphere is absolutely amazing, I, we cannot brag about you guys enough! Classy cocktail menu, the char sour and classic old fashioned are a must try. You're selection of bourbon for bourbon lovers is top notch too! Last the food, beet salad, lobster rolls, cassoulet pie are to die for 🤌 have to talk about the cannolis again, one pistachio and one chocolate chip, don't snooze on those if you go! “Amazing, cozy, warm atmosphere. $15 beer flights of 8 beers and all are very good! Two hoppy & malty IPAs are among the best. $9 burgers every Tuesday- the Black & Bleu Burger is delicious. The bartender Kelly is friendly, knowledgeable, high energy, and fun- be nice to her and tip her well. Men’s washroom is clean and cool. Last but not least LOTS OF PARKING in their free parking lot. Highly recommend. I’ll be back! 🍻”

“We had Mario cater our small wedding last week. He went above and beyond to make the our guests happy with his delicious food! All of our guests raved about the dinner provided for them. Many said it was the best food they have had at a wedding. Mario gave us exactly what we asked for and elevated his food with the love he has for cooking. An absolutely fun place, they've gone all in with the Christmas decorations.
I had the brussel sprouts, chicken paprikash, and the fish and chips. All were excellent, but don't miss the chicken paprikash.
The place was rockin and rollin, so make reservations.
They own three other bars/restaurants on the same street check them all out of you get a chance!

“All you can eat fries with your meal the first order was hot and fresh.
The second order took forever to arrive at our table and when they did finally arrive they were cold as ice.
This could be because our server was distracted constantly by talking to her coworkers they were all just standing around either talking amongst themselves or playing on their cellphones.”

I ordered the Demarco cut, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The steak was cooked to perfection - a beautiful medium-rare with a mouthwatering crust on the outside and tender, juicy meat on the inside. The quality of the beef was outstanding, and you could tell they source their meat from top-notch suppliers.
