“I ordered through the Harvey’s app and picked up my food at the drive-thru. The order was ready really quickly, and the whole process was smooth and easy. The only small issue was that my food wasn’t quite hot by the time I got it. I think it’s because the app tells customers to pick up about 10 minutes later, but the food is often prepared much sooner and not kept under the heat lamp long enough. Hopefully this is something they’ll improve on for future orders, because everything else was great and I’ll definitely be back.”

“We arrived for 5:15pm for our dinner reservation. It was our first time here. We were checked in very quickly. Our hostes was lovely and excited to hear we were there for the first time. Our server was Emily (I hope I got her name right). She was great at explaining the menu and giving recommendations. We really liked that she didn't rush us and made it a very comfortable experience. Appetizer we had the mushroom toast, it was a good portion for two people. Drinks, my husband has beer and I tried the Berries in Bloom and Quebec 37, I enjoyed the Quebec 37 more. For mains I had the potato thin crust pizza and my husband had braised beef cheeks. Both were good portions and delicious. For dessert we had chocolate torte, tasted good but was the smallest dessert we probably ever had at a restaurant. We wish the portion was bigger. After dinner we went to the bookstore next door and picked up some games.”

“Me and my family have been here a couple times before. It is DIVINE. we were just recently back for my birthday and it was wonderful, as always!

The atmosphere is wonderful. We were on the second floor, the stairs are a bit steep, so it was a bit of a struggle for my grandmother, but said stairs are very wide, so there was lots of room for us to help along side her, and keep most of the walk way open.

They wwre trying out a new fall menu, and its just as good if not better than their standard one. I would highly recommend this place! Its classy, but not outrageously expensive, and has a gorgeous ambiance. Perfect for events, date nights, or even just if you're feeling like treating yourself to a nice dinner.”

“I was looking for a specific Happy Meal toy and the workers asked which one I needed. I told them and they were able to find it for me really quickly. I feel like they went above and beyond, especially when compared to other McDonalds in the area.

The staff was friendly here and the food was good. They made a child very happy to be able to complete their Happy Meal collection.”

“Had a very pleasant experience with Riddhi at this location. She was friendly and appeared to enjoy her job. Coffee was typical Tim’s, hot, fresh and delicious. What was appealing at this location was the breakout room with its long table, suitable for a group of 8-10, plus a couple of comfy chairs. (Couldn’t take photos as room was occupied). Really liked this location, and enjoyed rhe hockey decor!”

For all the ice cream lovers out there like me—this location serves the best adult-sized vanilla cones! Nothing drives me crazier than getting one of those tiny cones that feel like they're made for kids. But not here—this location actually gives you a proper-sized vanilla cone, which is surprisingly hard to find these days.

The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming. I'm consistently impressed with how pleasant and professional they are, no matter how busy it gets.

Thushada, prepared the best vanilla cone and hot fudge sundae I’ve ever had. The presentation was perfect, and it was clear she took care and pride in her work. That extra effort truly made my day, and I really appreciated it.

Also, a quick shoutout to the McDonald's app—if you're a regular patron, it's a must-have. The deals and rewards you get through the app are fantastic and not available otherwise.

“I really loved this place. Not only one of the best Tim Hortons branches in Guelph but across Ontario.
The staff are very understanding, knowledgeable and accommodating to all my asks, and easy to communicate with.
The food is always fresh, delicious and tasty, clearly made with passion.
The place is also well designed in a modern and neat style. Although I didn’t get a chance yet to dine-in as I always go for grab n go, but I like ordering from inside the store rather than the drive through to get a chance to enjoy the atmosphere.

The man that is always there when we bring our girls to get their Sweet Tea fix is absolutely amazing, so friendly and super kind to our girls. Every day she asks if we can go there. “With the Grain is my Saturday morning ritual. The coffee and baked goods are amazing. I stock up for the week with an oatmeal sandwich loaf (awesome for our Saturday lunch grilled cheese sandwiches), baguettes (they make for fantastic French toasts), croissant bread (which my daughter devours in her school lunches) and often something sweet as a treat - the brownies, bee sting squares and cinnamon rolls are always a hit! The staff is super friendly and I appreciate the loyalty cards for coffee and bread. The bakery itself is small but so quaint being in an old historical house. If you haven’t tried With the Grain, you’re missing out on a Guelph experience.”

“My granddaughter works for the Timmies at 29 Wellington in Guelph Ontario. She really likes her job and her supervisor. My granddaughter has a good sense of what she prefers and her attitude in going to work each day tells me that she is totally satisfied in her job which is what every grandma wants you to do hear. My favorite is the latte and a chocolate dipped donut. I usually go through the drive through but the employee at the window is friendly and helpful. I have never got a wrong order and am grateful to the staff for making it a pleasant experience. I did write another review today but for some reason only the excellent rating was recorded. The only thought, the reduction used on the chicken dish tasted the same as the one used on my steak. I would have preferred a different flavour for each. “I have been here a few times now, with friends, family, and on date nights. And I will definitely continue to do so!

My go-to dish is the spicy negi with chicken, it is super delicious. Its the perfect level of spicy where it has the kick but it doesn't hurt! The oni chicken bao were life changing though. Much smaller, definitely not a full meal but EXTREMELY delicious. They quickly became one of my favourite things on the menu.

The service is always quick, and the staff are super polite and accommodating, even when its super busy!

That being said, it does get very busy very quick. They have one larger table inside that is better for accessibility purposes, and is very nice by the window and can seat quite a few people. Its quite cozy! But if that isnt of concern there is also the bar style seating. It is rather limited though. So id say definitely try and get there before the dinner or lunch rush! The patio seating during the summer is my favourite though, but even then they fill up quickly!

“Impero Bar & Grill on Speedvale is a little gem. Last night, I went there with friends to see The Fab Floyd -- an up-and-coming local band rocking out the tunes of the Beatles and Pink Floyd. I had the chicken caesar wrap with fresh-cut fries and it did not disappoint. Great food at great prices and great live music! And I will be back to try the Ethiopian dishes :)”

She was super helpful with the menu and recommendations. Explained everything to us and checked up on us to make sure everything was ok. She was delightful and brought joy to our day. “We came to the Albion for our run club and normally just get a beer but we saw the salmon sausage on the menu and it sounded so interesting we had to try it. It came with really delicious house made potato chips. The sausage was more like baked salmon than a sausage texture but the flavour was good but I think I prefer a normal sausage.
I really love the vibe of the place and the servers are so friendly and welcoming.”
