Hidden behind the DQ is an old house converted into a HK cafe. Came for afternoon tea where there was a small selection for afternoon tea. Prices were quite reasonable for some of the items and abit much for some others. Service was good considering a hk cafe. Came back to try the hk style toast during afternooon tea. Came already dressed with condensed milk, butter, and peanut butter. It was delicious: salty, sweet, buttery. Not crispy, but too delicious to care. The chicken leg and salad on the afternoon tea menu also looked super popular and tasty. A large portion, definitely looks worth the $8.50.
Randomly found this place on Google Map and I thought I can give it a try since it recently opened.I ordered the baked ox tongue rice with curry sauce and hot YinYang with condensed milk. The curry was decent. it’s very HK style cause they fried the egg in the rice first then bake it. It’s a bit overpriced though.
