“Our visit for lunch was great! We let Tania know that we were tight on time and she got our food out super quick. We had a gluten allergy at the table and Tania and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Great location, great service and food. We will be coming back soon!“

“The food here is good and the restaurant experience is very good and the staff are very friendly and very polite and they always try their best to make sure that you have a good experience and they play sports events besides the leafs which nice and 2 staff by the bar area especially professional their names are Pavit and his amazing co-worker Steph they stay on top of everything they are very friendly and knowledgeable and they are very nice people if you ever decide to come to this restaurant be sure to be in these 2 people’s area of the restaurant you won’t regret it and today September 29 2025 the waitress named Arsh has ok job and she her boss is very polite.“

“Was at the hotel that is attached for a few days. Was in the restaurant every day and the service was great. Pauline is an absolute gem!!!! Any restaurant would be lucky to have her. “It's a hotel restaurant next to the lobby. It is what it is, but I've been coming to this restaurant for years even though i have never stayed at the hotel. The food is good. The service is excellent. It's quiet. It's never too busy. It's 100% reliable. It's perfect for a simple business lunch and so conveniently located. If you're looking for highly imaginative 5 star dining, this is not the place, but if you want good food, with something on the menu for everyone, lots of parking and a perfectly pleasant environment, this is a good option.“

“So I went to this restaurant on August 8th this week for a social event, and the onion rings and chicken fingers were good and the service was good. However, if you require news captioning, there is something wrong with the TVs or with the service that the restaurant uses which prevents them from being able to turn on closed captioning for the CP24 news channel. I was very confused as to why the staff I asked said no to me - I genuinely believed discrimination at first. However, someone from the social attempted to navigate the menus and the option for closed captioning was grayed out and not selectable. I hope that issue can be corrected in due time around the TV and/or the service as captioning has many beneficiaries and I would hate for the restaurant to miss out on repeat business because of that. My recommendation is thus based on the service around food. Numerically, everything overall is a 4 out of 5.“

“This was my first time ever coming to Pump House Grille and wow, I was seriously impressed with the food and the service.

We got the cheesy bread, I had the jerk tacos, and we split the brownie sundae.

First off, the cheesy bread came with this tomato dipping sauce and it was so good. The bread itself was perfectly crispy and super cheesy,just the way it should be. Perfect!
Then the jerk tacos. Ohh myyy word. They were unreal. Spicy, but like the kind of spicy that makes you keep going back for more.
And that brownie sundae??? The brownie made me feel like I was swimming like Augustus into a river of decadent chocolate.
Warm, rich, chocolatey goodness. I didn’t want it to end.

The service was also amazing. I love being able to see the kitchen staff doing their thing and the managers actually out and about talking to people.
You can tell they care about the place and want everyone to have a great time.

On our way out, I saw someone setting up for live entertainment.
Not sure if that’s a regular thing, but either way, I thought that was such a cool vibe.

I can’t wait to come back.

“I loved the rooftop ambience and the street view. Gave the impression of an old time Mexican street cafe.
The food was well prepared and well served too. We ordered the Steak Sandwich and the Chicken Wrap. Heavy must say. Rather filling.
The service was great! And I must add that the Long Island Iced Tea was prepared quite well.
Value for money.
For parking - I'd suggest the Library which is a short walk away.
Else there's paid parking on the street.“

“We went to Chuck’s yesterday and, as always, the food and drinks were fantastic. We were a group of 9, and our server Robinson was amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Excellent service and a great experience as always!“
