We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Julie at Swiss Chalet, and she was truly exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she was funny, jovial, sweet, and incredibly kind. Her energy made the whole meal feel warm and welcoming.

She was also impressively fast and thoughtful with our orders — everything came out exactly right and right on time. What really made the experience special was how she went out of her way to get everyone to come over and sing Happy Birthday to me. It felt sincere, joyful, and so well organized — not awkward or rushed at all, just genuinely lovely.

“Stopped by late afternoon for a bit to eat on the patio. They allowed dogs on the outside patio which was nice. Unfortunately, my dog wasn’t on his best behaviour but the staff were patient and understanding. The food and beer hit the spot - the service was amazing!“

“At first thought. I was pulled back by the price, that being said. I ordered one of their more popular burgers coming in at 8oz and side poutine with a drink. Every bite was delicious and given the calorie count, it is technically two meals for me. So looking at it from the view, the price is a little easier to get behind.

“I stopped by for the first time to chicken squared. The wings were made upon order and the best I have ever had! I tried it with the hot sauce and the honey garlic. I also had the chai which was the right level sweetness. The staff person, Karan, who took my order, was friendly and also checked in to see what I thought of the food.
