“Amazing service here. I usually go to the location at Erin Mills (which is always great)! This location went above and beyond. When we walked in, Ishita welcomed us, provided menus and asked us to take our time to order. She offered some suggestions for the kids and came to check on us during the meal and tidy up the table.

The restaurant itself is clean and inviting. My daughter loves the Gladiator sign as well (posted here)

“I went at lunch time as it was national hotdog day. Busy but quickly served, and waited the 5 minutes I was told it would take. The server was always pleasant, despite two really rude and loud customers being unpleasant to her. 150% impressed with the service and the whistle dog were lovely.“

They explained what had happened and offered us options for how we would like to proceed. They were kind and thoughtful, as well as generous. The staff didn’t know, but my sister-in-law and I were having lunch before going to the funeral home to finalise arrangements for my Mom’s death. Their consideration made the world of difference on a very sad day.“
