“Very High traffic Tim Hortons that still remains clean and efficient! This location has been a fave in Scarborough for YEARS.Best spot to have a group meeting, study, get some work done. The cleaning staff here are always on duty. Rarely do I see tables with garbage or mess left. The waste receptacles are always clear and cleaned. Today, I even saw on of the staff cleaning the exterior area where people smoke. She even wiped down the garbage bin outside!Of course, they prob don’t HAVE to do this, but the cleaning crew here definitely purely takes that extra time to make it a comfortable and clean spot for the amount of people in and out.(Atmosphere gets a little crazy during peak times, especially in the evening ha with students and larger groups staying long periods of time. But if you don’t mind the busyness, then it’s quite lively and great for people watchers LOL)“
“This place has really improved over the past year. It t wasn't very good service wise last year, (food quality has been going downhill for years now, but thats coprate trying to save money, not the restaurants fault) but they seemed to have made some staff changes and everything is much better now. Only thing I would suggest is always have 2 people working the cash in the mornings, the line can be long and can take a while to order somedays.“
“My recent experience at Tims left much to be desired. Despite being unaware of their food service hours, I was met with rudeness when I attempted to order a drink after 10 pm. The staff member seemed annoyed and walked away before I could even place my order. It's disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, and it's clear that some individuals may not be suited for roles in which they interact with the public.“
“Everything tastes fresh. I haven't had a good cup of coffee from Tim hortons in a long time so this was very satisfying. The gentleman who took my order was kind enough to grill my wrap again because I wanted the cheese melted. Very happy with the service and food!“
“It is with the greatest pleasure that I write to everyone today about this Tim Horton's location. In my personal experience it by far outbeats any other Tim Horton's around. I will start off by saying they have the best and most qualified baker ever. He comes in early each morning to prep and prepare the day's menu. He is super fast and super efficient and extremely easy to communicate with. His name is Ashik. There is a lovely, smart and intelligent lady named Sangee that is their head cashier and is fabulous at her job. She greets each and every customer with a warm and welcoming attitude and is aware of all their wants and needs. She always looks and acts in a professional manner and all her customers including myself love dealing with her because of her kindness and ability to get the job done properly and efficiently. They have a wonderful array of cashiers here who are pleasant to their customers and who do their jobs well. The cashiers I am referring to and have also waited on me are Kunishka, Clarissa, Shiny and Maria and all are terrific on the job. Last but not least we have the manager who is Rohit and he is great at running the ship. He is a very quiet man but extremely competent and well organized in his daily routine which I would say counts for a lot. I love being a part of this Tim Horton's Team as a valued customer and will continue to recommend it to everyone I meet.“
“This Tim Hortons is my go-to spot! Their service is lightning-fast, ensuring you get your favorite coffee or snack in no time. The interior is cozy, with comfortable seating and a welcoming ambiance. It's the perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends while enjoying their delicious offerings."“
“A small outlet, and quite old with no kiosk. However, the staff are courteous, and provide good service. Also, they have a restroom facility, though it needs to be kept clean. No parking space, except in the plaza beside.Dietary restrictions: As with all other outlets of Tim Hortons, coffee is available with artificial sweetener, though not stevia. So diabetic patients have some respite.“
“I used to pass by this store often and would always buy my dark roast coffee by drive through. But today I made a special effort to sit down and eat. I found that its restroom was quite clean. Although this store is small, the work efficiency is still quite high. I like this small store very much.“
“Today i went to drive thru the experience was very good. Nice guy working at window helped me with my tims reward app. Food was somewhat okay as bagel was not double toasted but the service he provided compansated for that as he replaced that.“
“The gas station is a one-stop store.- Gas- Air Pumps for tires- Wheelchairs accessible-Tim Hortons drive-through orwalk-ins,-Clean washrooms well kept-Sell of M & M foods there is aMicrowave or take so youDon't need to stop at thegrocery store on the wayhome.☆ You won't be disappointed and the staff at Tim Hortons and the Gas Station Attendants are very friendly.“
“My only concern is the bread that is left open for flies to be all over it this need to stop the breads need covering food inspections should go to every location I wend to Markham and Ellesmere at the gas station flies all over the bread because it's not covered and they are serving to people this is unhealthy Tim Horton do something about this .if it's not done I will make it be known.“
“Buy an Orange Sprinkle Donut on September 30 and October 1 at Tim Hortons. 100% of the proceeds of every Orange Sprinkle Donut will go to Indigenous charities. It's the third year Tim Hortons has been fundraising to support essential educational and community programs. The campaign was made possible through partnerships with Orange Shirt Society, Indian Residential School Survivors Society, and New Pathways Foundation.I like that this project was started by Indigenous Tim Hortons restaurant owners; it continues to raise awareness of the history of residential schools, honouring survivors, their families and communities. Count me in to buy a dozen Orange Sprinkle Donuts on September 30, Orange Shirt Day because every child matters.“
“The central location in a bustling plaza is incredibly convenient. The store is impeccably clean, and there's a sufficient number of dining tables. The staff is not only friendly and welcoming but also impressively quick in their service.“
“I have found all the staff at this Tim's to be super friendly as I arrive daily for my cappuccino! They are super efficient and recognize me as soon as they hear my voice on the drive thru. Staff seem to stay which is a great sign. SP the manager is wonderful and I look forward daily to pulling up to the window to see their smiles and greeting the team that have become 'my friends'!“
“Really nice area, needs a few more plugs, wifi doesn't work super well, especially since it's unsecured. Very busy on Saturdays, but the staff is excellent, very patient, and deserves a raise!Vegetarian options: Plenty of options, however; they keep the pecan cookies with the other baked goods, could cause an allergic reaction if you don't read the signs.Kid-friendliness: We don't mind the noise nor the service dogs.Wheelchair accessibility: they have an accessible table, and the automatic doors work.“
“The dish turned out to be quite delicious and satisfying. The preparation process went smoothly as I followed the instructions meticulously. The combination of flavors and textures created a delightful experience for my taste buds. The careful execution of each step resulted in a dish that was not only good but also aesthetically pleasing. The aromas wafting from the kitchen while it was cooking only added to the anticipation of the final outcome. The effort put into ensuring every ingredient was measured accurately and cooked to perfection was certainly worth it. The end result was a culinary masterpiece that I was proud to present and savor. All in all, the meal was a testament to the power of careful following of instructions, resulting in a truly enjoyable dining experience.“
“Same as most Tim Hortons, food is fairly basic, the everything and four cheese twists were surprisingly good, would get them again. Really like the pumpkin spice muffin and iced capp.Vegetarian options: Has lots of vegetarian options, all vegetarian wraps are labeled.Dietary restrictions: Not good for people with nut allergies, has milk alternatives like oat and almond milk for an upcharge.Parking: roughly 15-20 free parking spots“
“My favourite timmies! I come here almost everyday with my girlfriend and we always usually grab a medium iced capp, a coffee or hot chocolate and some food. Staff is super friendly and they’re quick too! I don’t think any other Tim Hortons makes Iced Capps as good as this one does!“
“This is a good Tim Hortons/Wendy situation. The reason I say that is mostly because it allows local friends and families to have a space to hang out with a little snack from either store. It can be loud sometimes, but it gives you a sense of a community place. I appreciate that we have Tim Hortons/Wendy's like this in the area.“
“I recently visited a Tim Hortons location, and overall, I had a good experience. Despite not being a coffee drinker myself, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of menu options available. Tim Hortons offers much more than just coffee, making it a versatile choice for breakfast or a quick bite. One thing to note is that mornings tend to be quite busy at this particular Tim Hortons location. This isn't surprising, as Tim Hortons is a popular spot for people to grab their morning coffee and breakfast on the go. However, even with the morning rush, the staff efficiently handled the orders, and I didn't experience significant delays. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive impression. The service was friendly, and the menu items I tried were fresh and tasty. The variety of food options, including sandwiches, pastries, and other breakfast items, made it easy to find something satisfying even for a non-coffee drinker like me. In summary, while mornings may get hectic, this Tim Hortons location is a good choice with a diverse menu catering to various tastes. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast or not, you'll find something to enjoy here.“
“There are a couple of really nice people. There is one Philippines lady and sri lankan lady who is extremely rude during the morning around 6am and 7amAfternoon staff amazing.FYI, there is an amazing Philippines manager she is so sweet and kind. She's the best on the team. So kind and friendly not only with customers but her staff as well. 5 stars to the rest of the staff.“
“My son ordered a crispy chicken wrap. When I told the worker to eliminate the lettuce due to his diet restriction she gave him some potato wedges. This location is at the pan am stadium it was so clean and hardy any people. It was however during the off peak hours. Will go back to this location again. Very clean and service was excellent. Great job“
“I always come to this Timmies since it’s convenient to me. I still give it a 5 start because i mostly know the staff and they are very friendly. One staff named Nicole on the other hand is very unprofessional. Aside from that ill still keep coming back.“
“Great location! The service is great (it can be a bit slow when it's busy but no more than expected) and everything is always fresh. I've never gotten a wrong order from this place. There is lots of seating if you are planning on staying or are visiting the hospital. This is definitely one of the best Tim's locations around here.“
“I used to have an okay experience going here. Before the one on 240 Alton Towers appeared, this one was pretty average at best. However this Tim Hortons has quickly became one the best Timmies to go to in Scarborough by far. Sure they might not have seats and you are competing for space, driving around in the gas station, but this one is quick, reliable, and the intercom communication has greatly improved. Short distance for drive thrus so long lines are discouraged. The one at Alton Towers Plaza is closer to me, but I'd go to this one over that one anytime.“
“My wife and I go out for long walks every night, and our routes have us visiting various Tim's on a rotating basis. While the food and drinks remain consistent, there can be a huge difference in customer service. This particular location is just OK; certainly NOT up to the happy, friendly standard Tim's pitches in their promotional materials.Still, it's a convenient location, quick and clean, so we keep this one in our walking loop.“
“This team has the biggest dinning as in Scarborough, Its one of the busiest place but has nice environment. Staff service is good and quick. Food though feels fresh but my one of the wrap wasnt done well. Maybe due to rush hour. Overall you would love it.Vegetarian options: Bagels, croissants, any of the drinks, veggie wrapsKid-friendliness: Ample of school kids were there when I went for my brunch. Amazing lively atmosphere due to them. They could dine in without any problems.“
“Four stars!!!! Reducing one star because it needs more staff and space as always busy. Inside STC so always crowded. Loved the fresh food though. The staff is also doing fast work, preparing faster, servicing faster, giving out faster. The lettuce could have been better. But nevermind, overall good experience Everytime I visit there. Always fresh is their promise kept.Vegetarian options: All sauces except sweet chill has eggs. Skip it if you don't eat eggs also.“
“Tim Horton's: A Blueprint for Café SuccessTim Horton's is not just a café; it's a masterclass in business excellence. Owners, take note: this iconic establishment embodies the key pillars of success – from its unwavering commitment to quality and operational efficiency to its unparalleled brand loyalty and community engagement. Learn from the best and elevate your café to new heights with insights from Tim Horton's triumph.“
“Newly Renovated Tim Hortons, very clean & spacious, however the settings looks more Cafeteria not a Cafe. The Tables & Chairs not appealing. Very dim inside compare the old ones before much brighter & lively. This new colour not appealing so dark.Other than that everything looks great.Thank you Tim Horton. ❤️?❤️“
“I am here every morning at 5 am. In fact I am here now awaiting my friend who is also a regular. The staff here has treated me like gold since I began coming here about ten years ago. I mean they have gone above and beyond by remembering my order, suggesting that I had forgotten something (i had) and the manager has even allowed me to pay the next day when she saw my distress at forgetting my debit card. The only negative is that there are often many homeless people asking for money but this is a tough city. We will see this anywhere.“
“Very nice place. I have been visiting there regularly. Staff knows my order. This new staff is very friendly and polite. Sometimes it is very busy they show lots of patience which i really appreciate. Everything is good food quality, coffee, cleaning. Service also really fast. Morning Supervisor is really sweet.Vegetarian options: They got so much option for vegetarians now such as harvest Which is plant based sausage. Also, loaded wraps with rice and quinoa mix.Kid-friendliness: Good place for kids.Parking: No problem for parking at all.“
“This Tim Hortons is used as a relaxing mingling spot for all the elderly from the neighborhood. At any one time in the day, there are about 6 elderly just sitting around discussing the weather and making comments like "Gosh, do you remember George?"There's a nice little lounge on the side with an electric fireplace, and the interior is generally quiet. The staff are courteous and smile every time, and because of the clients, the line is extremely ordered and precise. It's proper Canada in here.“
“Everything about this restaurant is great exept the staff.. McCowan and Pitfield Road location has a staff who denied giving us coffee and sandwich, 45 minutes before the closing time. We went there at 10.15pm and closing time was 11 pm. She told us that we had to place last order by 9pm ??I wish I had asked her, her name!“
“Doesn't have breakfast items after 4 which is fine, but one of the outlets just didn't work. The USB slots on a second outlet didn't work, but the plug did. The food is good and the wifi is great. Would recommend if you live in the area“
“This Tims is almost often my regular jam. Often visit this joint for my coffee run and it is almost often packed with customers as well.Situated in a really good spot where Morningside intersects with Sheppard Ave East roads, this Tim Hortons sits right in the middle of an Esso gas station, couple of plazas, Wendy’s, Walmart and a near by LCBO.Hence due to these factors there is almost often a really heavy footfall both in the drive through as well as dine in customers. There is almost often at least three people ahead of you in the line if you are dining in so there is some waiting time.My usual have mostly been decaf double double and a chocolate hazelnut muffin. Most of the menu items : be it snacks, wraps or bowls seem to be available all the time. One of the best Tim Hortons in the Sheppard Ave area!!Parking: There is a big parking lot surrounding the Tims but a bit tricky as it is almost often packed!Kid-friendliness: High tables and kid chairs availableWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and dining“
“What you’d expect out of a gas station tim hortons. The drive thru can get quite busy at rush peak hours, other than that, it’s usually quick. If you walk in, it’ll be a longer wait for you. There’s a 1/5 chance that they’ll get the order wrong as “
“My go-to location when traveling through Scarborough, employees seem to know their stuff and have never had an issue what so ever with this one. Much better then the location's in the Durham Region.Keep up the great work ?Parking: Tons of parking availabilityWheelchair accessibility: Would have no issues entering or exiting if you're in a wheelchair or using a walker. ♿️Dietary restrictions: This location requires options for 100% egg free with 0 contact.“
“I came to Tims and was infuriated by something that happened at work today. There was a barista named Rachit who smiled at me when I entered. His smile was so natural and nice; alsohe suggested a BBQ bowl which was yumm. The food really changed my mood. Even my strawberry chill drink was delightful; suggested by Rachit. Overall my experience here was fantastic.“
“I only went in to grab a coffee and warm my hands. The service was awesome the coffee was amazing but I guess because the area it was located in was a little rough the atmosphere was a little rough to. Nobody in particulars fault just located in a rough area. Thats as honest as I can get.Vegetarian options: Not to sureDietary restrictions: Not important to meParking: I just told you. Free parking lot.Kid-friendliness: The service definitely would have been kid-friendlyWheelchair accessibility: I believe there was handicapped parking available right in front“
“OK so . This store is very under staffed at all times . There's no diversity in culture for the employees. Only Indian. There's a language barrier because it is a Chinese area and as a Caucasian I have seen a huge change in costumer service and quality for this restaurant is “
“This Tim Horton's is located inside the Providence Health Care complex. In a building dedicated to the chronically ill, this represents a wonderful source of energy, with fresh coffee, bakery goods, cold and hot beverages, sandwiches and sweets. It provides a great "time out" for visitors and family members, and a wonderful break from hospital food and coffee for the patients themselves. Good show, Tim Hortons!“
“It feels always great and comfortable to be at this Tim’s outlet, I have been coming from last few months and the quality of beverages, food as well as the friendly & welcoming nature of the staff has always been consistent despite rush hours! Great service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“I arrived at 8 PM today to order 6 Boston Creams, and unfortunately, they were sold out. However, one of the front staff kindly offered to make them for me. This level of customer care is truly remarkable, and I'm both speechless and grateful. His name is Balak and Femy was very friendly too.“
