“My husband, daughter and I very much enjoyed our cabin dinner experience. The food was delicious and Paula has to be the very best server we’ve ever encountered! She was friendly, efficient and very compassionate when advised I was immunocompromised; she volunteered to wear a mask when coming into our cabin and did so each time. Thank you to the chef for providing creative and tasty dishes we’ve never eaten before. All round, an incredible meal and experience for us! Bravo!“

“Make reservations ahead of time so that you don't miss the opportunity to dine overlooking the falls! Hostess and Wait staff, we're kind and professional. Food was outstanding. Our table ordered Lamb Shank, trout, salmon and beef, each delicious and garnished tastefully. Don't forget to have your parking lot ticket verified so that you are not charged for parking. That was very nice!“

“We visited Turtle Jacks while on vacation. The food was excellent, but two servers that were in the place were not nice and did not want to serve us. Until Jen who was amazing. We sat there for 30 minutes and the two servers kept walking pass us like we didn't exist. At that point my husband and I were getting ready to walk out until Jen came over, she apologized for the delay and service. She gave us the BEST service ever. She went above and beyond ! “What a great spot to eat a delightful breakfast with friends and family! I tried some new egg dishes that I’ve never seen state side, it was outstanding! Minor ding for the hash browns being a bit chunky and lifeless… but other than that we had a great visit! We met a husband and wife team working there and had great food (pizza mostly) discussions! “We visited the Skylon Tower on Tuesday evening and had dinner in the revolving restaurant there. It's kind of pricey to pay to just ride up, but as we had reservations for the restaurant it didn't cost for the ride up. The view is second to none there, for obvious reasons, although looking over the area outside of the falls and downtown Niagara Falls isn't especially thrilling. We did stay after dinner to watch the lighting of the falls and it was worth the wait. What a spectacle it was, and you really get the impact of the whole show from that height. Visit in the off season if you're able since the employee in the gift shop on the observation level told us that when it's peak visitor season the outside and inside decks are people wall to wall. The observation deck doesn't rotate like the restaurant so you'll need to walk around it, and the wall of the center column are illustrated with interesting facts about the Tower and famous visitors to the Tower. Looking out from the inside observation level there are placards on the window sill that give information about what lies beyond when you look out from that window, as well as compass coordinates. Very well done and super interesting, to me at least.“

“Michal was our waiter and he had a lot of facts and useful Canada information. Guided to the best beer and wine selections for local choices. He could be a tour guide.
