“Juicy Lucy was a Cheddar Cheese Stuffed Patty Burger, it was INSANELY Cheesy, loved it! Here comes their new menu item- Volcano Chicken Sandwich, a Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich that was juicy, and crispy! Can’t go wrong with sides like Tornado Fries, Fries, Onion Rings, Jalapeño Poppers, and Mac’n’Cheese Bites! Oh, and they serve Funnel Cake here, don’t sleep on that!“
“I’ve gotten chicken sandwiches and tenders from Simba’s more than I can count for the past year. It’s straight bussin. Excellent quality, fire flavour with great portion sizes.Fries are top notch too, and how can I forget about their Simba’s sauce, that stuff is so good on everything. The max spicy level ‘flame horizon’ will definitely not dissapoint any daredevils, but BE WARNED it’s insanely hot, I recommend you get a milkshake with it.The staff are also super friendly.Love Simba’s 4L.“
“Food was good. What was my our first time here so I would have liked some combination kind of dishes where I could experience a couple of their items. The only one they did have was called a barbecue grill, but there was no rice salad or naan with it, which we have to buy separately.Tanu and and Bhupinder gave good service and suggestions. In fact most of the staff were pleasant.“
“I tried this place for the first time this week, I got the sweet chilli chicken on rice and a cheese burger. The cheese burger was nothing special and not something I would order again, but it wasn't bad by any means. The chicken on rice though? Jesus Christ that thing slapped. It was soooo good. When they first brought the dish over, it looked exactly like something I had received at Osmow's previously (but smaller), so I instinctively gagged a little, but it ended up being incredible. I would definitely recommend it and order it myself. Their pricing is fantastic too, you'd be looking at the $10-11 range for a single serving of any rice dish.“
“I ordered the steak on fries and philly cheese steak which was very delicious and made with love and perfection. It was good and had a fusion of different sauces which were balanced too well. The server, Shaad was very kind and helpful as it was our first-time.“
“This was my first time visiting The Burger Alley. The menu is Harry Potter inspired and all the names are so fun. We had the Sirius Black and the Dragons Kiss, a side of Alley fries and a deep fried Mozzarella piece. The owner's were so nice and welcoming. There is a huge window from where you can actually see into the kitchen and you will see how clean their kitchen and surroundings are. Will definitely go back and even suggest to my family and friends.“
“Efendi has amazing food, the place is beautiful and the service was excellent. We got the chicken shish and it was delicious and flavourful. The music was also a good vibe. The highlight was our server Mazlum he was very sweet and attentive and made the experience even better! I highly recommend this restaurant!“
“First impressions: very clean and well organized. Delicious halal tacos, burritos, and bowls. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I recommend the spicy chicken and spicy steak. Their are a couple of tables to enjoy the food fresh. Give it a visit, you won't be disappointed.“
“Vegetarian options: The Garden Vegetable pizza is really good. The toppings are so fresh, the zucchini makes the pizza.Kid-friendliness: Jack is an amazing person so is the rest of the staff! He's the reason why I made Pizza On Fire my number one neighborhood pizza spot.“
“Finally another great place to eat in Oak Ridges!! The service is great, and the food was so delicious we ordered it twice in one week!! All 3 of us enjoyed our meals. Chicken breast dinner, chicken tandoori dinner and the chicken chaplee dinner. Great portions and fantastic flavours. Also very happy they don’t charge for the sauces like other places near us do. I’ve been telling everyone I can about this new find. Keep up the great work! Now my mouth is watering and I want to order again :D“
“this mom and pop shop has one of the best fried chickens in york region. owners are family owned and so sweet and nice! Also remembers their usual customer so they are able to build that relationship. there are daily deals to choose from and our favourite is their friday special for their wings. Everything is made fresh to order! There is dine in seating for those that want to eat their chicken hot and fresh!“
“The Blackcreek chicken burger at this place is not just pretty clean, it's downright delicious! Tender chicken patty nestled between fresh buns, topped with crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and just the right amount of sauce. It's a flavor explosion that leaves you satisfied and craving more. Highly recommend!“
“Been to Yonge Burger 3 times. What an impressive menu of burgers. The burgers look "AMAZING" as I haven't tried the burgers yet because the times I've been there I ordered the Philly cheese steak which is to LIVE FOREVER FOR !! The perfect cheese steak with onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms, cheese and a wonderful sauce served on a nice bun. The place is extremely clean, with a sexy lovely washroom. I gave it a "4 star" always leaving room for improvement. ??“
“Delicious food! I had the halal braised beef noodle soup. The place is halal certified which is amazing. The bowl was so large. Very filling. Fast and professional service. I was so full and very happy after a meal here. Planning to definitely come back and inshaAllah also visit other locations around GTA!Dietary restrictions: Halal“
“I appreciate the owners' foresight in running the place round the clock and serving high-quality food. The pies, particularly the mixed cheese, and, spinach and cheese pies, are incredibly delicious. When you order, they prepare it fresh on the spot, a must-try culinary experience. They offer a wide variety of pies to choose from, I highly recommend trying them. Additionally, they provide dine-in service with two large tables and free parking in front.“
“I've heard many praises for Kroran Uyghur Cuisine and was thrilled to experience it firsthand. My visit during Ramadan resulted in a very quiet ambiance, reflecting not on the restaurant's quality but the fasting period observed by its primary clientele. Here’s what I ordered:Lamb Kawap (Kebab): This dish was a highlight, with four large, juicy grilled lamb skewers presented over pita bread, complemented by onion and green onion garnishes. Using a spoon, I transferred the meat to my plate, and enjoyed the meat that was tender and juicy. Smoky and earthy spices enhanced the lamb's natural flavours.Kidney Kawap: A skewer per order, it had a bold, gamey flavour, with a delightful blend of smoky and spicy tastes.Quruq Qorima: An intriguing dry stir-fry featuring short, chewy noodles coated with a savoury and slightly sour sauce, primarily tomato-based. The beef slices and julienned bell pepper added layers of texture and flavour. Dry peppers scared me at first, but the overall taste was surprisingly mild. The restaurant’s ambiance was understated but inviting, with tasteful decor including black tables, light brown walls, and captivating art pieces.A minor inconvenience was the single shared restroom for all genders, which could potentially lead to issues during busier times. Also, the server's availability was limited, understandable given that we were the only patrons. While the dishes were undoubtedly high quality, the total bill was higher than my expectations. A more affordable pricing would have improved my satisfaction with the meal.Overall, I had an authentic and enjoyable meal, marked by quality dishes. However, the cost considerations will influence my decision on planning a return visit for another indulgent culinary adventure.“
“Food Street Toronto's Butter Chicken Rice Bowl is like, seriously amazing. The chicken's so tender, and the sauce is creamy and rich. And don't even get me started on the fluffy rice! It's like a flavor explosion in your mouth. Best in the city, hands down! ?“
“We went for iftarHalal by hand chicken here ( Hurrayyyyy)We had the deal where you get 4 chicken rolls, masala fries, nutella paratha and 2 pops for $40 onlyThe paratha was flaky and cooked very well..the rolls had chicken, white onion and chutney...rolls are served with extra chutney on the side( Yayyyy)Masala fries were BOMB ( I guess they use in- house chaat masala)Nutella naan was really good....it had some chocolate syrup drizzled on topThey also have doodh patti...tastes great ?Service was amazing...the staff was respectful and friendly.Definitely going back here again.May Allah bless their business with barakah .. Had a pleasant experience ?Vegetarian options: Masala fries are really good! They come with green chutney“
“Food was great, had take out chicken skewers and beef skewers wrap. Even when I got home the skewers tasted great, the hot sauce seemed a bit mild. The beef skewers wrap seemed like too much going on in the wrap. I can only imagine what the food taste like dine in, can't wait to try it again but this time dine in.“
“The food is to die for!! I would eat here every night if I wasnt afraid to weigh 500lbs, but it just might be worth it.The area the restaurant is located in is a bit shady but I would be happy to hire security to escort me to Pastables any day of the week.“
“Nice little place with lots of parking. I had the small chicken burrito bowl and it was delicious. Very flavorful and filling. Friendly staff, the restaurant is nice and clean and the service was quick and accurate. The prices are also very fair for the portion sizes. Will definitely be back to try other dishes.Parking: Huge parking lot that's shared with some big box stores!“
“Wow! Just went here for the first time, had a falafel wrap and it was really excellent! Service was superb, place was incredibly clean, and lots of parking available! This might become my go-to pita place!Vegetarian options: Their falafel is -really- good, very seasoned but not spicy!“
“Been a patron here since they opened in the plaza. I usually stick to their three-piece (western breading) meal and or wings meal. I’ve never dined-in always did take out so can’t really speak on the space but that the staff are always welcoming, kind and generous. Recently tried their mango slushy with a shot of guava and it was splendid! Defs recommend this spot if you’re in need of a “deep fried chicken” fix“
“The Chicken pita in a box with rice is the best thing that I have ever had. If I were asked what my last meal on earth would be I might say this however you have to make sure you get garlic sauce, hummas, tzakiki, and hot sauce on it. Don't forget to give it a good shake to make the best creamy rice you have ever had.“
“Had an amazing experience at Chachu Restaurant! The owner went above and beyond, generously giving us extra bowls of Chicken Tikka and Tandoori Chicken over rice. Both dishes were flavorful, with perfectly cooked chicken and well-seasoned rice. It's not just the food that makes Chachu special, but the warmth and generosity of the owner too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Chachu Restaurant, for a memorable meal!“
“I highly recommend this restaurant, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is very cozy, there is also a safe and comfortable space kids . In addition to that, the staff there is very friendly, providing an excellent service. A special thanks to Nasim, who kindly took care of our table! Cheers .“
“I had zisty burger and it was delicious. The server name samad was amazing and very welcoming. He even ask us when we were leaving about our experience. We had kids too they enjoyed their poutine. Restaurant was clean. Over all good experience i would definitely come back and recommend. They are halal too and it is very hard hard to find clean halal sitting restaurants“
“Fantastic authentic Turkish food! You feel exactly you are eating in Turkey I have a friend that lives in canada now but have lived in turkey 6 years. He says the foods have top quality and taste like original ones! Trust me go and try them You will be a fan afterwards“
“Stopped in here when I had a random craving for a kebab and was pleasantly surprised that the Doner tastes EXACTLY like what I had when visiting Istanbul. If you are looking for that authentic Turkish Kebab (not canadianized version) this is the place!“
“I was so happy to return after 5 yrs. The atmosphere is beautiful and calming for the perfect lunch with friends/family. The artifacts used for decor adds to the historical touch along with the modern design of the restaurant.Food was on point. Samosas served with a chickpea curry along with red onion and other flavourful toppings.Squash ginger soup...could of had a bit more kick to it with ginger infused into the soup.Mixed platter sizzling hot served with garlic Naan paired perfectly with rice puao.Servers were very attractive to ensure you dinning experience was enjoyable. They were also a good source of recommendations and welcomed feedback.I will definitely return this summer and take a seat on the patio once it's open.Recommendation to dine here will be passed along.Thank you again for a beautiful afternoon dining experience.“
“This is the best fried chicken that I’ve ever had!!! The staff is so nice of giving me mixed flavour of legs and thighs! But of course they can only make it during non-rush hours. I really appreciate that!I will definitely come back for another meal, since this is my favourite restaurant!“
“What a great example of leading from the front, amazing ladies on the counter till kitchen providing authentic taste with no fuss no glitter. Just what food should be like, delicious and keeping it simple. Space is limited open till 5am and good food! Loved everything ordered“
“I am usually not a Taco typa guy, but this place got me reconsidering my life choices. It was actually really realllly good. Fresh ingredients and delicious food. The Birria Tacos were excellent, so much flavor in every bite. We tried the Chicken Tacos and Beef Tacos, and they were really good as well. We also got the Chicken and the Steak Quesadillas, and boy oh boy, they were so juicy and yummy. The kids loved em. Lol they thought it was a new type of pizza. We will be back again to try the fish tacos, they were sold out. And I personally will be back for those Birrias. Ps, If you are there and not sure what to get, like we were, ask the staff, they were really helpful at making great recommendations.“
“I love the samosas here with kind and friendly service too! The samosas are flavourful and baked, with a beautiful array of seasonings. I've tried the beef, chicken, veggie and spinach and cheese. All are delightful and filling - my kids always ask for more!Today, I tried the marinated paprika half-chicken and rice for the first time. It came with a side of green chimichurri dipping sauce and made dinner a mouthwateringly delicious occasion! The baked items are also super fresh and yummy, made to perfection. I've tried the apple strudel and tea biscuits and look forward to ordering more. The coffee and cappuccino is top-notch and a real treat. A true Scarborough gem, I hope the business continues to be successful!See you next time. ?“
“Been here a couple of times and it is my absolute favourite burger place in town. The Heavenly Cheese and BB Firefly are the go to ones if you love beef burgers. They also have Zesty Chicken burger for chicken lovers. Their staff are also very nice and welcoming.“
“We loved our meals from Pita Land, Markham!!! We recommend going to eat there, as the quality and service is tops!!! Delicious salads with toppings, most flavourful potatoes in taste and texture, and our main choice courses, were cooked to perfection!!! The restaurant ambiance is also excellent, and we're going to go again soon to try their other selections!!“
“The food is amazing and it's so delicious. It's a step up from the traditional dishes. The portion is great but the price is quite high. Get their membership if you plan to spent more than $200 in 2 years. I went there twice and now I regret not getting their membership.“

“This is another branch of my favourite restaurant. The best thing I like about this restaurant is that no matter which branch you visit the taste stays the same. I really love BBQ lamb skewers, beef, fried rice, hot and sour shredded potatoes, and stir fried beef. I’m their regular customer and would love to keep coming. Last time I came a Mongolian band by the name of HongGai was visiting this restaurant, and also sang few songs here. I’m adding the video as well to the review.“
“Being a chef you always have some diehard habits which you cannot compromise with, but believe me, some food outlets are just there to serve you something extraordinary. This is the 2nd time I visited KKH and believe me they made my day. Food is just simple, delicious, fresh, perfect portion size, affordable and clean presentation now what else do i need..? People work in this industry with lots of burdens and negativity but here is a different story, very few understand the real definition of food and cooking and this place is one of them. Highly recommended ?“
“Very nice restaurant in Scarborough area. Delicious Bangladeshi food . We ordered Morogpolow for family. It was so delicious like food in Bangladesh. Nice decoration. Service was excellent. I recommend everyone to enjoy their delicious food and enjoy the environment.“
“Good food Hands down, THE BEST fried chicken in Scarborough. I rarely order chicken for takeout as it's a simple meat I can make myself... But I make an exception for Chicken Kitchen! The portions are generous, they tend to give you an extra piece or two. Love this place and will continue to support local! ♥️“
“Zaad offers a new take on Mediterranean food, with delicious flavours and welcoming staff. I tried the Chicken Shawarma Saj, which came as a wrap cut up into smaller pieces. I loved the sauce that came with it and the chicken was slightly charred without being dry, giving it that nice smokey flavour. The falafel balls were crispy but unfortunately dry. The hummus is great and the eggplant dish is decent. Surprisingly, the lentil soup was my favourite out of the sides, and was full of ingredients. The restaurant features an open kitchen where you can see the chefs at work preparing your meal, and booth seating on the side if you wish to dine in. I returned a second time to try the shawarma bowls and was not disappointed. Portions were huge, and the meal contained mixed veggies, hummus, garlic sauce (ask for more of this!), rice or fries. The staff offered extra pita for the dips free of charge upon asking.“
“Awesome place! The staff? are really nice and chatty, excellent food too. My favourite shawarma? restaurant for sure! keep in touch with the guy Habeeb? just a wonderful person who describes and help to choose the right taste to you. Must try for being an addictive?“
“If you are craving for good Indo‐Chinese food, this local family run restaurant is a must try. We stumbled upon a feature video on BlogTo and decided to give it a try. And we are so glad we did!! The taste was delicious and the food portions were very generous yet reasonably priced. When they say the food is made fresh, they mean it! We just found our new favorite!“
“brother is mashallah a very good comedian, I asked if he had a halal certificate and he replied with this is a restaurant not immigration, do you get it? may Allah make it easy for us muslims trying to verify halal food, Ameen.he wants me to go off a pinky promise he eats halal because he's Somalian ? ? ?“
“I recently dined at this gem of a Halal Chinese restaurant that offers a unique mix of Uyghur dishes. The stir-fried beef was a culinary triumph, tender and richly flavored, complementing the fresh, crisp vegetables with a symphony of spices that was both authentic and deeply satisfying. The Uyghur influence brought a delightful twist to the meal, introducing me to flavors that were both new and comfortingly familiar. The restaurant's ambiance was welcoming, with decor that evoked the Silk Road's rich tapestry of cultures. The staff's hospitality was impeccable, ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience was enjoyable. For those in search of genuine Halal and Uyghur cuisine, this establishment is a must-visit. Their dedication to authentic flavors and quality ingredients is evident in every dish.“
“From the customer service to the taste of the pizzas, everything is top notch. Must try the pizza at this location they have great options too and the taste is superb and the quantity is also very filling.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options too.“
“Hands down THE BEST chicken shawarma plate i have had to date. Chicken is tender and moist. Perfectly seasoned on a bed of basmati rice. Toppings of classic pickles, turnips, cabbage, tomatoes. The garlic sauce is delicious! Server gave me fresh fries to try thr garlic sauce i have had sauce in other places that was overly sweet. This one was perfect. Got hot sauce on the side which was mild to medium hit. Just Tell them theHeat level. My son had falafel plate and they were freshly made. Crispy on the outside tender on the inside. My son is picky and the fact he was impressed says alot! Believe me.Very good value too! Portions are excellent and generous. Place is family run. Owner is from iraq and one of the servers is Afghani. I can tell it has an authentic flavor. I snapped a pic of the chicken plate below. My son gobbled up his falafel plate so didnt have a chance to snap a pic!You can dine in as there are plenty of booths as well and comfortable seating.Highly recommend. They have chicken tikka also. Baklava also which i plan to buy next time i go.This place is a GEM!“
“Honestly the food was amazing and I don't think I've tried anywhere else that is as authentic as this. We've ordered a few things but our favorite was by far the Ali Nazik, I'm not a big fan of eggplant but I still really enjoyed it so well done ?“
