The flavour is amazing and not too over powering, tenders are soo juicy and the dipping sauce compliments it perfectly. The only reason why I docked a star is not because of the the heat level — was because online it said it came with sliced pickles which I thought would have complimented the heat and flavour perfectly and I never received them. “We tried the bbq beef ribs and they were AMAZING, highly recommend this place. The flavours were perfect and the meat was so tender, fall off the bone. I would skip out on the cole slaw though, it had a wierd flavour and I wasn't a fan of the dill in it. The mac and cheese was alright but the fries were seasoned and crispy (dun up fries were not worth it though for $2 extra). The interior is a bit small but they do also have a patio outside. I'm definitely coming back here more often!“

“Zaad offers a new take on Mediterranean food, with delicious flavours and welcoming staff. I tried the Chicken Shawarma Saj, which came as a wrap cut up into smaller pieces. I loved the sauce that came with it and the chicken was slightly charred without being dry, giving it that nice smokey flavour. The falafel balls were crispy but unfortunately dry. The hummus is great and the eggplant dish is decent. Surprisingly, the lentil soup was my favourite out of the sides, and was full of ingredients. The restaurant features an open kitchen where you can see the chefs at work preparing your meal, and booth seating on the side if you wish to dine in. I returned a second time to try the shawarma bowls and was not disappointed. Portions were huge, and the meal contained mixed veggies, hummus, garlic sauce (ask for more of this!), rice or fries. The staff offered extra pita for the dips free of charge upon asking.“
