The concept is very flexible and quick. Very customizable. They range from creamy to tomato to pesto sauces. And many types of topping and noodle shapes too. Taste: the pasta tasted great - had a nice chew. Fresh made egg noodles. The sauces were flavorful and not overly heavy. Great portions too. Absolutely delicious fresh made pasta. Fast, convenient, and a good price.We ordered the short pasta with white Alfredo sauce, shrimp, mushrooms, and spinach. Wish they had more locations around Toronto!
