“Great food. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Didn't go home hungry but went home with leftovers. Quantity of food dishes are large enough to eat twice. Wife and I were very happy with the selection of food and had hard time deciding what to eat since there is a large variety of food. Had the Tuscan fries, fried raviolis, spicy sausage penne and Rosa fettuccine. Decided that it wasn't enough so bought shrimp fettuccine and Bolognese to take home to enjoy later. Wife decided she wasn't full so she got Nutella eclair for dessert which was great. Way to go Justin. Good job. Bell smarthome Tech”

“Wow - an amazing Thai restaurant just north off Promenade Mall. My friend had a food restrictions that they were very kind to accommodate and provided us with recommendations as well.

Our server Ploy - was fantastic, she provided recommendations and let us know which dishes could be made within our food restrictions. The drinks were delicious and very pretty too! We ordered the Yao Warat & Khlong Thom!

For our meal we ordered:
Pad See Ew (veggie) - the noodles were soft and PACKED with flavour!
Tom Kha (veggie) soup with a lovely creamy coconut flavouring! Mixed Veggie (stir fry) - great bite, not over-cooked!
Pineapple Fried Rice (ohhh I even enjoyed the slight sweetness of the pineapple in the savour rice)
Karee Soft Shell crab (THIS IS SO So SOOO GOOD - a MUST TRY).

The place is clean and spacious - good for dine alone or a group!

Each EAT BKK location - is a bit different to the others, this one is WORTH the trip over to Centre & Bathurst.

Our server, Rami, was fantastic—so funny and attentive, providing top-notch service all night.

A special shout-out to the manager, Temo, who has been amazing every time I’ve visited. He made a real effort to check in with all our guests, ensuring everything was perfect.

“I’ve been to this restaurant several times. Food is absolutely amazing and for this reason alone I will return. But as far as the owner is concerned … was very disappointed how he treated us. He basically kicked us out of our seats. The couple sitting next to us who were there already when we were seated were still there enjoying their time yet Walter asked my friend and I to leave because he had the next guests waiting. My guess is he had no problem asking us to leave because we were two females hence the reason he felt he could bully us, however, it would be a different story had he asked a couple to leave. Long story short, not impressed with Walter to say the least but food is exceptional!!”

“The service, and the ambiance of the restaurant and the quality and presentation of the food is second to none. I would gladly recommend this establishment. However, I have one issue. I was there this past Saturday and my husband had the risotto with truffles. When he was served the risotto, the chef came and grated fresh truffles onto my plate. He asked my husband to tell him when to stop. When he was finished he left a paper on the table for the waiter that said 9 grams. He was not aware that he would be paying per gram of truffle. He was expecting to pay the price stated on the menu. Instead at the end of our meal we were charged an insane amount of $216.00 for a plate of risotto. He felt cheated. In other fine-dining restaurants, where he ordered similar dishes with truffles, it was all included in the price. I know that white truffles are expensive , but wished that we were made aware that we would be paying per weight of truffles.

We paid the bill and didn't complain to the waiter because they followed the process.. My suggestion to the owner is that they include, for example, 3 pieces of grated truffle with the price of the risotto and if the customer wants more, they should be made aware that it would be extra. Like this there would be no misunderstanding, surprises or ill-feelings.

Other than that, the food was very good. Compliments to the chef and the staff.”

“XXI Chophouse in Kleinburg provided us with a lovely experience. The restaurant decor befits The Doctor's House and Kleinburg vibe. There was a DJ who played an enjoyable, upbeat set list, although we would have preferred it not be as loud. The food was beautifully prepared, made with fresh ingredients and served hot. The portions were generous. Our only complaint was the prices. While there's no inexpensive restaurant experience these days, for what we ate, the food was overpriced. We had only 2 glasses of wine and a beer at our table, and even with the current GST tax hiatus we still spent $800+ for four people. Shocking.

Parking: They validated the cost of parking.”

“5 stars for the amazing and kind service from staff! I came here last Sunday with family and kids and somehow dropped my phone not even 15 minutes into the fun. I went from panic to relief when it turned out that one of the staff who was cleaning the games (!!) found and returned my phone to the front counter right away. I am so very grateful to this kind gentleman who really saved the day and allowed my family to enjoy the rest of our time here.

If you’re in the Vaughn area of Toronto I HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping by if you’re craving Caribbean food!”

By doing this, I ensure that my order is ready on time and no mistakes are made. One thing I would like improved is the drink quantity, sometimes if I get a latte or shaken espresso, my drink is only filled half-way. This can be very upsetting since the drinks are very expensive.”

Cozy local restaurant with polite staff.
I really recommend the Dynamite chicken paired together with their radish side dish. There's something about the tarty radish that bring out the flavours and the crunch to the chicken.
I also enjoyed the beef bone soup really refreshing to have low sodium witg the option to add it myself.

First time here. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, like visiting family. They have specials for students and a well rounded menu. I had the Fried Chicken with hot and sour soy sauce. The chicken was crispy to perfection with sides and a cute star shaped rice.

Such a gem! Had the beef doner plate, which was packed with an assortment of food. The beef was cooked just right - some texture but not too chewy (imagine steak shredded). Packing each bite with some rice, beef, and veggies made it even better. So filling and worth it for its price.

My friend had the chicken doner plate and it was just as good. Chicken was so tender.

We were served a starter and some tea as well. Super attentive service.

It was very good, but the chicken was a weird texture tasted more like thin pieces of pork. Not the usual slices of chicken, unless I was given the wrong order. California rolls and dumplings had a good and fresh taste to it. Overall it was good, little small in portion size for the price. In the end the rice, veggies , shrimp and sauce all tasted good.”

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Daal Roti, and as a vegetarian, I was beyond impressed with the variety and quality of the food offered. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with friendly staff that made me feel right at home.

The menu had an excellent selection of vegetarian dishes, showcasing the rich flavors and vibrant spices that Indian cuisine is known for. I started with the paneer tikka, which was perfectly marinated and grilled to perfection, bursting with smoky and tangy flavors. But the place is a bit small and they were busy so our table was not being cleaned properly. But at the end of the day if you want to choose good food and pay fair for food and don't want to spend money on vibes of place it's a really good choice. I am happy and will go again there.”
