“This bar definitely has passion. The staff want to be there and the delightful deviled eggs want to be in my belly. They have a great sound system, great food and a wonderful atmosphere and the secret is that they execute these things perfectly.Decibel is shining example of what an establishment should be, and stands out in a sea of mediocre sports bars and chain restaurants.Whether you are in the area or not, you have to check this place out. ☺️“

“Such an amazing spot! We had dinner and drinks before the Feist show at the Wonder Ballroom. The food was awesome and the portions are huge! We got the fried chicken sandwich, tater tots and arugula salad to share. Everything was absolutely delicious. Only thing better was the outstanding service! We will definitely be back.“

“Great food and great service. The restaurant and decor is amazing. Even something like a Diet Coke in the glass to pour into is unique. I really enjoyed the white curry with burnt ends and the fried cauliflower was very good but had strong smell to it I assume from spices or sauce that I was not used to, I don’t blame them for something I’m not used to but made it a bit harder for me to like. I would definitely recommend coming here in future.“

“From when we walked in the door the hostess Rae was warm and welcoming. We were treated with extra care from the waitstaff to the food runners. Nick was especially kind and helpful. They made my mom's 60th birthday an event. The food was exceptional and presentation flawless.“

“The highlight of the Huevos Benedictos was the biscuit without question. Poached egg was perfect but the shredded bbq pork didn’t seem to pair well. The Bacon & Spinach Skillet was extremely creamy and felt a bit overwhelmingly heavy but the taste, flavor and heat (literally) was on point. Cute brunch spot and fabulous customer service.“

“They try really, really hard here. Service was consistently on time and they could "read a room" well. The view - is right out on E. Burnside...in all of its glory. If you can handle eating French and watching the show, you're good to go.“

“My only complaint is not having known about this establishment sooner. It’s a challenge finding weekday brunch that also serves alcohol, and My Vice checks all the boxes. The menu offers a wide variety of brunch dishes and drinks to suit any mood- the shrimp & grits were so savory and flavorful. The fun boozy coconut iced coffee and the mimosa with caramelized pineapple juice were delicious twists. Funky, yet super homey vibe, service is friendly, helpful, efficient. Will definitely return.“

“Jacqueline was the first place we ate during our trip to Portland and it was a great start to what was to come. The happy hour oysters are an unbeatable deal, $1 per oyster, and you can order up to a dozen per person. Their house made vinegars and hot sauces were delicious. The tempura brussels sprouts and crab toast were also delicious and were very indulgent. The restaurant itself was super cozy. We got there a few minutes after they opened and there were already a lot of tables, so definitely make a reservation or come early.“

“I’ve been living in the Pacific Northwest for over 7 years (in Seattle) and have traveled all over Washington and Oregon. I’ve eaten at countless restaurants ranging in price, style, type of cuisine, etc. This is hands down the best dinner I’ve had in all those 7 years! Each dish is meticulously hand crafted by the chefs (highly recommend sitting at the chefs bar/station)! The flavors are complex, layered, and unique. My husband and I shared the arancini, beet salad, scallop crudo and the soft shell crab sandwich. Every single dish was phenomenal! The craft cocktails were equally as enjoyable with a range of flavors and waves of flavor profiles that came through with every sip. Absolutely incredible, we will be back every time we visit Portland!Highly recommend planning your visit here and making a reservation. We did not make a reservation and waited 90 mins to be seated… although I’d do it all over again to eat that meal!“

“This place has the cutest atmosphere Russian artifacts everywhere. We had the best server he was so darling , so helpful and so patient with us first timers. he helped us with the menu so we basically had Russian tapas and everything we ate was absolutely delicious but the horseradish vodka with a pickle chaser, topped it all. Please come make reservations.“

“Sushi Kuni & Izakaya West Linn spoils West Linn residents with its wide variety of excellent Japanese food and drinks within easy reach. I find sushi excellent no matter where. But this restaurant has given a new meaning to sushi for me. The restaurant has a wonderful ambiance and gives guests the opportunity to feel secluded even during busier times.“

“In Portland on business and decided to try this place. And I couldn't be happier. The bartender Matthew was friendly and knowledgeable with his cocktails. I don't normally order mixed cocktails but this was a cocktail bar after all. So I tried one of their specialty cocktails , the Cumin Behavior ,which I thought would either be good or terrible because it had some interesting ingredients like tomatillo juice and cumin? But it was really well balanced and was delicious! I was very surprised and would recommend it. The food menu was limited but both the deviled eggs and the mushroom toast were very well prepared and delicious! I met the owner, Kierra, she was nice and we had a good conversation. Overall, I had a great experience and if you want some great drinks and small bites I'd highly recommend this place. If I'm back in town I will definitely go back“
“In one word: amazing. The atmosphere is comfortable, the food is just so so good. It hits the spot, is light but filling and the flavors are varied and interesting. The fact that it is open late only makes it more perfect. Go here, you wont regret it.“

“The employees here are awesome!!! So knowledgeable and helpful, and everyone is open and nice to chat with about games you like and get suggestions and such! Last time I was in, they unlocked the case with the pretty resin dice and let us roll them on the neoprene table under the lights and take videos and pictures, and they were so accommodating and totally understood my love of shiny math rocks. The food is all fantastic. It's a small artisinal menu, all fresh and cooked perfectly and obviously cooked to order! Great alcohol selection, and if you're the designated driver like me they have craft sodas as well if you want something more unique than a fountain drink.“

“Not so hidden Portland brunch Gem. We had a great experience in our most recent visit on a blustery Portland show day that had shut down a lot of other doors in town. The food was great, the specials were creative and REALLY tasty. The staff was welcoming and at least pretended really well to not mind being there, given the conditions outside. Highly recommend this place, without actually wanting anyone else to know about it so it doesn't any busier than it already is, lol!“

“What luck to live right around the corner from this place! Their appetizers knock my socks off every time, and their food is so consistently fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. It's a great choice for takeout, but I prefer to eat at the restaurant when I can, because the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The ladies that run front of house are warm and neighborly and started recognizing my girlfriend and I after just a couple visits.Try the mac & cheese and wings! Best I've ever had, no exaggeration.“
“Thanks to Yelp reviews, we decided to give this a try. I have to say this was excellent. Service was great - our server was knowledgeable without being condescending. Ambiance was also very nice, cool decor, dark and cozy. I will note that coming in there was a weird air freshener smell, not sure what they were trying to cover, but I would rather have smelled the delicious food. Speaking of food, I just can't say enough about how great our meal was. I started with a caesar salad which was excellent (except a few croutons were so hard they were rocks). My husband got the polenta cake and is still talking about it. For my main I got the creamy ravioli - I think that was the vegetarian special, hubby got another veggie pasta dish (which was also excellent.) It seemed almost everything was noted whether there was a vegetarian or vegan option, which I truly appreciated. We each had a glass of wine, and also opted for tiramisu - which was unique with chocolate covered espresso bean chunks (I think?) on top, and nice a boozy. Sure there were a few things I noted about that weren't fabulous (weird freshener smell, rock croutons) but we cannot wait to go back and bring friends.“

“I love gueros so much, I always get the Refrito beans sandwich and it’s the best for a vegetarian! They don’t have too many specialty options for vegans but I think it’s a great spot for anyone looking for a great vibes at the bar as well! Overall one of my favorite restaurants in PDX ?“

“Only one bathroom for everyone to use. It's clean though and full stocked!Waiter was really nice and knowledgeable. We went for our friend's birthday dinner. She reserved the HUT in the back of the restaurant so it was away from the bar and other tables. Total of 10 of us in our group. There are only two small tables in the hut booth but we managed. Ordering lots of drinks and things to eat. They only accept payment for two tables so basically you need to split your own bill and figure that out on how to pay them with one card or just cash. Their ordering system/point of purchase system doesn't allow them to split the check for individuals. So just a friendly warning.Good food for price and lots of tasty drinks too. It's fairly dark in there so you might need to have your phone light handy to look at the menu. We had. A great time!“

“A little pricey, but you pay for the atmosphere. Very cool drinks. May need a reservation if you go during a busy day of the week, or time of the year. I wish there was a 4.5 stars because the only issue I had was that the food was good, but not great. I think if the food was just a little bit better, this would easily be a 5 star review“

“I had a lovely experience at Normadie. I had the Chicories salad and Gnocchi… the salad was absolutely delicious, the Gnocchi was yummy, however my personal preference is Italian classic potato gnocchi. I had never had the French Parisienne made with choux pastry, for me it lacked flavor but the texture was nice, light and fluffy. And the short rib Ragu was tangy and tasty. The meal hit all taste buds.“

“Been here 3 times and it’s always great food, big portions and quality service.Hard to find good biscuits in Portland even with Pine State’s overrated spot across the street I still choose Genies every time. I’m from the south and this is the closest I’ve found to a good homemade biscuit. With only a 3 minute wait on a Saturday afternoon this checks all the boxes for me. Pro-Tip: Try the breakfast sandwich on the croissant bread. Whew.“

“I have a lot of dietary restrictions, and I ordered some thing by mistake that I could not eat. Not only did Chantel not make me feel bad about it, but she helped me figure out some thing on the menu that would work well for me and took the original item off my ticket that she certainly didn’t have to do. Sweet human interactions like that make me teary-eyed I will definitely be back! The food is delicious too!“

“The vibe and cocktails are the great, the staff, especially E.J. We’re really on point. My cocktail, the pear hot toddy was amazing, and perfect for a cold rainy afternoon. The only shortfall was the food. Skip the spaghetti and go with the Harissa chicken instead.“

“I was there for pick-up. Not food breakables. They help a young couple with their fresh business. Saving and giving them their glass bottles chipped plates cups anything breakable. But I will say that when I walked in, I could see everyone was enjoying themselves. The food smelled awesome. The pizzas looked amazing. The workers were very nice and very friendly. And if I didn't get there around closing time. And i was not working. I would have ordered me some food.“

“I had so wanted to come here for the Miracle Pop-Up, but I was too late to the game to get a reservation. I had read that they are reserving some tables for walk-ins, so we got there a few minutes after they opened. I already had concerns as there was already a small line forming, so I wasn't sure they could take us. Thankfully, they allowed us to sit at the bar. It was a fun spot, as there was only two of us, and we got to watch the bartender making all the festive drinks. He was very chatty and nice. I had the Marshmallow and Unicorn and my husband had Santa's Secrets, which was zero-proof. Of course, true to Miracle Fashion both were served in fun mugs/glasses. Of course all the staff and the bar looks like Christmas threw-up on it (in a good way), but what we really got a kick out of, was how well decorated the bathroom was. Even Hallmark movies you don't see decorated bathrooms. I can't recall ever taking a picture in a public bathroom, but this one was absolutely photo worthy. The bartender did mention we were smart to arrive early, and he was right, as when we were leaving I only saw two seats free. Word to the wise, unless you have a reservation I would not attempt to go here on the weekends through the end of the year unless your bring a lot of patience with you.“

“Great restaurant with flavorful food and a relaxing atmosphere! My table ordered every dish on the menu minus the soup, and it was all amazing. The small plates are an enjoyable portion, and the Empanadas were pretty big! The dishes are all unique and steer away from the classic approach to vegan food. I would recommend for vegans and non-vegans.“
“Excellent cocktails, both of their own design and classics, even fairly niche ones. Huge selection and also a decently priced happy hour. They have table service which is quite nice, too. We've never had their food and only gone here for drinks.“

“Stopped in for the first time. Reminds me of a loved neighborhood bar/eatery.Arrowood deserves their high ratings. Husband and I had Cheeseburgers, he with salad, me with soup of the day - Curry Chicken. Wow. Burger was perfect, toppings complimented it well. Soup was so flavorful. 2 others in our party had fish and chips, raved about the chips and wished they had more. Last member had the Ahi sandwich. Said it was perfect.“

“If you come here for the chicken finger sub be warned, they use straight up blue cheese crumble, not blue cheese sauce like 100% of any other place that serves a chicken finger sub. Aside from that the fingers were legit like back in buffalo (although not very saucy) and the pizza logs/wings were good. Ill try the weck next time and remember to ask for blue cheese (sauce) next time I get the sub. Place is legit but the server seemed to be annoyed by our mere existence. The bartender was friendly though.“

“Very cute cocktail bar. Low light intimate ambiance with very tasty drinks and food. We treated it share-plate style to try a little of everything, and the staff was very accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this place for a drink if you’re in the area! Can’t go wrong with a well made cocktail (I had a Manhattan and a half and loved the presentation) and some good food (the Brussels sprouts were particularly excellent).“
“Truly my favorite bar, I've been coming here for a couple years and the owner Sarah always says hi. The food is delicious, the drinks are awesome, the ambiance is intimate and chill. “Food was delicious. My only complaint is I ordered a steak medium rare and it was pretty much well done. It was then chewy and not what I was looking for. Brussels, goat cheese ravioli and steak bites were delicious as was the pepperoni pizza with tons of pepperoni. Service was good and atmosphere was lovely. Next time, I will speak up about my steak.“
