Very good service these days, I’ve seen the improvement! Very friendly staff and I appreciate that knowing how busy and hectic it can get. It’s all kids that work there but who ever is the manager really must be doing what they can to improve service. I appreciate all your hard work!
Ok it’s time to REDDQ!!!! They absolutely sucked through most of 2023 but last quarter of 2023 and now so far 2024 they ROCK!! Like OMG upper management got the right team in there and the younger managers are motivated and so amazing at customer service. My family reluctantly went in there back in December and were pleasantly surprised by the service coming back we thanked the team and shared with them how it made all the difference.
