Outstanding Store with Great Employees that truly show joy working and serving their customers. I do recommend this Store, but all the Stores in the Salem Area are also Outstanding and have made me a returning Customer for over 35 years. Thank you for making my Life more enjoyable day to day.
The food is decent, and the staff is nice, but the homeless who constantly try to sleep in the bathrooms and lobby are a real issue. I work nearby and eat here regularly. There's a 50/50 chance you're gonna eat your food next to a mentally unstable individual who is talking to you or their invisible friend. This is not the staffs fault. McDonald’s has changed. We use to go here for a burger and to entertain the kids. Now we take the grand kids. The experience is different now. You go in and there are kiosks to order. Not a lot of people inside because it is so automated they are going thru the drive thru. Took a while for our food to come. Bathrooms are weird. Must get an employee to let you in.
