“We placed an online order to take to my daughter's soccer game. We drove up from Virginia and planned to pick up the pretzels on our way to the game. We were caught in traffic so I called to let them know we were on our way and to confirm that the order was ready as we would be cutting it close. We ended up arriving after they closed. They waited for me to get there and met me at the door with my order. Thank you so much! What great customer service and the girls really enjoyed the pretzels!“

“I've been meaning to stop in for lunch for a while and finally did today. Absolutely fantastic food. Cheesesteak special was phenomenal and so was the pastrami Reuben. Seriously best Reuben I've ever had. French fries were also delicious. Inexpensive, delicious, and big portions.“

“I used to go to the Mart as a child so when I was driving past and saw this place I had to pull in.. pretzels are pretty much $1 each and are soooo good! I don't remember if they are the same or not to what I used to have, but there was an outer crunch and soft steamy goodness that came out when I bit into the pretzel that I will def be going back for..O yeah.. kids loved them too!Parking: Plenty of parking, large lot, Handicapped spotsWheelchair accessibility: There is a small curb and a ramp.“

“I love this little spot in town. Whenever I am on york rd I stop in and get a combo - 3 empanadas and a drink - and it’s always so delicious. Tried the Aji sauce today and it was astounding!!! They have many different fillings and even some vegan options.“

“I'm right around the corner and hadn't been aware of this new addition to our area last year. As the owner advised me, evident by his discernment to details, they've been open about 6months now in the heart of Mayfair.I had to wait longer than I'd expected for my ordered pickup. But considering the wait was due to the size of my unexpected order needing to finish baking..... well, there's never been a better reason given to wait than food being made fresh.I hope the local commerce groups get him involved in the community, and this young owner has just started a new landmark on pastries in the area that surely has a glass ceiling on acceptance, if my opinion is asked.Lol, but that's just, "One man's opinion. ".....said this local grandmom.Dietary restrictions: Aside from what's obvious by the menu, the fact that the owner is on site, caring about the finished product and the customer, I daresay, if there's any restrictions that are not as easy as not getting the allergy or other self-imposed eating restriction, a conversation regarding what you are specifically requesting, would not be a problem to at least request.Kid-friendliness: 0-109 ... who doesn't love a fresh doughnut?“

“I took my nephew here today and he passed out on the car ride there and it’s mid nap time I did not want to wake him up and the young girl behind the counter Olivia was so sweet she even brought the food and water ice out to the car because I didn’t want to wake him up just to grab the food! Every single time I’m there it’s always an amazing experience all the workers are very sweet. A friend and I just went there two days ago for some water ice and another amazing Experience! Plus they definitely have the best water ice and food!!!! Highly Highly HIGHLY recommend if you haven’t been there before you need to go and check it out!!!! They even have a cute little outdoor seating area! Thank you Chloes Corner for always making it a pleasure to come back!“

“Friendly staff and orders ready when promised. Their pretzels are always fresh. They seem to have studied their trends and know when they need more and when they need less. We visit this location when we need or want pretzels when we are at home and the location near Woodhaven Rd when heading to the shore or the stadiums. I have never experienced rude or inattentive staff. And, similar to another review, we stopped in one day just as they were closing, and they were friendly, and offered us what they had left at the end of the day.“

“I love this pretzel factory. Everyone who works there is so nice! They're also really helpful- it's never a problem getting a pretzel tray, even on short notice. Also, about 90% of the time, the pretzels are fresh and warm. You're not always guaranteed fresh hot pretzels at any time of day, but it just seems like they're always right out of the oven here.“

“I placed an order through DD an I was very disappointed with my order. I called DD they offered me a 5$ credit. Really though DD after spending what I did. Meanwhile I wasn't happy with my 5$ results I called the store spoke to "Diddy" and she provided me with excellent customer service. I appreciate that!“

“I always love going to the NE Philly Pretzel Factory on Frankford Avenue. I went in and orders some pretzels, pretzel dogs and a couple drinks. You can purchase Philadelphia Water Ice in the store as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pretzels are always fresh and delicious.“

“I like to give five star onlyn for the girls they're very nice and friendly I got the hot dog in a pretzel full of cheese but I noticed the hot dog was kind little spoil did not taste good at all I it's been my first time being in his pretzel factory I never been a pretzel factory maybe I'll try the one in New Jersey but Philadelphia I didn't like it they don't taste very good sorry that's the way I feel I love bread so I usually buy pretzels from Subway it's a little expensive but it tastes wonderful and fresh“

“I saw all these bad reviews so i wanted to see how this place really was so This morning 6/20/2019 I went Into the store to grab 2 cheese steak pretzels and I noticed they were all gone so the man behind the counter said someone just came In and bought the last of the ones that were already made . So he then told me he will make me 2 of them fresh out the oven . I was very happy and pleased on how nice he was to me . I would ignore all the negative reviews about this place .“

“THE Best water ice! Super cold, like extra cold! Water bottles super cold, too. That may sound weird, yet, it's true. AND I ordered a small, it was was of COLOSSAL PROPORTION, I was taken by surprise! I've been going here since a kid and they've only improved over the years. Very clean! The counter girl was delightful, smiley, and also very clean. Highly recommend!! Bring your friends!“

“The staff are upbeat friendly and compassionate. I always try to stop in when I'm near a Philly pretzel. The staff at this one in particular are something special though. The young girl working the morning shift on the day this was posted deserves extra thanks. Make sure you take care of her. She's a good person.“

“My boyfriend surprised me with their new pizza. It's similar to New England's small pizza but an easier crust to grab onto. So tasty I was pleased & is definitely better than most in the area. Only suggestion is to see if they will go lighter with the salt on crust (not necessary). I give it 41/2 stars for pizza. My boyfriend service was super nice so five stars.“

“I grew up on the original Ben Franklin Philly pretzels. Unfortunately they closed down. Dozens of cheap impersonators have arisen but none are even close. Jim's are the closest to those historic Ben Franklin we loved so much. I get them every time I drive it. Yum.“
