A perfect place to get upscale food and classic Italian-American food. I tried the Pick a Pasta with vodka sauce and penne and a mini peanut butter chocolate bombe for dessert.Both items were stellar. The pasta was perfectly cooked, not too soggy or too Al dense. The sauce had a nice balance of sweetness and creaminess, with that tomato bringing in a touch of acidity. Great portion for the price, too. Highly recommend it.The bombe was a lovely little dessert, and the perfect size for a person (you might be able to split if you’re too stuffed). Rich peanut butter and chocolate, tasty cake. “We went here before the Donnie Iris concert yesterday, Saturday at 4 pm. They were not busy yet. I was greeted by name by the hostess and our server Nikki (sorry if I’m not spelling this correctly) was a true delight. She was sweet and attentive. We had a few picky eaters in our party of 6 and Nikki took the time to help them find something acceptable on the menu. She also sent the owner over to check in with us since it was our first time in. He was a delight. We talked food and business and found out the he gives his staff benefits and profit sharing. The food was great. We had greens and beans and the crab-stuffed artichokes for apps and filets, lobster, pork chops, fish, and corned beef (St. Paddy’s day special) for our entrees. Everyone was happy even the picky eaters. We had desserts too. They were yummy. We were stuffed and happy when we finally left after 6 pm. The dinner crowd was coming in and the place was filling up which we were happy to see. We will be back.“
