“Man let me tell you!Went to PF Changs to celebrate my cousins birthday. Our server Ashley was absolutely incredible. Super attentive and thoughtful, crafted some wet naps because I had a spill on my jacket. Gave us some complimentary appetizers and remained mindful of our shellfish allergy.She was awesome! “The girls at the sleepover we were hosting loved the food. There was a little bit of a wait when I went for pick-up but it was because they were so busy.. the owner (?) was greeting regulars by their names, asking about spouse, kids, etc. Very welcoming. As a thank you for the wait (10-15 min) they offered me a free pint of ice cream and soda. I walked out smiling and will definitely be back again. The food was tasty and the service kind. “My husband and I stopped here when we were in the area and the food did not dissapoint! We ordered the Hot and Sour Soup, Ban Ban Noodles, "Lamb" w/ Cumin Kabobs, and the Phoenix and Dragon Fly Together (Gen Taos' Chick'n + Shrimp). Everything was great! We were a little sad that they no longer offer a buffet, but it's okay - our server told us they only offer it on holidays.There is so much variety on the menu and if you are having trouble choosing, like we did, the servers are great at recommending items. The atmosphere is a little lackluster but I understand restaurants, especially vegan establishments, are so much work to begin with. We will definitely be visiting again!Vegetarian options: The entire menu is vegan. Woohoo!!“

“We came for lunch around 1-2PM for a party of 2. It wasn't very busy, maybe 1 or 2 tables were occupied. We were seated immediately and given a takeout menu to look at.We ordered the Dan Dan Noodles and Steamed Pork Dumplings for our appetizers. For my main dish, I ordered the Braised Brisket with Lightly Fried Tofu in Hot Pot.The Dan Dan Noodles came out first. It was quite a large serving and could probably pass as a entree dish. Even sharing between the two of us, we were almost nearly full by the time the entrees came out. The noodles were good, but a little spicy! It did taste like chili oil as well. If you're not a fan of spicy food, you may not enjoy this dish.The Steamed Pork Dumplings came out next. There were 6 pieces total. I honestly can't remember too much about the dumplings--not bad but not good.The Braised Brisket with Lightly Fried Tofu in Hot Pot was quite delicious. It is a soup-based dish and there's plenty of it to share. The broth was delicious, though a little on the saltier side. The brisket was a little tough but still good. It does have skin attached to some of the brisket pieces, which I didn't quite enjoy, but there were sufficient pieces without the skin also. The tofu is firm, and as the name of the dish suggests, lightly fried. It tasted good but I wonder if a softer tofu would complement the dish better.Overall, Cheng Du was a nice little spot to stop in for authentic Chinese dishes. The dishes have big serving sizes, so I would recommend ordering less than you would think. We ended up taking most, if not all, of our entrees home. The food was good and the staff were quick and friendly.“

“Came here on a Sunday for a late lunch and it was pretty empty inside and outside. I was excited to try the newer location - the menu looks to be the same at all of the Dan Dan locations. The food came out insanely quick (almost a little too quick) and was exactly how I expected it. I would rank the Dan Dan locations in this order for both food and service: 1) Center City, 2) Ardmore, 3) Wayne. The natural lighting was beautiful and there's a section that looks like a sunroom/patio situation. I would love to sit there next time.“

“Ordered lunch takeout. 3 rolls of your choice for $15. Salad can be added for an additional $1. Sushi had more filling than rice (probably a good thing for most people), rice a relatively thin layer around the rim. Any more rice, the sushi would probably not have fit into the plastic box. Plenty of food for the price. I wouldn't call this high grade stuff but workaday. You can tell from the rice itself, which could be seasoned a little more, but tasty enough. I find Wegman's sushi acceptable enough. Will be delicious enough for most except the gourmand. Comes with soy sauce on the side in small plastic containers. Also get the usual (fake) wasabi and preserved ginger slices. Website uses 'Mealkeyway.' Don't know if there is an upcharge compared to just ordering by phone. 15% tip included by default when you check out (you have to click on custom to change this to zero if you don't believe in tipping for orders you are picking up yourself). They also offer Chinese/Thai dishes.“

“Well, we went here for pick up after hearing good things.The food was okay. The pork fried rice was flavorful, but the rice seemed a bit overcooked. Daughter liked her beef lo mein just fine. The beef and black bean sauce was not what hubby and I are used to when we go to Chinatown. Very few black beans, actually, mostly chopped veggies and some beef. The flavor was good, but they did not give us the white rice it was supposed to come with. The service was fast.“

“Since new Owner (Linda) has taken over this establishment, it has become my "go to sushi joint"!! Their sushi chefs (John & Yanni) are both amazingly talented and they have created custom sushi rolls for me according to my preferred fish and other ingredients. Presentation is awesome as is the freshness and tasty items they prepare. Linda and her Manager (Cindy) are so welcoming and very attentive to their guests...making everyone feel like a VIP!! “This was my late mother's favorite restaurant, and also my teenage son's favorite restaurant. I didn't realize that they were going to close this beautiful location, so it was very special that we went there for my son's birthday celebration! “This place always delivers fresh hot food to us quickly ! They always critique our food to our liking every time with no mistakes. I can't recall ever having any issues, and we call this place usually at least once a week. I love their bourbon chicken, pork fried rice, general tsao chicken, and teriyaki chicken on a stick are some of our favorites from them. Staff is wonderful and very very polite, delivery drivers are always quick and personally thank you every time for the tip.“

“Consistently good food! Only ONCE in 23 years have I received a meal that wasn't something to rave about! I like spicy, had to tone it down recently cause you can't eat super spicy forever! You want to call ahead to order, it so you don't have to sit and wait for it. they do not deliver, which is the only downfall but I'm sure you could order through DoorDash or something like that. The food is delicious and my favorite is shrimp. Szechuan shrimp very good with lots of vegetable and there's so much shrimp nice large size shrimp I think there's 10 to 12 large shrimp in it and it's enough for two dinners, full dinners very nice and rice and very good, my husband likes to get the bourbon chicken and he loves it“

“This has been of my favorite neighborhood Chinese take out locations. Being loyal to a specific neighborhood spot can be challenging because as soon as you fall in love with a chef...surprise the store changes hand and there's a new chef in town. This spot has consistently delivered and my hubby and I just ordered shrimp and broccoli, shrimp lo mein, and Kung Pao Chicken and all three dishes were exceptional. Please, please, keep doing what you're doing.“

“I go to this place almost all the time. Food is delicious and there is a huge variety of it. Honestly, I have yet to find anything I didn't like on the menu and enjoy it every time I go. Sure I had some minor issues here and there but when you frequent a place this much it's bound to happen every now and again and it was extremely minor too.Only real negative I can give, and it's not so much their fault is that unfortunately if you want crispy fried dumplings, due to their containers they end up getting soggy losing the crisp. They taste great still but the texture gets diluted sadly. Otherwise though, I love this place, their very friendly and nice and the food is great!Definitely worth it practically every time I go.Oh, actually I guess the only other issue is they don't deliver anymore ever since Covid hit.
