“Very cute local winery! Great wine and great prices. The shop is located in a small cute cottage, and it's definitely worth visiting. We got wine samples - $5 per person, and you can try all of the wines!! Very reasonable prices. The bartender was very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend checking this place out! Also, the Dry Migration White Wine was amazing!“

Setter Ridge Vineyards Winery •
99 Dietrich Valley Rd, Kutztown - 8.25 miles

“Offering a very relaxed environment, on a lovely property, with very good wines and great service. Family-friendly, with plenty of space to find your niche and settle in for a while. Currently, they offer 6 pre-arranged tastings of 4 wines, including flights built around their crisp whites, their reds, their Burgundy grapes, their Bordeaux grapes, their sweet offerings, and with chocolate pairings. You can also built your own flight of 4 wines for a few dollars more. The standouts for me were the Pinot Noirs - I'd advise trying glasses from both vineyards if you can, as they're quite unique from one another. We also really enjoyed their Riesling and Pinot Gris - nice and crisp, just enough bite to tantalize the tongue without overpowering your taste buds. In all, Setter offers more than 20 wines that can fit most guests tastes. The bottles all provide very solid value for their price points and are worth bringing home. I like the versatility of their wine lineup - you can find some great choices ranging from sparkling wines you'd enjoy during a cocktail hour, to white and red offerings that pair nicely with seafood and red meats respectively. If you're looking for something a little different, they serve Sangria, as well as Mimosas on Sunday - these choices are also delicious.“

Long Trout Winery Winery •
84 Fork Mountain Rd, Auburn - 8.81 miles

“This place is a hidden gem. Easily the funkiest and most fun winery I've ever been to. That also acts as (mainly) a pseudo Beatles museum. They make a large number of wines out of all types of fruits and things you wouldn't expect or ever had. Most of them very good as well to my palette. Can sit outside and relax in a relaxing atmosphere. One of a kind.“

Stonekeep Meadery and Wine Cellars Winery •
564 Blandon Rd, Fleetwood - 8.7 miles

“I'm the first to admit that my exposure to, and my knowledge of mead is significantly more limited than other adult beverages. But I have really enjoyed what I've tried from Stonekeep. I've enjoyed visits to both their Fleetwood and Jim Thorpe tasting rooms. I really dig the medieval vibe. It makes both locations feel unique, and not quite like your typical tasting room experience. This is the type of place you would bring someone if they were visiting from out of town and we're looking for something off the beaten path. While Stonekeep produces both wine and mead, it is the latter which truly stands out. My favorite selections are the Red Raspberry Melomel and the Blue Muninn. Both offerings are absolutely delicious, and an excellent way to introduce someone to mead who may not be familiar with the drink. Both are excellent on their own, but really hit a whole new level when paired with chocolate. Consider busting out these meads for your after dinner course when entertaining at home. Or, if you're by yourself, feel free to pour yourself a glass and sit in front of the fireplace.“
