“This place is an ice cream lovers dream. I was in town for roller derby tournament and popped by for a scoop. Peanut Swirl was amazing-6 bucks gets you a massive cone. Great outdoor seating and a large selection of products-definitely a must if you are in town.“

The staff offered me great recommendations and were dedicated to finding me a shake I would love. I love apple juice so they suggested I order a Fruitopia. “The Red Horse was half full today at lunchtime. I tried the Old Fashioned Burger with rye bourbon aioli - it was awesome! Who needs Ketchup? Home made chips were a wonderful surprise. My lunch date had the Brisket Grilled Cheese and it was also delicious! Yes, we tasted each other's food. The wait staff was super friendly and made our meal even more special. Thank you! The new owners have added their own touches which have updated the Red Horse and we were seated by the wall of desserts. So we had to have some Pie! Ban-offee (I hope I got that right) Their Banana Toffee creation was gorgeous to look at and even better to eat. Pretzels on the whipped cream was a bit surprising, but it worked! Over the years we have tried meals here with many different owners... Now this is the Best Ever!“

“Good food. love the bowls.I strongly advise that you do NOT use the store's website to order. I have ordered a bunch through a delivery service (uber/grubhub/whatever depending on which one had discounts) until I noticed that they have an order online button on the website. but two days in a row (out of a possible two) the system messed up something with my order. first day it was that it didn't include my apartment number even though i know i put it in. and second day it apparently ate half of my order, I only got one of the two items i ordered, and since I had not ordered through the delivery service, there was no way for the employee to just have the rest of my food delivered. I feel bad for the employee because i had to explain what i was trying to get was food delivered at the price at which i had ordered it, and she had to explain to me that this objective was impossible.All this is a long winded way of saying their order online website function is inferior to going directly to your delivery service of choice. I Love the food, ordered a bunch before and will order a bunch again, but why have a button on your website that is a downgrade from what is already available out in the open market?The reason they get 4 stars is that the employee just refunded the whole order, (resulting in about a $5 savings to me in total because i had to place the order again and pay all the "fees").If the owner or an employee is looking at this I would very much like to hear that this is not one of those unethical businesses that charges their employees in any way for orders that get screwed up and refunded like this. I know of plenty of places that do that, and i'm hoping this is not one of them--funny feeling tho...“

“One of the best cake shops in State college. Good variety of cupcakes which includes choices of Gluten free.They do get busy so it's better to order cakes 3 days to a week in advance.Service is friendly.My favorites are Chocolate cake and Tiramisu.“

“We had an excellent dinner on Saturday night. The waitress was very good, but seemed like she was very busy as well. It was enjoyable for us to have her wait on us. The portions were excellent and the food was very very good. My salmon was done perfectly and I complemented the chef. Also, the bartender made excellent drinks, so good that my wife drank most of my Manhattan so we ordered another one. Will be back soon.“

“Malaysian fusion family here: This was the best char kuey teow (listed as “chow” k. t. on the menu, but whatevs) we’ve had outside of Malaysia, and better than lots we’ve had there. EXCELLENT. We will be making the drive from Pittsburgh regularly!Can’t speak to the rest of the menu, but this was legit.“

“I would still recommend them. However, my sister and I ordered pizzas today. I LOVE truffle oil. I ordered a Kennett Square pizza and they forgot my truffle oil…..made my pizza less than appealing. It did not taste good without the truffle oil!!!! Hopefully if I return they will remember the BEST part of my pizza……truffle oil!!!!!“

“Not the place to go if you have 9 or 10 ppl in your party... Unless u want to wait, we waited about an hour and some change, but once we got a table the food was delicious!! Shrimp and pepper& onion app was bomb!! And the gnocci soup uumm yesss!! Every time! Shrimp Alfredo is amazing and so is shrimp scampi although the asparagus in it was hard, still good! Also the watermelon sangria was delightful!!“

An issue that I have noticed though is that each time I come, my order will always take more than 8 minutes. even in the drive through. if you are in a rush probably not the place to go but if you are trying to study and get work done then this place is a good fit.“
