“The piadina are amazing along with the homemade pasta and prepared items. The Portsmouth store is much easier to access than Middletown (parking) and the staff are great. I would give 5 stars if they were open til at least 5:30pm weeknights. It’s hard to get there by 5pm and I imagine they lose quite a bit of business from those of us wanting to grab dinner on the way home from work.”

“Nice place. Theirs job is really coffee i belived :) You can see them roasting and packaging there. Prices are fair. It has a great coffee smell. There are tables inside and outside if you want to hang out. You can buy their own products and packaged coffees. I bought a latte, the coffee was really fresh. I think it has a few awards too. An enjoyable stop on the road :))”

The portions were large, each dish easily big enough for 2. The service was top notch, I didn’t catch his name, I’m assuming the owner, could not have been more friendly. We will definitely be back!”

“I was in town for the day and we just google a place to get a bite to eat. The burgers were phenomenal - so juicy and delicious. Fries were good too - hot, with a crispy outside and melt-in-your-mouth inside. Definitely recommend!”

“On a recent trip to Middletown, Rhode Island, my family made a return visit to the Coddington Brewery. We’ve been here several times and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable seating and a nice bar area. Pictured is the Turkey Platter which has all the flavors of a home Thanksgiving meal. Also pictured is the Roast Beef Club; delicious! Any of the burgers and sandwiches would be a good choice and there are more formal type dinners offered. It being a brewery, there is always a nice selection of beer. Try this place; you’ll like it and want to go back.”

“I just wanted to give a shoot out to Rising Tide BBQ and all their staff and the quality of the food we purchased in the large Family Pack. We had a group of 11 and the inclusions of six pounds of deliciously smoked Brisket, Pork, Chicken, and a rack of fall off the bone ribs. The package had all the fixings for a great family bbq dinner. The night was fantastic and everyone was very satisfied and full of sweet finger lickin happiness! Andrea who took the order had everything ready as soon as I walked in. Overall it’s a cool place and hopefully will get around to enjoying their menu for yourself!”

“Small cafe with great food and friendly service. We were surprised that it wasn’t noisy- there are tiled floors and an open kitchen, and we were seated next to a large (polite) group. My crepes were light and the strawberries fresh. Try the bougatsa!

The bathroom was clean and large.

“So so good! It’s a must go if you are anywhere in the area. We were heading out of Newport after a walk at the cliffs, and the sign caught our eye. Every sandwich we had was fresh and amazingly good! Fun, unique, and creative sandwiches, plus plenty of tried and true traditional sandwiches for those picky eaters. Staff was helpful and so pleasant. We can’t say enough good things. Just go, you won’t be disappointed!”

“I have to say that we tried this place for the first time and it's absolutely the best pizza place on this Island. We ordered a few different pizzas and a few different flavors of chicken wings.
The pizza was delicious. All ingredients are high quality especially their cheese. Cheese is definitely real and they give you a good amount.
Chicken wings are amazing too.
I'm going to mention that they are also cheaper than many other places we have tried before.
I drove here all the way from Portsmouth because I like to make sure that the food I order comes from a clean place. I actually checked their kitchen out and it is absolutely clean and spotless.
5 stars all the way!

“I put the 4 stars on atmosphere on purpose. This place is more about the food. You go to this place for the good food. Granted the lady taking our order was lovely, kind, and patient as we were first time visitors from Washington State staying in the hotel in the back yard. But florescent lighting and ceiling tiles... This isn't sit down for your first date atmosphere. You get it to go and take your date to a beautiful location and blow them away with the delicious food.

Our containers were full to the brim. The food is delicious. I have zero complaints about service or food. If you are craving Chinese food, you won't be disappointed.”

JENNA and her amazing team did an outstanding job providing exceptional personalized service with an incredible attention to every last detail. Thank you JENNA!!! The venue layout was picture perfect with a nice flow from the open foyer to the spacious bar and out to the stunning patio overlooking the vineyard vines. It was absolutely beautiful! The dining room was simply elegant and spacious enough for our 130 guests, live band and a large dance floor. Everything served was hot and simply delicious!!! NEWPORT VINEYARDS is a perfect wedding venue for sure!!!”

Me and my family have ordered food from here for years and we were excited when we heard new owners were taking it over. Becky’s is such a treasure here - real smoky bbq in RI. We haven’t been able to try since the reopening until now and I’m happy to say our expectations for excellence were met. Beans were as great as always, pulled pork was flavorful and juicy, wings were awesome. We loved everything. Props to the new owners for keeping it alive. Andy”

We were seated right away, and the service was prompt and friendly throughout the evening.\n\nWe started with the squid salad, house salad, and miso soup. My wife particularly enjoyed the squid salad, while the house salad and miso soup were decent but not extraordinary. The shrimp and vegetable tempura were crispy and well-cooked, and the unagi sushi rolls were delicious. However, the chicken teriyaki was slightly dry, though the flavorful teriyaki sauce helped elevate the dish.\n\nOverall, it was a nice evening out, offering good food at a reasonable price.
