“We visited for the first time a few weeks ago bc we saw a fb event titled, "Queer Crafting"! We arrived after the posted start time, and were surprised to see a full house of queer paper crafters and a Jeep enthusiast group too. In fact, there were so many people that the workers pulled a loveseat out from the back to give us a place to sit. The white roast was smoother, just as described by our barista. I preferred the dark roast with more coffee flavor. They have a nice selection of sugar-free syrups which I appreciated. We tried the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and both really liked it. We'll definitely be back.“

The service was amazing, as was the food.We had the vegetable spring rolls and fried chicken bun for appetizers, then pad see ew and garlic vegetable stir fry for our entrees. Everything came out hot and as ordered, with exact right amount of spice in our entrees (we ordered them medium).We'll be back for sure!“
“Gorditas Locas taco truck catered a birthday party at my house on James Island and did a great job. They were very friendly, the food was delicious and all of our guests loved it. They give you buzzers to let you know when your food is ready so you don't have to stand around and wait. 10/10 definitely recommend!“

“The food is phenomenally great!! I just love how well seasoned it is. Not too little not too much just right and the atmosphere is so laid back. I even got a free valentines gift bag with meal. I ordered the lobster and lamb with grits and eggs meal while my daughter got the chicken and waffles which she replied it’s BUSSIN!!! We will definitely be back again and again. I recommend it and they’re clean. Tastes like the food is cooked by Happy people. It’s obvious to the taste.“

“A little upset with my service yesterday. There was an event for my kiddos school and we used to eat here all the time. My grandpa is Filipino so it was nice! Their chicken lumpia is absolutely delicious but the person taking my order messed up my order, and when I asked them to fix it, they told me no, I would have to pay again for what I wanted because the cashier apparently misheard me so my son had to wait until we got home to eat something else.“

It was brought to our table about 10 minutes later and was absolutely fantastic. There were two hot sauces on the table for use to adjust the level of spice you want. “I had a great experience with the delicious biscuits I had over this past weekend at my friend's post wedding brunch. There were so many varieties, I could not figure out what to eat. The caterer Tabby was helpful and talked me into the fried chicken biscuit along with a cheese and chive with the savory thyme butter. I came back & asked what's next and she pointed me to the cinnamon biscuit with cinnamon butter. She was sweet and knew what she was doing. I now know they're eateries in downtown and how to schedule catering events for the future because of her.“

“How do you describe great pizza in 4 words? "Pizza A Modo Mio"My wife and I were in town for a convention and stopped into this little gem for some take out. First of all, when you walk in the aromas in that room are amazing. We placed our order (although it was hard to pick just 1 or 2 things, everything looked so dang good).I ordered the pizza (18 inch) with pepperoni & onions. My wife ordered some different slices of pizza and an order of garlic knots. Everyone working behind the counter were pleasant and personable. I got to talk to the owner (Mike) and his manager (Pete). Boy, you could tell these guys were from New York lol. We grabbed our food, paid the cashier and we were off to the hotel to dive in.The pizza was traditional New York style. Thin slices that were full of flavor even with just 2 toppings. The sauce was amazing and the pizza crust...mmmmm. The garlic knots - well....let's just say they didn't last long. Buttery, garlicy and soft.
