“We had a dinner after our wedding for about 15 people in the private dining room. The staff, food and ambiance were amazing! Thanks so much to the Links staff for accommodating!”
“An Unforgettable Anniversary at Michael Anthony's A True Food Lover’s Paradise For our wedding anniversary, we wanted something special, and Michael Anthony’s delivered on EVERY level. As Hilton Head’s premier Italian fine dining destination, they excel not only in impeccable service and warm hospitality but also in creating a culinary experience that any true Epicure would appreciate. From the moment we sat down, our server, Eleanor, made the evening even more remarkable. Her knowledge of each dish was extraordinary, and her attentiveness to every detail ensured that we were taken care of without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to encounter such dedication to making sure every aspect of the meal is perfect, and Eleanor truly enhanced our experience. The evening began with a bottle of 2021 Tenuta Di Arceno Chianti Classico—a stunning wine with aromas of cherries, and strawberries. Its elegant balance made it the perfect companion to the meal, enhancing each bite without overshadowing the vibrant flavors on our plates. My A5 Wagyu ribeye was simply divine, cooked to perfection with a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness that only Wagyu can deliver. It was a symphony of rich flavors, each bite more indulgent than the last. My wife’s Ravioli di Vitello al Tartufo Nero was outstanding. A harmonious blend of House made veal ravioli topped & black truffle sauce. Both dishes epitomized the fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. One of the true standouts of the night was the Raviolo al’Uovo con confit d’Anatra. This dish was a revelation! An unexpected, yet beautifully balanced combination of flavors that demonstrated both creativity and precision. The delicate pasta, rich duck confit, and perfectly runny egg yolk created a dish that was not only visually stunning but an absolute pleasure to eat. Another unexpected delight was the Insalata d’Anatra con Albicocca e Burrata. A light and refreshing salad featuring succulent duck, sweet apricots, and creamy burrata. It was the perfect prelude to the main courses, showcasing a masterful understanding of balance and texture. Venturing into new territory, I tried the Polpo alla Griglia, my first experience with octopus. Grilled to perfection, the octopus had a surprisingly tender, almost steak-like quality that was enhanced by a smoky char. It was a revelation for me both unfamiliar and yet incredibly satisfying. For starters, we couldn’t resist the Peach and Plum Salad with Scallops. The sweet, ripe fruit paired beautifully with the perfectly seared scallops, highlighting the restaurant's commitment to sourcing only the finest seasonal ingredients. Every bite was vibrant, fresh, and utterly delicious. As if that weren’t enough, the desert menu demanded our attention. The Tiramisu was nothing short of perfection!espresso and rum-soaked ladyfingers layered with a light mascarpone mousse and topped with a dusting of cocoa and caramel drizzle. Hands down, the best Tiramisu I’ve ever tasted. The Sformata di Cioccolata con Gelato Vanilla Rich, molten-centered chocolate cake served with creamy vanilla gelato was a chocolate lover’s dream. The baked peach stuffed with oats and pine nuts was another winner. It was refreshing, light, and oh so exciting to my tongue. It had a similar presentation to a small coffee cake, but packed a flavorful punch of peach cobbler. Finally, the Affogato, a dessert that was new to me but instantly became a favorite. Vanilla gelato drenched in rich espresso, chocolate sauce, Kahlua, and whipped cream. It was an indulgent, yet perfectly balanced way to finish the evening. Michael Anthony’s isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience. From the perfectly executed dishes to Eleanor’s exceptional service, every detail is designed to make you feel pampered. For anyone who appreciates authentic Italian cuisine with a creative twist, Michael Anthony’s is simply a must. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to treat yourself to an unforgettable dining experience, Michael Anthony’s will not disappoint! We are planning our next trip already”
“9/17/25 was our 2nd trip to Benny's and it did not disappoint either time. Our first trip was last fall when you had just opened & the rooftop was not completed yet. Me, my sister & my niece were delighted with our choices...grouper, seafood cannelloni , Brazilian fish stew...WOW!! But what we were most impressed with was our waiter, Ladrae' Foster, a young 20 year old man. He was lots of fun and very knowledgeable about the menu. We asked LOTS of questions about entrees and he always had the most detailed answer. Excellent service, too! We'll definitely be back!”
“Outstanding! We stopped today for lunch while shopping and were greeted by a lovely lady at the front station. We were immediately seated and served the best meal that we have had since arriving on the island. I ordered the meatball appetizer and lunch portion of rigatoni with vodka sauce and the hubs ordered the calamari appetizer and ravioli with bolognese sauce. The portions were huge, the ingredients were fresh, and everything was absolutely delicious! Prices are reasonable, atmosphere was very pleasant...will absolutely return each time we visit HHI.”
“We came to crazy crab and was lucky enough to have Susan as our waitress. Susan is the greatest waitress I’ve had at any restaurant ever. She makes sure we get our food in a reasonable time and we don’t stay thirsty. I would give susan a 100/10 on service and I think she needs a raise.”

“We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for years and decided to try Fraser’s for the first time. Honestly I was surprised how much we all loved the food. I expected a golf course restaurant to be more of a pub food menu but even the shrimp and fish we ordered was amazing. Awesome, casual atmosphere with great views if you sit outside.”

“Excellent traditional pizza joint played U2 and all !”
“Had a after dinner drink at the bar. Great location right next to the beach lots if seating. There us a walkway to get to the beach if you want a stroll after dinner. Staff was very friendly and a wide variety of food and beverages. Lots if outdoor seating and there was a music playing when we arrived around 7pm”
“Horrible manager on 10/13/2022! He ruined my daughter's 5 year anniversary dinner. They were in from out of state to attend a golf tournament and celebrate their anniversary. When it came time for payment the manager came over and told them they don't accept Discover and was really rude and belittled them for not having any other type of payment with them. There are no signs posted that they don't take Discover. The manager said what do you want us to do, sit everyone down beforehand and tell them we don't take Discover. A sign should have been posted. Every other establishment they visited in Hilton Head took Discover. The manager could have been nice about it while they secured another form of payment instead of belittling them in front of everyone. Their waiter was amazing though. Seems they need to promote the waiter as the new manager.”
“Food is great! My husband and I visit every time we are at HHI. Their clams strips are the best we have EVER had. The hush puppies are delicious as well. This visit I tried their crab cake from the waiters suggestion. It was this "Marylander" approved! Thanks Rich for the recommendation and great service! See you on the next visit.”

“12/10. Came to Zunzibar in Hilton Head Island on a Monday evening and was immediately so happy we did. There was incredible live music (that had the perfect volume - I we were sitting closest to him and never felt like we were yelling to talk or that it was overwhelming), the drinks were amazing, and the service was top notch. If you want somewhere that has great drinks, a laid-back atmosphere, and Instagram-worthy decor, definitely check them out! We will absolutely be back.”
“We just ordered from pomodori too for the first time. I placed the order online. Got a call instantly to go over any allergy concerns as I ordered GF pasta. Great caring service! The food was ready in minutes! Meat lasagna and kids chicken Parmesan with veggies and kids GF penne and meatball. Great service excellent food. Love the fresh baked bread. Large portions also! Even our new puppy loved the chicken Parm and veg! She loves fresh healthy ingredients! Blondie approves! 5 stars! Can’t wait to order from this local restaurant again!”
“Absolutely wonderful dinner and overall experience. The mini crab claws and fried green tomatoes were so delicious. The server was helpful in providing recommendations on the menu. For dinner, we had the Cajun grouper, blackened red fish, crab cakes, and scallops. Every dish was perfect. For dessert, we tried the strawberry cake-fabulous! Definitely a great spot and we will for sure be back!”
“The food at Chez George was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had. The layers of flavor were out of this world. The chef clearly knows his way around food and I can’t speak anything negative about it. Service was wonderful. Highly recommend!”

“We have eaten at Kenny B's for dinner several times but decided to try them for breakfast on our way home this year. Oh my! What a great decision it was! Breakfast was hearty and delicious and I so enjoyed my cup of coffee with chicory. Our breakfast consisted of biscuits and sausage gravy for my husband and eggs, sausage, wheat toast and grits for me. Everything was so flavorful and the grits were some of the best I've had in a while. The grits were creamy with plenty of butter and a fresh corn taste to them. We highly recommend anyone looking for a delicious breakfast with a New Orleans twist on the dishes do yourself a favor and patronize Kenny B's.”
“We always make sure to eat at the Sea Shack when visiting HHI—best grouper on the island! Got takeout last week, got home and realized we didn’t get our ordered desserts. Not a big deal, called for a refund. Instead, manager brought the key lime pies we ordered and added a banana pudding! Awesome customer service!”
“I ordered a GF German Chocolate Birthday cake for my Sweetheart. It was Sooo Delicious!!! I couldn't tell it was gluten free, the taste and texture were exceptional! Thank you, G-Free Spot, for making great GF food options for the Lowcountry. See you again very soon. : )”
“Husband found this little gem tucked away in a little corner. Arrive early if you would like a seat. Their gyros, spanakopita, chicken kabob and salads are excellent! However, their baklava is a PARTY IN YOUR MOUTH! The only thing that rivals their food is their hospitality. ❤️ This is the best place on the island for authentic Mediterranean! You’re welcome in advance!”

“What a welcome addition to the HHI restaurant scene! Wonderful family-style dining serving excellent traditional Italian cuisine. Service is friendly and professional. Owners are beyond gracious. Recommend the baked clams, shrimp basilica, gnocchi Romano, lasagna (alternate Saturdays), cannoli dip, tiramisu- etc!”
“I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the food. It was all beautiful. The food was spicy - just how I like it and just what I asked for when I ordered. This place had beautiful decor and a 5 star restaurant atmosphere. The waitstaff were all kind and helpful, very understanding about my shellfish allergy. If I could give it a 10/5 star review I would!”
“This is by far the best coffee/pastry place we have found. The sea turtle mocha iced coffee is favorite, just the right amount of sweet. It is usually a bit busy, but totally worth it. The owners are very sweet and friendly. I love the pastries as well, all fresh every day and also just the right amount of sweet. Breakfast sandwiches are amazing too. There is something here for everyone I think. Highly reccomend !”
“Nice quick breakfast cafe in Harbour Town. Staff is professional and loved the menu options. I ended up getting the french toast and it was good. My friend liked her avocado toast too. Waited only 15 minutes for food which was great compared to how long the line was. Cold brew is okay. Definitely a fun spot for vacationers though.”
“We decided to try the Hilton Head Dough Boys during our vacation and I must say, their wings are SO good! I am very picky with wings and I was not disappointed. The Carolina Gold sauce and the Honey Hot were on point!!! I ordered them well done. We also tried the pizza. It was good, different from what I’m use to as it tasted like they used several different kinds of cheese, but it was not bad (ordered one with extra cheese & pepperoni and one half mushroom, half cheese). I enjoyed the mushroom slices the best and appreciated they they used fresh mushrooms instead of canned. Unfortunately, the crust didn’t really have any flavor. We will definitely order some wings from them each time we visit now!”
“We visited Hilton Head/Bluffton/Beaufort area for a few days from New York City and had a list of places to go. Unfortunately we didn’t make it to all but we did stop by Red Stripes and babyyyy, we were glad we did!! The food was absolutely delicious and totally unexpected. Jamaican cuisine is not something every one can do, native or not, but the owner and the chefs at the Bluffton location exactly what they’re doing. The food, drinks, and service was impeccable. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!”
“Incredible anniversary dinner for one vegan and one omnivore! The atmosphere was elevated and also very comfortable. Flavors and execution were incredible and we had a terrific experience. We plan to return!”

“Drinks were good, music great. However. we ordered chili fries for $10.95 and asked for the chili on the side. we got the fries with chili in a small cup. But when we got the bill we were charged full price AND $1.00 extra for chili on the side. WTH. We didn't get extra chili!!!!! One dollar is not a big deal, overcharging is!!!!”
“If you want the most tasty real ice cream with creative as well as traditional flavors that cannot be beat, visit the Cinnamon Bear Country Store in the Sea Pines neighborhood of Hilton Head! The service and the ice cream is amazing and they are locally owned, no chain ice cream here!! Am Yisroel Chai and Enjoy!!”
“San Miguel's restaurant in Shelter Cove Marina, Hilton Head Island, SC is AWESOME!! I go there several times when I am there for vacation. Be sure to visit Brock and Kim at the outside bar!! “We dined at this restaurant last evening arriving around 5:15 and seated right away. Our server, Hart was awesome and our orders were accurate and he went out of his way to accommodate our requests. The atmosphere was nice but started to get really noisy upon our departure. The hush puppies were delicious and our Bloody Mary was exceptional but the rest of our food was mediocre. I will say my scallops were sweet and tender. Everyone else in our party said their dinners were just ok.”
“We come here often because we live close by and, after several months of trying various restaurants, we’re convinced that this is our favorite. The food and the service is always good and the place feels welcoming and relaxing. Every server and bartender is friendly and we always feel right at home.”
“Perfect place for some out-of-towners to watch play-off baseball! Lots of TVs, pool tables, and seating options. Definitely has that local ‘dive bar’ feeling but the food was excellent (best patty melt I’ve had in a long time) and service was also great. Thumbs up!”
“Wanted to give a 5 star rating to waiter Sarthak , SAM. His service was fantastic. I ordered a chicken sandwich plain , with no seasoning. It was made as I asked and was delicious. He has a great personality and gives excellent service.. Made our dining experience great.”
“My wife and I had dinner there on Saturday evening We were seated immediately with no wait which was great. We ordered the Texas fajitas with a side of freshly prepared guacamole along with 2 margaritas. Both the food and drinks were excellent. Our server checked on us several times throughout our meal to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Great food and great experience.”

“My wife and I recently dined at Red Fish and had a lovely experience. We appreciated the cozy and intimate atmosphere of the restaurant, which made for a romantic evening out. One of the highlights of our visit was the opportunity to choose a bottle from their impressive wine cellar, which had an extensive selection of wines from around the world. The food was delicious and satisfying. The chef clearly takes great care in creating each dish, using fresh and high-quality ingredients to bring out the best flavors. Throughout our meal, the service was attentive and friendly without feeling overbearing. We appreciated the attention to detail that went into every aspect of our dining experience, from the wine selection to the food presentation to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Overall, we highly recommend Red Fish to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a great meal and outstanding wine selection, Red Fish is definitely worth a visit.”
“Went as a party of 4. Nobody had eaten at a Brazilian Steakhouse before. Food was excellent. The filet was delicious. I would have like a better explanation of what they were bringing out (what order, how it was prepared etc). But plenty of food kept coming out constantly! Finish one and the next one wasn't far behind.”
“We took our family to Chophouse 119 for my Father-in-Law's 80th birthday. It was a wonderful experience. The food was incredible. Best filet mignon I have had in quite a while (Pittsburgh style). All of the food came out perfect in timing and flavor. It is a bit pricey but have to say that the quality of food and more importantly the quality of service made it worth the price. Stanley, our server, was incredible. Prompt, friendly, funny, attentive...everything you'd want from a server.”
“Kari was our AMAZING waitress for our 2nd anniversary dinner! She handled all of our requests with ease, got us a personalized dessert, and even took photos of us at sunset. We couldn’t have asked for a better server, meal, or experience to celebrate!”
