“Wonderful ambience in this Main Street Travelers Rest restaurant. Industrial decor and plenty of seating. Very popular at key hours. The sushi isn't great but it's good enough to enjoy this beautiful restaurant. Great service and a solid drink menu as well. Highly recommend.“

“Service is good every time I come here. Ambiance is decent as well and the restaurant is clean every time. Sushi here though is at best okay...very thin slices of fish and small portioning but it tastes fresh! Unfortunately the Nigiri Sushi entree is way below par (don't let you choose your pieces) and don't state on it that's it's chef choice which is pretty upsetting for a sushi enjoyer! Would still highly recommend this Restaurant.“

“Had the most amazing experience at this restaurant my first time in Travelers Rest! A great tex-mex menu with the most attentive and sweet staff. My server, Patricia, was so kind and always made sure our table had exactly what we needed. A great place to hang with friends, would definitely come back!“

“Local bakery/deli that excels at breakfast in particular. A short trek off the main drag, but easily walkable. Not infrequently less of a wait for higher quality food than a lot of places in Travellers Rest. Lots of eclectic outdoor seating with plenty of room for larger parties to stretch out. Great for take away baked goods and sandwiches as well.“

“Food was very good. Table shared a number of things. Salads were good, pizza was very good. We had a potato pizza and cheese. Beer selection is very good. Highly suggest them. Only reason the atmosphere got a 4, outside seating is right next to busy and very tight parking lot which means loud cars, gas fumes and the occasional “are they going to hit us?” Moments kind of ruined the Al fresco dining.“

“Just a wonderful experience, from the moment we opened the doors walked in and we're greeted by the best hostess I've ever encountered immediately had us smiling and looking forward to dinner. Our server Chelsea was phenomenal as well great menu presentation wish I had room to try it all. I work up the road and everyone asks for recommendations for places to eat will definitely be sending many people this way! 10 outta 10!“

He was everything you want in a bartender/server and made excellent suggestions. The food was not just beaoto look at but had exceptional flavor. I can hardly wait to come back and try more of the menu!Vegan/veg options were available. This is true farm to table. Don't pass up an opportunity to done at Urban Wren!“

“A friend took me to Greenville for the day and knowing that I'm vegan, she looked up places to eat and suggested we go here. We arrived and it wasn't particularly busy, but it's also not a huge place and sort of set away in a strip mall, not in a central area. The person working was super friendly, and told us to take a seat and brought up menus. The menu is vegan soul food, and everything sounded amazing. I ended up getting one of the specials with mac and cheese and breaded chicken with collard greens and rice. And I ate every bite! I haven't had vegan soul food in years, so it was so nice to find this place. I only wish I could have tried more things on the menu. In any case, I will totally come back in the future if I ever make it back to Greenville.“

“This is a gem in Greenville. They serve freshly made pastas and have an extensive wine menu. This isn't the typical Italian restaurant with 3 pastas and a red and white sauce. This is elevated but not in a weird, stuffy way. It's a lively atmosphere with good food and amazing service. It's definitely worth a visit and if the weather is good the seats on the balcony are a great spot for dinner with a view.“

“Amazing and delicious! Definitely a gem of a restaurant and fully vegan. There are so many great menu items! Don't miss the macaroni and cheese or the sweet potato fries! Our daughter loved the Spoiled Brat, a grilled beyond brat with grilled onions, peppers, mustard, etc. The smoothies are wonderful and so is the cake (we tried double dark chocolate). Service is wonderful and they have indoor and outdoor seating. Some of the best vegan food I have had.“

“Great middle eastern food at super reasonable prices. I really like the seasoning they use in their Jerusalem kabob. One of my favorite places to dine in Greenville. Excellent market attached to the restaurant, too. They were even giving away free calendars which I have hanging in my kitchen.“

“Wonderful first experience! Inside, you'll find warm smiling faces eager to help with any menu questions or recommendations! I chose the Ethiopian Stew and some sweets (coconut blast & belly rubs) with a detox tea to wash it down! Everything was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection! I wish I had found this restaurant sooner! I will definitely be back, and highly recommend to anyone!!“

“Very impressive on all counts. I was told about this place by a guy who was from New Jersey. He highly recommended it and it did not disappoint. I was amazed at the customer service of every single employee. I would also like to give a special shout-out to the older Navy vet. People were waiting in line for it to open. If you want to be impressed try this place, you will not be sorry.“

“Guys, what can I say, I just went to this pastry shop in Greenville because I really missed the taste of home, being from Rome myself. 100% promoted, incredibly friendly and professional owners, love for their products noticeable from the first bite. I recommend this place in Greenville to anyone who wants to try and discover the products of our land, Italian tradition and flavors guaranteed! Thanks guys and GO ROMA!!??❤️“

“As always, the food was delicious. However, not as usual, the server was not up to standard. She was evidently new and inexperienced, so that is a caveat (though it is also an assumption). She was terse and unfriendly, though technically she did everything needed...just not in the warm, welcoming manner that we have come to expect at Pomegranate. No worries, however; we'll be back!“

“Hands down one of my favorite places in Greenville. It's a great place to find locally grown and produced food. Excellent menu selections if you're looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or just want to pop in for a midday smoothie or coffee. It's popular, but I always find a place to sit down somewhere on their property. Do yourself a favor and just buy two loaves of stecca, because one won't be enough. And the veggie quiche. Don't sleep on the quiche!! Swamp Rabbit Cafe is also a must do stop to make if you're on the SRT between downtown Greenville and TR. If you can, try to bike in for one of the various events they host every week at the site. It's always a good time!“

“Kitchen Sync truly delivered a dining experience that surprised and inspired me.From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the inviting atmosphere; the host was the opposite, though.Despite the limited menu, every dish was carefully crafted and complemented by phenomenal drinks. The Food: I enjoyed the Local Toast. It had the right texture balance. Also had the Sticky Chicken, and it was delicious. For entree, I ordered the Gnudi with Sunday Sauce. Truly delicious and I was able to felt "love" at every bite. My spouse had the Local Rib Pork Chop. It was tender, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor. These dishes were elevated and creative, and each bite bursted with freshness and deliciousness. But in my opinion, the Roasted Vegetable Mac and Cheese was phenomenal.Service: The attentive table service ensured I had everything I needed throughout my meal.Admittedly, the lack of an inviting host and the restaurant's unassuming exterior may leave some guests unsure of what to expect, but once inside, the experience is nothing short of enjoyable.Overall, my visit to Kitchen Sync delivered a memorable culinary experience at reasonable prices. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a delightful dining adventure.“

“Nice cafe--dine in or take out. The cafe supports Jasmine Road ministry to women in need (trafficking, etc). Menu full of fresh options, changes often. Always a vegan or vegetarian option. I got the sampler--very generous portions, had to take some home. Inside or outside seating. Close to downtown Greenville.“

“Asada is one of the best restaurants in Greenville! They feature a Latin American fusion cuisine that's both creative and delicious. Their menu features seasonal and local produce and high quality protiens. For brunch, you can't go wrong with the breakfast burrito! The Korean pork burritos are also amazing. I was most surprised by the burger which features a slab of fried cheese and yucca fries - unexpectedly delicious!!! The sangria is offered in 2 flavors and we all loved the tropical sangria best. There's not much seating so we usually order to go.“

“I've been here several times for drinks with friends or my husband and have never been disappointed in my selection. Their specialty drinks always are a fun way to try something new and if you sit at the bar (at a not super busy time), bartenders will talk to you about your preferences and make suggestions based off them. I personally just like the way they make a plain boring regular old fashioned. I can't really say anything about the food because they don't have any gluten free options, unless you want a salad with your cocktail, which I do not. LolDietary restrictions: Not gluten-free friendly, but has vegan options.Parking: Don't expect to just pull up and go in. You'll be circling around the neighborhood for a bit during busy hours - like lunch - so plan accordingly.Kid-friendliness: It's not really an atmosphere built for children - the space is small and intimate and there is no "kid's menu"- but if you were there for a meal you would be fine.“

“We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and were immediately seated. Our server was personable and efficient and made several recommendations. “Not a new place, but one that I somehow missed on previous trips. Perhaps because they've titled themselves an Asian Kitchen, which is generic and doesn't usually suggest the food is going to be particularly special. But this place is in fact run by a Malaysian family, with what I think were pictures of Kuala Lumpur decorating the walls. They have a separate menu with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free listings, of which there are many. I felt like a bit of a fool ordering basic spring rolls, but theirs were quite good with a nice mix of glass noodles and vegetables. My curry, at 4/5 spice, was enough for me on the night. It's not easy to find vegetarian green curry, but I enjoyed theirs, though it was a bit too much sauce for the amount of coconut rice that came with it. They did not skimp on the vegetables or tofu inside. A tea was perfect for washing things down, and I wish I could have ordered more. Their selection includes a number of items typical of Southeast Asian cuisine, but also some distinctively Malay items like roti canai or curry laksa. Be adventurous and try something different!“

“I could come here every day. Tacos are just the right combo of freshness and flavor. Prices are good, we could have an under $50 lunch for three adults and three kids. Customer service is great and the vibe is cool. My favorite casual restaurant in Greenville. I also enjoy the other location next to Cohesive Coffee (my favorite local coffee shop!).“

“I come here for smoothies and lunch at least 2 times a week. Couldn’t recommend it more. Couple things-1) The staff is always excellent and friendly.2) The food is excellent. The sandwiches are as well executed as the smoothies. They use bread from rise bakery, which is about 100 ft. Even the soup is great!3) They have Storey farm local eggs for sale, which I am biased, are probably the best eggs you can buy.“

“Great fresh place to eat. They have a very large menu with a variety of items. I got the avocado toast on gluten free bread and the deez nuts bowl ( the names are pretty funny) both were very fresh. Tip: I did notice the people that ordered the make your own bowls got their food right away. The other food did take a bit to come out. So if you have limited time that might help you to eat quickly.“

“The food here was delicious & I would absolutely try it again when back in Greenville. The only downside was that the service was VERY slow. We were the second group in the restaurant after they opened for the day and it took 15 minutes to see a waitress, and that was only after another table asked if anyone could help. We ate chicken & kofta kebabs and du piaza.“

“Unlocked coffee is amazing. I have purchased their decaf coffee beans many times and decided to try their cafe. I had the seasonal graham cracker. The honey was slightly overpowering but still good. We also tried the cinnamon roll latte. It had great flavor and really accentuated the coffee flavor. The inside of the coffee shop was extremely spacious. The space allowed for us to spread out and it created more privacy for conversations. It would also be good space for studying“
“This place is incredible!! Thought it is heavily Chinese food, it also has Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Laotian influences. I'd go as far to say it is my favorite restaurant in the area, and the best Asian food I've ever had! It is attached to an Asian grocery, and also has a fresh fish market! It can get busy, but we have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. The staff here is awesome and collaboratively work hard to provide excellent service to all guests. They have large tables for bigger parties up to 15, for larger family gatherings or an office outing for lunch. The egg roles are crispy, and not greasy and are a must have with a spicy wasabi mustard! The charsue pork which is featured in a variety of dishes is certainly a highlight, and you can get it by the pound to take home for an easy dinner. They have some very authentic dishes and options such as chicken feet and fish balls, to more "Americanized" versions of sesame chicken and general tso's for the non-adventurous pallet. I have yet to try anything here I didn't like, and highly recommend it for your next food venture! Hands down , it is the best!“

“Wow! Just wow! This establishment is fantastic. The food is so fresh and clean tasting. We started with a basil wrap appetizer served with peanut sauce and it was quite nice and refreshing, all the vegtables in the wrap were fresh and crisp and paired well with the sauce. It's nice to have an appetiser without all the added butter and grease. For an entre I had the ginger vegtable dish and added beef, it was incedible. Again, all fresh veggies, crisp, clean and natural tasing quite pleasing to say the least. I recommend this dish if you don't want a sugary sweet dish. It is fragrant and very lightly sweetened , like a natural bell pepper sweetness. My wife had Sweet and Sour chicken which I sampled. It was very good, similar to what you might expect from other asian recipes but still far different and much better in my opinion. There is actually an element of acidity (sour) not just flavorless red sugar syrup on chicken. It has flavor built upon natural pinapple. I would not hesitate to order this myself. The staff is very pleasant and energetic. The dining room is clean , modern, open and not over bearing and loud. I will definitely visit again when in the area. For a bonus , it's locally owned and opperated family establishment. It checks off all the right boxes for sucess. I have driven passed countless times and not stopped but glad I finally did.“

“The staff was very friendly as soon as we walked in the door. They helped us with the menu and suggested a salad with seasonal strawberries. We went with that and a wrap with the Cajun yucca fries. “Oh my! You must stop in this lovely little coffee and pasty shop!It immediately feels warm and welcoming when you come in. This isn't the corporate cookie cutter place. There are plenty of coffee choices as well as hot tea. A large pasty case winks at you and says don't forget me... And you can't! These delights are made fresh daily BY THEM and you can choose from breakfast sweet and savory to dessert. Definitely carry something home for dessert and they wrap it up nicely in a box. I had a lemon blueberry scone that was perfect with with hot tea. I carried home two chocolate crossaints and they were not too sweet, perfect! They even have fresh flowers on the table.Stop in! “Sidewall has plant based mozarella cheese!! Do you understand how difficult it is to not have cheesy pizza for vegetarians or those with lactose intolerance? The bottom crust was thin and crispy, the side crust bubbly and airy. Tasty sauce, too. I was in my happy place. Salad was good, I think too much dressing.
