“One of our SC crew members recommended the Blue Daisy Cafe and was he ever right. All home cooked menu and friendly service. You will be treated as family not just as a customer. Try the ham and cheese sandwich and you’ll come away smiling. I cans say enough good things about this genuine southern restaurant.“

“Crabcakes were wonderful, as was wedge salad! I liked the garlic in the mashed potatoes and green beans, but if you don't, get other sides. My dining partner had the salmon - also delicious, and brussel sprouts, which she highly recommends. Next time I'm in Greenville, we'll definitely eat here again!“

“We just had dinner at Keith’s. Absolutely delicious. Pulled pork and macaroni cheese and fried okra and seasoned fries. Probably some of the best barbecue we have ever tasted and we have tasted a lot! The sides were outstanding. We will definitely be going back.“

“Our company had an event at this location. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food. I follow Doctor Caldwell Esselstyn's diet, so the only thing I ate was one brownie bite. It was very good! Others at meatballs, crab dip, lamb, and other meat and vegetable dishes. Seating consisted of mostly small, high-top tables that seated two people with one or two with 4 seats.I believe our section of the restaurant was closed for our event. The service was excellent. Our server was very attentive to keep beverages filled.“

“I cannot believe I've been enjoying this place for so long and haven't written a review. The food is uniformly outstanding with daily entrees. The price beats most meat and threes. Breakfast is excellent and you really can't beat the service.“

“This is a nice quaint restaurant that serves Country Cooking at its finest. Everything on the breakfast menu is absolutely, mouth-watering delicious. Soon, I'll go back and eat off of the lunch/dinner menu. Oh, and, I don't know of any restaurant in the Upstate of SC that has lower prices. You definitely get your money's worth and a whole lot more. Customer service here is splendid also.“

“One of the best restaurants for chicken of any kind; it's always tender and juicy. Sides are also delicious. And the staff is very helpful and attentive. The Chicken Pot Pie is one of my favorites -- and I usually take one home for another meal.“

“Friendly place, good food, and good service. This is a homey Southern "meat and three," but you can choose how many sides you want. The sides include not only vegetables but nice rich macaroni & cheese as well as the dessert of the day, such as banana pudding. The servings are generous; for example, my husband had plenty of turkey with his turkey and dressing.Parking: We arrived at a busy time, a little after noon. We found nearby parking, but we might not have if we had been much later--not sure.“
“Ordered via DoorDash. All made it except my fried okra. I called the restaurant to make sure the driver didn’t forget it and I could hear the guy say he forgot to even prepare it. The girl that picked up the phone placed me on hold and came back. She asked for my name and number and told me the owner would reach out to me shortly to discuss what he would do.Well it took 6 days to hear back from the owner but he did make everything right. I went back and got more food and I’m currently stuffing my face. 5 stars for fixing the issue and 5 stars for great food.“

“Great spot...one thing is for certain, Greenville does fried chicken right. This biscuit was on point. The chicken and goat cheese with the jam all worked together to make the perfect combination. The wait was a little extensive however that's expected for weekend brunch when your food is amazing. I look forward to going back when I return to Greenville.“

“You come to Stax for the nostalgia and history. Servers are great. Food is good, not great. But you meet your friends here on a weekend morning to share laughs and memories, that's why you go to Stax. Stax is a welcome throwback to a previous time and experience.“

“On our way to Charlotte NC, we stopped at OJ's Diner for lunch. A very clean, not to large, but nicely setup, dining room with a cafeteria style service. Food looked and tasted very fresh and tasty! Our server was a very friendly and attentive lady. We stopped In again on our way back home for another taste of a home cooked meal. We will be returning if we are in the area again!“

“Food was good. South Carolina style BBQ. I didn't know this was one of several locations in SC. The ribs were good, the chicken wings were smoked perfect. Meat is served dry unless you order it with dry rub or sauce. I tried the carolina sauce on the side. It was zesty and sweet as expected form Carolina sauce. The collards were a great side as was the sweet potato casserole. The hush puppies are great too. Washed it all down with Yee Haw Koslch beer. Was told it was local. The service was good. They were a bit understaffed this night. Our server KJ did a great job. The decor and the place is that of a bar or bbq joint. Felt Southern! In all, I would come back maybe to a different location too.“

“My coworkers and I decided to order some food since everyone was scheduled for training, and it has been a while since we have all been scheduled together. Usually, you have to give a notice for large orders, but Chicken Salad Chick came through for us. We ordered 36 Croissants and they had them ready within a certain timeframe. All of us here at America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses in Easley would like to the staff!“

“This restaurant has been one of my childhood favorites in downtown. The shrimp and grits and fried green tomatoes are really good and unique here. I would also recommend trying their biscuits. One downside is the wait time, if you don't reserve ahead of time you usually have to wait a while due to their popularity. Also the later you arrive the more likely they are to not have something on the menu, for instance we arrived at 8(9 is closing time) and they didn't have the cast iron pork, meatloaf, and bistro fillet available. Other than that - great food and service!Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options, but it's pretty limited“

“First time tonight, didn’t know what to expect. Huge menu, had chicken fried steak, collards and mashed potatoes. Friend had the pork chops which were better than Cracker Barrel’s. Service was above and beyond what you would expect from a good restaurant let alone a diner. Restaurant was clean and huge vaulted wood ceilings with lot’s of cool decor and tv’s. Highly recommend. I think my server was Laura and she was awesome, constantly checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Prices can’t be beat either.“

“All stars filled! This place is immaculate for starters! The owner and staff were very attentive. And if you're wondering.. yes, they fry all the egg rolls in the same oil! This does not alter the taste!! To my surprise! I also ordered the shrimp bowl which comes with rice and broccoli.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“

“I was so excited to try this place as it used to be my husband's grandmother's favorite place to have lunch! An iconic restaurant usually doesn't disappoint and this one definitely exceeded my expectations. You walk down a long hall when you enter because sometimes the line is out the door! Order your food by walking along the bar and requesting the dishes you want! There are a ton of dishes to choose from, so it is fun to create your meal! The servers were all very friendly as well! Someone will give you your bill at the end of the line and then you take your trays to your table! A server came by to collect the trays from us so that we could eat with our dishes on the table instead of the tray which was nice! Our waitress also kept our waters topped off and made sure we had everything we needed, providing great service throughout the meal! At the end you pay at the register on the way out. I highly recommend trying this iconic dining establishment. The vibe of it takes you back in time! We also loved our dishes! I recommend any of the steaks or the chefs meal of the day! Also order a ton of sides and a salad! Don't forget a pie too! All the food is terrific!“
“Loved the combinations of flavors. The lamb kabob was amazingly tender and the rice delicious. Our server was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. We were pleased to be able to get a reservation, and if we are ever in Greenville again, we would love to enjoy the Persian cuisine once more.“

“I have to start out by saying this place brings you back to your southern roots from the moment you walk in the door. Such a cool spot with local artists painting on the wall and some really old and neat decor. I have had their breakfast here several times and their Driver omelette is amazing. Today we went for lunch and heard that they are famous for their tomato pie. After trying it, I can definitely see why!!! It is a quiche baked into a flakey pie crust (like chicken pot pie) with sliced oven roasted homegrown tomatoes seasoned to perfection. This is the best thing I have ordered from here by far. I had Mac and cheese which was ok but their collared greens and sweet potato casserole were great! The servers are great with fast southern style service that makes you feel like you are part of the family. If you are wanting a great breakfast or lunch with amazing food and people, The Hungry Drover is the place to be! Make sure before you leave, you buy a homemade cinnamon roll that is so sweet and fresh and the size of a dinner plate. Highly recommend“
