“The amount of ice cream in the peanut butter parfait was less than any other DQ I’ve visited. That was disappointing. It barely exceeded the top of the plastic parfait cup! The heath blizzard was good though. Get a blizzard if you go here.“

We were eating close to closing time and in a hurry to get the kids back to the hotel I left my purse In the lobby. He contacted me and made sure I got my purse. “Good pizza. The kind YOU build right there. Then they cook it for ya! I had no idea how they operated so a work guy took his time and explained the system they use. Not in a condescending manner but helpful in a way you don't feel like a smart dummy even if you are. In line waiting patiently was an ex-employee so I kinda felt i made a good choice. Yes, the food was good.“

“My wife is Celiac. After having a burger with a GF bun she had absolutely no stomach issues. Could tell they go the extra steps to make sure there was no contamination or cross contamination. Would eat here again. Both her food and mine was one of the best if not the best burger from a fast food place we have ever had.“

“From out of town. Craving a taco and saw Taco John's. Pleasantly surprised at price, $5 for 2 chicken tacos. Food was yummy, service was excellent, and dining area needed swept but otherwise is clean and kept up. Worth every penny! Give it a try I'm sure you'll be as pleased as I was eating here.“

“I went to the drive up window to get a couple of regular tacos. I was very surprised at how full the tacos were. There was plenty of meat lettuce and cheese. The service was good I didn't have to wait long. The young man at the window was engaging and my order was ready with in minutes of pulling up.to retrieve my order. I haven't been the the W. Main location before but I am sure if I get hungry for tacos again and I am in the area that is where I will go.“

“It’s a good McDonald’s, with good, fast service and kind people. They rarely get orders wrong and get them out quickly. The drive thru is fast even when they’re busy. Inside the pace is slower but that’s to be expected if you’re dining in.“

“Pizza was cooked perfect .Crisp fresh salad . Meatballs were delicious .Cheesy pesto garlic bread sticks yummy. It was very busy but all the employees were friendly and polite and working hard yet never loss their cool. Every time we are in Rapid City this is a must stop“

“I love Culver's burgers and their other items they offer. The butter burger is just so good! It comes plain you so can get it how you would like it. It is fresh, not frozen patties like so many places. Their cheese curds are really good too and you can't go wrong with all their flavors of custards.“

“Parking lot is a disaster to navigate. Designer/developer on this project during the construction phase obviously didn't do his/her homework on potential traffic flow pitfalls and probably has never eaten here to experience the nonsense firsthand....do better....... otherwise, have always had quick service and good fresh food.“

“I never write reviews especially on fast food joints but I just had a burrito and donut bites from this location and it was so good I couldn't resist writing this. 10/10 will be going back again after work tonight for the same meal LOL“

“I wish I could give more stars for the service, 5 stars doesn’t seem to cut it. We come here every rally season and the nice older lady behind the counter is the star of the show. She has such great personality and attention to detail we’ve never had a mess up on an order and everything has always been top notch. This is one of the best fast food restaurants we have ever visited and its consistency is fantastic.“

“I stopped for a quick bite, got the 5 dollar box. It had a taco, 5 layer burrito, cinnamon treats and a drink. The people thatvi had encountered were very polite and helped me with my order as I couldn't see the board that well(small print). I have always had good service at the Taco Bell across from the college.“

“This certain arbys is always friendly. Fast and good food. But as of 11/10/25. I walked in to eat inside. And the dining area was disgusting. Sticking to your shoes. Food on the floor. Sticky chairs. Trash by fountain drinks. And sticky doors. Maybe they are short on help. But usually this place is sparkling clean. And smells clean. Just not today. Maybe its new manager? I remember couple years ago a nice older lady was on her hands and knees scrubing the doors when it was only 10° outside. She said she hated to see smudged doors. Bless her heart. The place always was super clean because of her i think. But, otherwise Food was still good and service was good. Just needed major janitor work. Clorax disinfecting time. 😇 Just putting this out to maybe let staff know it was gross inside.“

“The food here was absolutely amazing. My husband and I really enjoyed our experience here. We always have lunch before driving thru the Black Hills. Keep up the great work. We will definitely come back to this location the next time we're in Rapid City.“

“The food has been amazing the last few times I've went, the only thing to complain about is the bathroom. I'm in a wheelchair and at the Eglin st location the stall is too small and also the door to the stall goes into the stall so with my wheelchair I can't shut the door. It would be great to get that fixed.“

“Love Q. My only concern is the chips have changed over the last couple of years. Even asked an employee and she didn't agree. They use to be light, crispy with a hint of lime . They have a few of those mixed in, but for the most part they are the opposite, thick and pretty much tasteless. They had the good ones for Cinco de Mayo! They were soo good!“

“I came in yesterday and I got served by Mrs.oyate she’s a really good worker, she always made the time to ask me if I needed anything and made sure to greet me as soon as I walked in the door she had a smile on her face and kept it that way until I left, I love her attitude you guys need more workers like this!!!“

“I have always been happy with the food from A&W Restaurant. I was not impressed with the loud noises made by the crew on a recent Sunday. It was a very young crew and they had loud music playing, and loud voices and some sort of banging noise was heard which was very loud and noisy. I had to ask them to wipe down the table I wanted to use. I was the only customer at the time.“

“It took more than 5 minutes for the person on the speaker box to get back to us. When ordering, I said 1 Mt dew and 1 Mt dew zero, and the person on the box said, "Do you want to make it two Mt dew zero, and the answer was yes. We got 1 Mt dew and 1 Mt dew zero.“

“I ordered online, so the atmosphere didn't really count for anything. Grew up in Philly, and their cheesesteak sub is excellent! My order wasn't completed, and if I hadn't looked in the bag b4 I left, I would've had to return. Got what was missing (no apology) and left. My advice is to always check your order! I will be back.“
