“We waited 25 minutes in the drive through listening to them have an entire conversation with the headset on unaware we were at the speaker . We finally pulled up after being ignored just for our order to be incorrect . I’m having to wait for my order to be fixed while I’m able to hear the girl working the window complain about remaking my order and starting at a disgusting kitchen .“

“I came here with my husband and kids, plenty of food and it was FABULOUS! It was very clean. The lady was very nice too, great customer service. I ordered the piña loka and my husband ordered the mangonada. My kids both got ice cream pops and they loved them too. All around great experience! I urge everyone to try it!“

“Oh, my gosh! I was in the area so stopped by to try a cookie, a chocolate chip. All of the cookie choices are large and beautiful. The one cookie I bought was still warm, loaded with chocolate chips, and melted in my mouth. Quite the indulgence.“

“Placed an order online and went to pick it up in the “curd-side” pickup (the name is adorable). Service was fast and my food was accurate and very fresh. The cheese curds are so good and my burger was perfect.Parking: I got curbside and there were a couple of spaces for that. But if I were to dine in, the parking lot seemed very full.“

“This place is wonderful! The food is delicious and they have something for everyone here. We love D&B!Kid-friendliness: They gave my little girl 3 sheets of stickers to keep her busy while eating. She ended up spilling her drink and before I even had a chance to get up one of the staff was at our side moving our food to another table and cleaning the mess up.“

“It was our first time there tonight and it was good to see you all busy around 7-730 or so. There were elderly people, young adults, parents with little kids, etc and we liked the atmosphere a lot. I got a mudslide and my husband got a chocolate custard with cookie dough. They were both really good! We'll have to try another flavor next time. Thank you guys for a great treat tonight!“

“We brought our family of eight to Knox Dough for the first time, and had a good experience! The staff was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining the ordering process and even offering samples to the kids (always a win!). While the wait time is a bit longer than your average ice cream shop, the employees were efficient and got everyone's orders out quickly. We entertained ourselves while we waited, with the selection of games they had on hand, The atmosphere was nice and we had a great time. Thanks!“

“Excellent ice cream. Really fast courteous service.My only complaint on the standard Bruster's format is the walk-up format with extremely limited rain or blaring sun protection for waiting patrons. That is why their approach to "atmosphere" is only 2 out of 5.Dietary restrictions: I have tried their dairy free oat milk based "ice cream" and it is also very good. As is their sherbert.“

“We loved how there was something sweet and yummy for everyone in the family! The customizable gelati (soft serve and Italian ice) was amazing!! They have a large variety of Italian ice flavors to choose from, so the combo options are nearly endless.“

Prices were very reasonable, starting at $2 for a kid size which is plenty, and only $3 for a regular. This place is across the street from the baseball park so I have a feeling that we'll stop here after every practice and game. Also the staff working today was fast and very friendly!“

“This is a great locally owned Mexican restaurant and ice cream store. There's always a bunch of people eating, but you usually don't have to wait for a seat. Food is brought out quickly within five or seven minutes in most of the three visits I've had there. They have your own salsa bar that you can make your own combinations and nice bar with various mixed drinks as well as beers and ice cream store is incredible. Homemade popsicle type treats and homemade ice cream of flavors including the ones you normally see and a few that you rarely see like mango and most of queso cheese ( it is amazing). Petrillos has become one of our regular places to grab a really nice meal. They also have a bodega next door that even has a butcher shop in it.Wheelchair accessibility: Concrete ramp access to the front door. Also outside seating with tables and chairs, and covered area as well as a side porch.“

“Very bright, clean and fresh feeling as I dined in. My food was delivered to me in the dining area. I received fresh and delicious food. I had the $7 special, chicken strips, fries and a sundae. The customer service was great and the place was a breath of fresh air. I even enjoyed the music that was playing. The patio are was super nice too.“

“We went through the drive-thru with a large order. They accidentally missed one item. No big deal. I went in to ask for the one item. The manager was so nice and apologetic. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct. Great customer service. Our food was also delicious and fresh.“
