“We ate at the picnic tables. Had the family deal and a full rack of ribs for a family of 5 (2 boys in their early 20's). Sides were green beans and potato salad. Food was good, service was good, prices were very good. Great experience.“

“First time in a long time that I am disappointed in the quality of food and service produced here. Menu prices are not correct, waitress said it was because of new food items not being in house yet and they are wanting to wait til they are live to roll out the new menu's. We had to send the wings back due to them being overcooked, which is an honest mistake. The seasoning isn't the same anymore on them. We had to go inside to ask for drink refills and to let them know about the wings. The waitress only came outside once and that was to ask if our girls could have candy for Halloween. We absolutely love this restaurant but we are sincerely displeased with this experience.“

“If you are looking for great BBQ, Jordan's is your place. The atmosphere is fun, homey, and very relaxed. The nicest folks here to welcome and serve you, too! Getting a server to take your order can take longer than a usual restaurant pace, so don't hesitate to flag down an attendant to put your order in. Again, it's very relaxed here- it's all about the food, and it's apparent how much love and time has gone into the foods. From the beef and baby back ribs, sausage, and pulled pork, all are so well made and super delicious. Let me tell ya, when people say "fall off the bone," Jordan's baby back ribs truly do fall off the bone! The portions are just right, and don't sleep on their side dishes either! I highly recommend their potato salad, mac and cheese, and their highly addictive fried okra. Be sure to request a side of ranch dressing to dip the okra in, too. It's some of the best ranch dipping sauce you'll probably ever have. Most certainly order yourself some of their delectable homemade banana pudding, too ($5 for a full order). Again, I kid you not, probably will be the best banana pudding you'll ever have!“

“Melanie is the absolute BEST waitress we have ever had at ANY restaurant. We were EXTREMELY impressed. She is what makes Longhorn in Cleveland the ONLY place to eat. I suggest the owner never let her leave because she is the epitome of perfect service!!“

“This place was absolutely adorable! The staff was unbelievably sweet and the brisket fell apart in your mouth it was so tender and juicy! “Great for fast food. We were expecting Shanes to be more “sit down” than it is, its much more of a fancy looking fast food place. Order at the counter, get your own drinks, bus your own table, plastic silverware. The food was better than we expected! I had ribs and pulled pork, my husband had pulled pork and chicken.“
