“This was my first time eating here..I got the full slab of ribs..sides were white beans and Texas toast..ribs in my opinion were really really dry like they were smoked a few days ago and reheated, I dunno how they do it, I just know I wasn't impressed at all.. service was good, friendly staff, but due to the rib experience I probably won't be going back.“
“My daughter loves BBQ and while on spring break this past weekend. I decided to surprise her with BBQ after a long day at several attractions. Every single thing we ordered was incredible. Ribs well seasoned and tender, macaroni appropriate amount of cheesy goodness, potato salad light and refreshing and baked beans were sweet with a touch of smokiness. My 10 year old loved what the restaurant represents as well. (Staff was friendly and helpful)We will be back very soon!!!“
“Best brisket I've had since Texas or KC! The ribs were fantastic too with an amazing dry rub but with brisket this good that's the route I recommend. Go for the greens as a side. Staff is passionate about their BBQ and their customers, and it's easy to believe this is the best BBQ in Chattanooga.“
“First time ordering here. Ordered one beef taco and one tongue taco. It was over $9 which was a little more than I would like to pay for two tacos but they were fantastic!! The tortillas are freshly made and whoa. Big difference in taste from. The store bought. I wish I would have ordered another one. They were kind of small. But the taste was so good I will definitely be back“
“Delicious BBQ. Tender, juicy, just the right amount of smoky flavor. Wish we lived in town because we'd be back often! Chef Q mentioned he has some additional sauces (?blackberry and a honey peach) that sounded amazing. No indoor seating, but it was a gorgeous night to eat on the covered deck. Recommend coming early as the seem to sell out of some of the sides.“

“We went at a weird time, it was near closing before July 4th holiday. We had decided to go after finding out another place was closed. I'm sure the owners weren't thrilled with us coming at that time! But I'm really thankful they were willing to take our order, and though the selection was limited at that point, they gave us extra food. Was wary about stopping in so close to close, staff were thrilled to have me and there was not “great here’s a customer right before we close” attitude some of you may have experienced at other restaurants. Food was great. Staff was friendly. I order the family meal bundle. Pulled pork, slaw, Mac n Cheese, banana pudding, collard greens and green beans. Everything was delicious. Banana pudding deserves 5 stars by itself. Pork was moist and hot. Kids finished an entire large serving by themselves. I got one bite, and that one bit was delicious. Definitely not box Mac n cheese. Slaw was great. Very crispy and not soggy like some I’ve had that was premade and sitting in fridge for days. Collard greens were very unique, they had a sweet, slightly Smokey flavor with a bit of spice. I’ve never had collard greens with this flavor profile and it caught me off guard, yet the flavors work and even the kids enjoy it. Green beans were solid as ever. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for some quality BBQ in the Soddy area.“

“This was my first time placing an order on their app (which is awesome) and I got the 3 pc honey bbq chicken tender with potato salad as the side. The tenders are GIGANTIC and delicious and I love that they use red potatoes in the potato salad which was also delicious. The pictures don’t do this meal enough justice because the place is so clean and the food is fantastic. Definitely recommend!!!!“
“Tried this place for the first time and must say it was actually good. I ate all of my food and it was not from hunger. It was actually good. I had the big q and my choice was wings brisket and pulled pork. Sides were baked beans and tots. My meat did have moisture to it and the taste was pretty good. Could have had just a tad more seasoning but nothing to complain about. You guys should give this place a try. And the server was really good. Atmosphere was enjoyable. Hope you guys enjoy.“
