“Their lamb is a mix of beef and lamb. If you aren't a fan of lamb, you will likely enjoy their lamb. It's worth the taste exploration. It doesn't have the off putting lamb flavor that some people are sensitive to. Try it. It's good. And the employee servers were friendly and animated.”

“We had a great experience from start to end! Drinks are next level, even something as simple as a salad was extra delicious, and my husband’s wood-fired pizza was the best he’s ever had! They forgot to send my grilled chicken out with my salad, but it arrived less than 2 minutes later from the manager. He took the upcharge for it off even though I told him it wasn’t necessary, as I’d just received my salad right before. He was so apologetic anyway and insisted on taking it off. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, pointed out his suggestions, and was very attentive. It was a fantastic service experience. We will be back when in Knox!”

“Went here for the first time last night and it was fantastic. The parmentier de canard (duck with mashed potatoes) was probably one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. The ratatouille was also quite nice, though maybe a bit overpriced. The fromager came to our table and helped us select cheeses, which were amazing. French onion soup—what can I say? They know what they’re doing. Superb. The gateau Basque—wow. So creamy and flavorful, yet subtle. Even the espresso was great. Oh, and don’t forget the baguette and butter! Served warm in a paper wrapper…yum. Fantastic service from Nichole and the rest of the staff. The decor is beautiful Euro-bohemian. Cozy velvet booths, gorgeous art deco chandeliers, warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!”

“Just back from a wonderful dinner at Kefi downtown. We started with Saganaki,
pan seared kasseri, fig jam, lemon, brandy flambé. The presentation was fun and the cheese was delicious. Hubby and I both had to have the Kokkinisto, beef short ribs slowly braised in st. george wine sauce, feta polenta, roasted tomato, heirloom carrots, spring peas. This entree was simply mouthwatering! The short ribs melted in my mouth! Our server Hannah was top notch! She asked if she should put our leftovers in one box. I said, “hell no! I have more than him and I’m not sharing!” She returned with boxes labeled “him and her”. Hubby ordered the Butterscotch Pecan Bread Pudding, sweet cream custard, butterscotch, roasted pecans, vanilla bean ice-cream flambéed tableside with butter-bourbon sauce. Again, awesome presentation with fire and outstanding flavor! I ordered Sokolatina, flourless chocolate torte, chocolate ganache, peanut butter mousse, chocolate tuile. It had to be dietetic since it was flourless…right? It was so rich and delicious, I almost had to take some home! Almost…

I would highly recommend this restaurant! All this and the check came to $115 before tip. I thought that was incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food, fun atmosphere and fantastic service!”

“So excited to have a restaurant of this caliber.just a couple miles from the house out here in West Knoxville. Highly recommend the fish dip, the peach blue cheese salad, and the grilled trout is absolutely stunning. They have an array of specialty drinks that are incredible and the staff is always professional and friendly and attentive. And if you haven't been for brunch on Sunday mornings, absolutely exquisite. I haven't found anything even remotely like this within a hundred miles of where I live.”

One of them gave us a handmade Happy Anniversary card that was from the staff that was so cute. I really appreciated that gesture. We both had steak. I had the steamed broccoli and corn creme brulee. He had the onion rings. All of our food was amazing and delicious! We were so happy to have received the Heath Bar dessert w homemade ice cream on the House! The inside is beautiful too. “First time eating there. Read Grubhub article in paper. He was wrong in his rating, it's a 5! For anyone really serious about Korean/Japanese fine cooking KOKO is a must. It has been said that we eat with our eyes too. Dishes were finely presented and they tasted as good as they looked. Dishes are light and complex without being fussy. I believe they have set the bar for Asian cuisine in Knoxville.”

“The store was busy as all get out people where in line out the door and a cute red headed lady was running the place like a general leading the troops to battle she sent one waitress per each flank and I swear those hashbrownd didn't know what hit em they found themselves scattered, smotherd and coverd before they knew what hit em and to add insult to injury that cute red headed waitress/cook chopped pepperd cappd and finally topped like nobody's buisness. I do declare that fine little red headed filly then comensed singing the waffle house song while she washed every dish in the place 3 times all by herself. I've neve0r00 been 0s0o impressed by any waffle house crew as I was this one that girl was a well oiled machine I tell ya lubed in all the right spots why if I could I would make that filly an honest woman and court that lovely lady I'd be a mite more agreeable if I had me a woman like that I think I heard someone call her Marie or Ham or somethin they shore did get em a humdinger Hirrin that Philly belive me you”

“WOW! What a gem Caza Brava Mexican Restaurant is! My friend Jason was craving Mexican food to celebrate his birthday. I just googled nearest restaurant to us and this came up first. So glad we decided to give it a try! From the moment Xavier graciously and enthusiastically greeted us at the door, we had the most scrumptious meal served by our most attentive waitress, Mary Bell. What a lovely person and hard worker! Oh, right! You want to know about the food! Fantastic! Jason had nachos and I was torn between a shrimp dish and their vegetarian dish which had more and varied vegetables than you see on most Mexican restaurant menus. I asked Xavier if he could add shrimp, and he came up with a solution immediately, which turned out to be SO FLAVORFUL And the presentation was truly beautiful! I never take pictures of my food at restaurants, but last night I did! And I’ve never written a review of a restaurant, not ANY restaurant…ever. Xavier and the rest of the staff, the quality of the service, and the tastiness of the food deserves five stars plus plus plus! I’ll be bringing more of my friends here!”

Located in a large Victorian style house, Cruze Farm East Knox has plenty of parking, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and a drive thru! The staff are attentive, friendly and enthused for ice cream. Make sure to sample before you decide and they have pints of their amazing flavors to take home.”

For appetizers, Crab Rangoons are to die for. So delicious! I love the crispy outer and the creamy crab filling inside. The sweet dipping sauce balances all the flavors and every time we eat these rangoons, we are tempted to order another round.

Parking: This location I’m in Market Square, downtown so it’s surrounded by plenty parking garages and street parking. Depending on what day and time of day you come, parking may be free.”

“On brief vacation with my lovely wife, our hotel clerk suggested Monterrey which was close by. Visited of Friday evening and the place was packed. Many of the patrons appeared to be of Mexican descent, always a good sign of good, authentic food. We were quickly seated in a super clean, delicious smelling dining room and immediately greeted by a lovely young lady who brought us hot, fresh tortilla chips and a wonderfully tasty, fresh salsa which must have been made in house with chunks of fresh tomato and the perfect blend of chillies and herbs. We noticed that everyone was super clean and superbly efficient in doing their assigned tasks without being in the way, all the while appearing to be genuinely happy! This is a sign of an excellently managed business. A handsome, well I groomed gentleman (who I think is a part of the nuclear family who has operated this business for 35 years) stopped at our table to greet us and express his genuine appreciation for our patronage. He recommended a house specialty 'POLLO MONTERREY'. What a magnificent dish! Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked chicken with spinach and some secret ingredients and spiced most excellently. Sizzling hot dancing sauces made this dish visually stunning and aromatically enticing. I cannot recommend this dish too highly. It was so delightfully good that we came back today, Saturday, for a repeat performance. This restaurant shows me how well an establishment can be operated. Nothing but excellence, unpretentious class, and the utmost in genuine customer service and satisfaction.
