Refused me a FULL refund for making me come ALL the way back up there in 18 degree weather! I showed up and the district manager was EVEN WORSE! He was a YOUNG PUNK with NO heart or Compassion and did not even TRY to make me satisfied as an upset customer! He made the situation WORSE by ARGUING back, instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake and the bad situation they put me through. This completely ruined me for ANY Culvers! “I love Slim Chickens food....but after tonight, I'm a fan of their service as well! We placed a delivery order through the app. Our food showed up but the driver didn't even ring the bell. They dropped our food off on the sidewalk. We figured out it was there because our dog barked when they pulled out of the driveway. Our food was right....hot and fresh but the 3 dessert jars were missing...which shouldn't be an issue except they are fairly pricey (but totally worth it). I called the delivery persons phone and he said "no english" and hung up on me. I sent a text to him hoping that he was using Google translate and he came back to our house. My husband went to meet him in the drive and all he said was "that's all they gave me. call store". We called the store and the manager got on the phone. I explained the situation to him and he remembered putting the 3 jars with our order so he knew the driver had kept the desserts. He gave me a choice of a refund or he would send our desserts to us....no questions asked. Our desserts showed up 15 minutes later by a great driver (Emma) and all ended well. Great service and food by the Thompson Lane location!!!!!“

My husband reminded we had not paid and only had $2 cash. We were told, “we don’t know when it will be working”. Instead of say, “we can’t serve you”, we were given our food for free! Thanks Arby’s!“

Stephanie, the manager, donned us all with our own firemen hats and we had our photo taken in front of the mural. The sandwiches were very good and the community support was even better!“

“I visited this location today. I usually stop by when I'm in Murfreesboro, like always the food was hot and fresh, delicious, and really good. I enjoyed my burger and fries and the chocolate sundae awesome! I appreciate the great food, and service!“

“Well, the food is all nice and secure but it took over 15 minutes to get my order. And the kids meal was missing the apple sauce and the burger without cheese had cheese on it. It was an order for 4. Shouldn’t have been that difficult since there was no one else even in line, but it tasted great.“

“Consistently friendly staff and lightening fast drive through, even with a double line. No issues with the food although if you have Alpha-gal I read an article that they use a bovine derived ingredient on their fries so just when you thought that simple potatoes were a safe food they may not be.
This location is also on a weird internal corner behind the Walgreens and can be challenging to get in and out of easily especially at rush hours.“

“I have been going to this location for many years, and it feels like home. The same people are there every morning, and at least, some of the same staff. They say "Good Morning" and even give some of their visitors a "hug". It can get really busy especially after 9:30 AM and on the weekends, but I go earlier than that. I wouldn't consider any other place for my morning coffee and breakfast.
