“Ordered a Big sausage breakfast sandwich combo, got home only to find out my texas toast wasn't toasted. Called the store back and the dry person who answered the phone said the toaster doesn't work well and if they run it thru a 2nd time it will burn the bread. You have to run it thru the first time lady! Ain't no heat hit this bread. It is called texas TOAST for a reason.“

“A couple weeks ago I brought a team of around 25 people on a serve trip.. the staff was amazing! Everything was perfect even with such a large order. On top of everything, we ordered 50 cheeseburgers to go and they had them ready in no time! Thank you so much!!“

They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!

The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

“I come here at least two times a week and every time it is a good time! This is my favorite Chick-fil-A and I have one closer to me. That should say something. Way to go Chick-fil-A crew.“

“We were in Chattanooga and my wife wanted a Hardee's biscuit. It was a little after 11am so we hit up the East Ridge location. My wife's order was a custom one but they nailed it and had our food to us quickly. Everything tasted fresh and great, plus it was good and hot which surprised me since they were about to stop serving breakfast.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! “"A team" Go to Chic filet and you'll see one ❤️. I marvel every time I witness what it is that they do that sets them apart in our everyday world full of chaos. They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. Because the real team is HUMANITY which is you and me.“

“So please with this restaurant! Were not planning to go, but went at last minute because we had to be downtown delayed for an hour…The food is delicious and the service is wonderful….fast, yet tasty and special! The guys running the place are super and make you feel at home…
Cool vibes inside the restaurant and fun to go because Shaq is the endorser, and it sits on the main downtown street of Chatt!“

“My daughter wanted to visit Raising Canes during our Tennessee visit. We were not dissapointed. The restuarant was clean, colorful, and roomy. Even with a family of 6, everyone enjoyed their meal! We are dog lovers and especially liked the story about Todd and Raising Cane!“

“Excellent place for wings and a casual meal. The wings were hot, flavorful, and cooked perfectly with a great variety of sauces to choose from. Everything came out fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, making it a great spot to hang out with friends and enjoy good food. Definitely coming back for more.“

“The customer’s were so loud and people walking back and fourth,I felt I was in someone's way the whole time I was in there. We were next in line and stood there for nearly 10 mins wait for our order to be taken. Management was awesome tho. They were pretty busy.“

“I'm a 1 star for a petty situation. I asked the guy at the order machine about the empanadas if I can get 2 chocolate empanadas and he asked someone and then he told me I could. I do not like Caramel so they agreed I could get the 2 chocolate, I get to the window and pay my money and grabbed my sack only to get home and have 1 chocolate and 1 Caramel that mad me mad because I asked before paying so they gave me what they wanted. The empanadas were horrible, hard and tasted like paper. I called back 3 times and a machine came on so I guess they don't answer the phone at night around 1am. They just lost a customer over $3.27 lie.“

“Our food was good. I just had to go back up 2xs for not giving us our order right. Then they wanted us to bring ALL the food we did get back up as if we were trying to seal 2 hamburgers that were only $4.50 for both. So be ready for a wait both in line and walk up but food is good ? I guess“

“This location has 2 ladies that work the front of house and grill that make this place the best Krystal location in town. The store is clean, the service is with real effort and the food is perfect. When a Krystal burger is cooked right, it's like cotton candy, it melts in your mouth. Love these 2 ladies. Been coming here for years.“

“It's Arby's. You know exactly what you're getting. Ya know, they have the meats. This is one of the very best managed Arby's locations in the Chattanooga area. My food is always consistently good, my orders correct, and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I eat here regularly as my wife's metaphysical shop (Mystic Nook) is in the same general area.“

“I usually only stop here on a work commute. So I am usually in a rush. And food is always made quickly. People are really nice. It's always clean inside. And the food is good if you like Taco Bell. One of the best Taco Bells I've been.“

“Sunday night there was this young man I think his name was Austin he took my order and he was very fast with it and he even took it out to our table when it was done. Very nice young man I would say. I was also surprised because there where only two people up in the front area running drive thru and the dining area... What amazing workers they are.“

“I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A thanks to Macie! Even while braving the rush outside, she kept the energy high and brought such a fun vibe to the line. She’s not only friendly and attentive, but she’s genuinely funny, and her sense of humor made waiting in the drive-thru surprisingly enjoyable.

When she brought my food to the car, she double checked everything with a smile and threw in a quik joke that had me laughing as I pulled away, and I don't even remember what it was! It’s rare to see someone handle a busy drive-thru with that level of positivity, personality, and efficiency.

“I order online mostly. The drive there is often enough time for me to get it with not much waiting. But when it's lunch hour you should really order on the app or online. The area itself gets packed a lot enough as it is. Still I love their lemonade and their frozen treats.“

“This little wing place is off the beaten path. But don’t let that fool ya! They were busy with everyone walking in and carrying out food. The wings are some of the best we have had. It’s in a little plaza. The prices are low and the portions are large? You definitely get your moneys worth! If you’re in Chattanooga you have to give them a try I don’t think you will be disappointed! H y also have other items like friend rice, shrimp baskets and Philly cheese steak and fish baskets.“
