“Love the vibe of this place! Service was friendly, attentive, and super focused on detail which we all appreciated as a big group. We had a huge assortment of food from their menu but the stand outs were the Fried Chicken (share with the folks at your table), Fried Squash Blossoms ( SO FREAKING GOOD), Southern Sweet Tea! They do rotate out some of their items so know when you are looking at welp what you see may no longer be available. Also make sure to make a reservation! This place on the weekend gets packed and full of reservations and can't take walk ins.“

“I found this spot on Dallas' "Hot & New" Yelp list and decided to check them out. It's my first time in Dallas and I am still getting oriented to Texas. Whistle Britches is in the northern suburbs of Dallas and has a bright diner ambiance. I sat on their covered patio. It was a quiet Friday afternoon. I was served after about 5 minutes. Breanna took care of me and got me a cold brew coffee. Their fried chicken looked good so I ordered their "Sir Mix A Lot" - one breast, one thigh, and one wing with two sides. The cole slaw was OK, though the biscuit was worth getting another. I would love it with some fresh eggs.“

“I recently visited Ide Clair for their crawfish boil, and while that was a draw, what really stole the show for me were the shrimp and grits. Hands down, they serve the best version of this classic Southern dish I’ve ever tasted. The shrimp were perfectly seasoned, and the grits were creamy and full of flavor. I also tried the frozen hurricane, which was small but deliciously potent. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Ide Clair’s warm ambiance and standout dishes make it a must-visit spot for anyone craving genuine Southern cuisine.“

“The food is delicious and a good value for the price. We split a chicken fried steak and they actually took the time to half it in the kitchen for us and portion the food on 2 plates without us having to ask. The bread basket is so tasty (the cornbread is my favorite) and our waitress was friendly and attentive.“

“Went for lunch the place was packed. Ordered the wagyu beef burger and my friend had the regular bacon cheese burger. I also ordered the chili dog. The Wagyu burger comes cooked well it was really good. They have a full bar like fudruckers which I liked for sauces n toppings. The chili dog was meh but still good. I loved the mom n pop feel of the place. A definite must try when in Dallas“

“Went with my friends to Saturday brunch/lunch. We had catfish, chicken fried steak and taco salad. There were so many side dishes, fried okra, slaw, mashed potatoes, and more and everything was literally perfect! Our server, Dalys, was so wonderful, really present with us... and every other person who worked there was kind, helpful and engaging. Always right there with the coffee... The place was clean, restrooms too. When we got there it was completely full, but we didn't have to wait but like 5 minutes and our food came very fast. Honestly, best meal I have had out in a long time.“

“This place is so awesome and so good! The customer service is outstanding. Came in today to try their The chicken fried steak sandwich- Nashville style! Let me tell you what! It's everything and more. It's perfectly made for a Texas size feel! Everything blends perfectly together! Asked for fresh fries and they came out perfectly salted! Absolutely enjoyed every bite! This place is clean and is the perfect place to enjoy some hot Chicken! They do have one item on the menu that's bone in. I will be trying that next time! My server Cassey was wonderful! Loving the sweet ice tea and can't wait for the beer on tap to open. Please come and enjoy! Great for solo or groups and they do have a bar area top that you can dine at as well! Cheers“

“On my first visit to this location so far, I dined in with another person. I had 1 risky biscuit, 1 iced cinnamon biscuit, 1 the farmer, and 1 peach-berry lemonade. The risky biscuit and iced cinnamon biscuit were fine. The farmer biscuit was good, and I wouldn't mind ordering this biscuit sandwich again. The peach-berry lemonade was excellent.I intend to visit again to try some sidekicks and/or shareables in addition to another entrée.“

“This morning was my first visit, Sat 10:15 am. I was worried about a long wait time, but we only waited 5 minutes, were seated, and our orders were taken very promptly, our waitress was hospitable and funny. Our food was fresh, made and delicious! I'm definitely coming back and trying the whole menu!“

“This place was such a pleasant surprise! We came here for a quick brunch and was so pleased from the coffee to the appetizer to the main course. We ordered the deviled eggs and they came with 5 eggs and were delicious! I got the avocado toast with an added egg and even though it was on the appetizer menu it was plenty of food for a meal. My husband got the love me tender and it was also very hearty! There are 3 sauces on the table and they are not labeled so be careful which one you grab. One of them (dark red) was incredibly spicy! One was honey and the other was a sweeter sauce. The bathroom was a private bathroom and it was clean and well stocked. We parked in the parking garage and walked a short walk to get to this restaurant. No wait when we got there and it was a Saturday. All in all we were very pleased and we will absolutely return.“

“During my lunch break, I decided to check this place out. This place is across the street from a high school. I said if there are a lot of teens in here , the food will most likely will be good.I walked in and there were quite a few teens. I asked a group of boys if the chicken is good, they all immediately replied yes.The chicken, fries was seasoned very well and fresh. I went back after work to take dinner home for my family. I would recommend.“

“I've been to palmers numerous times and never get to write a review because i always immediately dig in, but here we are now! Palmers has many hot chicken options, many heat levels and many soul food options. I've never been disappointed during any visit to palmers. The customer service is always top tier, they go out of their way to serve you whether you're dining in or to go! I always get the novice level which is spicy in my opinion! I'm from Louisiana and the novice big dark had my nose running, however the novice tenders are mild tasting! Palmers is very family friendly, they have covered outdoor seating with game like; bean bag toss and giant connect 4! Entrees i recommend are; chicken tacos, chicken and waffles, catfish(authentic!) and BIG DARK (enough to feed 2 people, only $14).“

“The customer service at this location (really any Norma’s I’ve been to) is always top-tier.I wish I got everyone’s names who interacted with us today but everyone was so friendly and attentive, even while it was super busy.I’ve had Ronda as my server a few times and she’s always friendly and upbeat. Wendy is also extremely sweet and has a lovely smile; she came up to us just to give a compliment which I thought was really kind. I do the same to strangers and wish more people did, it can really make a person’s day!Food is always delicious; I usually get the catfish dinner and you can never go wrong with the French toast with fruit toppings.“

“From brunch to lunch to dinner, you’ll definitely enjoy a tasty meal at The Porch anytime you go! My spouse and I recently went on a lunch date and, while we experienced slower service, we overall enjoyed our experience. We ordered apps, main courses, and dessert. Everything tasted really good and was exquisitely prepared!I like that you can dress up or down to dine at The Porch. I consider it a great place for celebrations, corporate lunches, date day/night, drinks with friends, etc.Vegetarian options: They offer a limited vegetarian selection. I did not see vegetarian options clearly marked on the menu. They serve salads.Parking: There is a parking lot behind the restaurant. It’s free to park there on weekdays (possibly during the day on weekends) but, it turns into a valet only lot for dinner. The neighboring parking lot costs $20 an hour. There is also street parking available.“
“Our company recently had the pleasure of working with Low Country Cuisine for an event. We were particularly impressed with the attentiveness and warmth of our point of contact, Asael. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor made the planning process a breeze. The food was also incredibly delicious. The BLTA sandwiches were a huge hit among our guests and received rave reviews. Overall, I highly recommend Low Country Cuisine for anyone planning a corporate event. We look forward to working with them again in the future.“

“Yes it’s a chain but this bird is the word! Chicken rockstars use gas fired wood (for flavor) ovens producing juicy fowl for your pleasure. Save your money and just eat that bird because the sides are only ho hum and definitely skip the whip cream is all there is banana pudding fit only for children.“

“We ordered the light and dark French Fried Chicken with the biscuits, collard greens, and brie mac and cheese. The chicken was crispy on the outside and very juicy inside. Mac and cheese was tasty and the biscuits are to die for. Eat it while it's warm. The chicken and greens were a bit too salty for me. Maybe it was an extra briny batch. Lots of parking outside.“

“Tupelo Honey was a great Sunday Brunch spot. My sister and I made a reservation after church, we had no issues getting seated. The server was very attentive. The restaurant was packed so I would make a reservation ahead of time if you are able. The playlist was perfect. My only complaint was that the table we sat at was wayyyy to close the next one. We will be back to try more of the menu. The shrimp Poboy definitely satisfied my Louisiana craving!“

“I give Southern Gourmet Kitchen 1million stars. The food is season so good. The fried green tomatoes, the egg roll greens, Shauna had excellent customer service. She took care of us with great hospitality, always checking on us. The whole entire wait staff was so nice smiling interaction was great with the customers. Meatloaf was okay. But baby the shrimp grits, yams greens & OOOO the mac & cheese... FIRE. Last but not least DJ Class Chaz had me dancing in my seat the WHOLE entire time.“
“They have been catering my Women Empowerment Event since May 2023 and they have been amazing! The best catering staff I have worked with hands down! Bryana is one of the few that I had a very positive interaction with! She was amazing! Absolutely love O’s Kitchen Catering!“
