“We celebrated my husbands birthday at Jellicos. It was great, a hidden gem for sure. The poblano white bean dip was amazing! The filet mignon was delicious and tender. We had one little problem with the meats, I asked for the filet mignon to be medium well, and my husband wanted his T Bone to be medium, and they mixed those terms, the T bone also needed a bit more flavor but everything else was delicious. The servers and everyone were great, but Hala made the night special. What a sweet soul! She made sure my husband got a birthday cake and sang the song even when no one else joined! The curve lounge was packed, but it looked like fun, and prices were surprisingly low, we would come back and try the lounge too !“

“Very delicious food, good portion for the price paid. If you order chicken regularly, they are at least 4 pieces. The waitress Savannah was very friendly and explained very well. They had no menu, no wifi. However, when I took the food in a bag, I forgot it on the table. When I returned, they had already thrown it away, but the manager gave me a complete meal just as I had ordered, as good as new. I thought it was a very good gesture. I definitely have one more place to visit more often.“
“This seems to be a meeting place for friends. I saw several tables of 2 or more gentlemen enjoying coffee & breakfast together. There was another table of several family members. I noted the staff was familiar with what some of the patrons ordered on a regular basis & stopped & chatted for a bit. The food was good (the biscuits were soft all around, not hard on the bottom like some). I ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns & a biscuit & gravy. The dining room appeared clean. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend.“

“Love there pancakes, the potatoes-no seasoning the best for me. Always get the Two by four. Eggs are mostly cooked right. “I knew right away I was in the right place once I step in and smell crawfish boil. I grow up outside new orleans on the west Bank and this place is like taken step back home. “We went this past Wednesday on half price burger day.Both ordered build your own.One of us ordered fries, other onion rings.The burgers were comparable in size to most places these days. Not quite as big they should be for $14, but I digress.?They were super hot and fresh. Meat had an excellent flavor.Buns were fresh. Received order exactly as ordered.Service was very good and friendly. Food came quickly.Fries were ok....I prefer crinkle cut, but that's just me.But the onion rings.... oh my.The generous Tempura/(beer?)batter would be ok, but it was SO greasy. I could only eat one. Fortunately I was the one who ordered fries.We will go back on another half price day and order different sides.“

Has that perfect small town restaurant vibe that fits perfectly on Main St.It’s a smaller restaurant in a busy area so make sure to grab a reservation, especially around the holidays. We came in without and had to wait a little to be seated with our large party, but it gave us a great excuse to walk around Main and see all the Christmas decorations.Everything we had was delicious, but I have to recommend the bread pudding French toast and the biscuits, sausage & gravy. We try to get the same server every time we go she is so nice, and she takes very good care of us. She always has a smile on her face. I went to kitchen door let them know 2 people waiting on orders she was not too pleased at first then she eased up on the attitude. This has never ever happened before. It's always been so easy and friendly. Where did your manager go? He still there? He was always friendly.“

“While having breakfast Sunday morning with my daughter we had unexpected guests. Out of nowhere they started coming on the table to the right of me. The food was great but was not able to finish it. I asked the waitress to have the manager come over. He did and I informed him of the ants quietly. He apologized. As many times as I have gone there that was the first time my experience was not up to par.Vegetarian options: Wonderful salads and many veggie options.“
“The food has always been great here, but today the GM Kailey really went above and beyond with customer service. I called before the store even opened this morning, needing help with a really small (I mean tiny!) order for the Easter meal. First of all, she answered the phone before official hours; and second, she went out of her way to help me even though she was working to get a ton of orders ready. She didn’t have to do that but she chose to, and it was the one thing that went right during a frustrating morning. Any restaurant can have good or great food, but when the GM goes out of her way to help when it’s not convenient…you know it’s a place that deserves your money and loyalty. Thank you so much Kailey!“
“We recently stopped in for a late lunch at Cotton Patch Café in Watauga. Service was fast and friendly. The chicken fried steak and sides were the best I’ve had anywhere in quite some time! Definitely worth going back to Watagua for another visit . Our servers, Matt and Brandon, made it a thoroughly pleasant experience. They recommended the large size meal, and we enjoyed the leftovers tonight… almost as much as being there.“
“Wildwood is a great place for food with a decent bourbon and whiskey selection.The cool novelty about the place is that they have a barrel pick of Buffalo Trace on tap... a rarity that I have never seen in any of my travels.I think the bourbon selection is a bit pricy for what it is, but overall it's a great experience and I've never had a bad meal here.“
