This has been a longtime favorite on Saturdays. But unfortunately the service in the past few months continues to decline. We gave them another chance today only to wait one hour for my plate. My husband got to watch me eat for 30 minutes before his arrived. Now I’m watching him eat as the staff performs closing duties 45 minutes before closing time.
I want to love Girasol so much but this is our third experience with spending our Saturday here waiting for food.
The owner and her staff make this restaurant the best place I've been to in Amarillo. The food is excellent! Fresh, all homemade, unique, and delicious. it's no wonder they've established a loyal following despite their discreet locale. Come hungry!
