“As a traveling healthcare processional I am always excited to find good restaurants wherever I go to a new city or state. This is one of my favorite restaurants. I take out at least 1x/week. The food is creative, flavorful, and at a great price. The spicy veggie burger is one of the best I have eaten. Thanks for making vegetarian food outstanding.“
“Jerrys Cafe is my absolute favorite place in the world to eat. I go every chance I can and it is always the same great food and service. I always get the exact same thing and could eat it literally twice a day....Love Jerry's and totally recommend“

The rice is very good! Dr. Pepper's soda is very cold. The ingredients are very good healthy! In general, Kikis Tacos is so-so, but still good!(Original)Los tacos de pescado para Kikis Tacos es muy delicioso! El pescado es sabroso y bueno, y la salsa es más o menos picante. “My granddaughter brought us here for breakfast last week on the way to Denver. It was the best REAL Mexican food I’ve had in 30 years. Truly Authentic! We are on our way back to Dallas and will have breakfast here tomorrow. I was hoping to have dinner tonight also but it’s closed. Dang! You must try a real authentic taste of Mexico! You won’t regret it! Oh! Real homemade corn tortillas! You’ll want to take at least a dozen home. They freeze well!!! My personal favorite so far is pork in red sauce burrito…Yummo! Just like my abuelita use to make!“
“Just a little hole in the wall...seriously, blink and miss it! But what a great hidden gem!Noticed this place from Amarillo Blvd and decided to give it a try. Probably one of the best quesadillas I've had in town...full of veggies and the Carne Asada was tender and great flavor. Also tried a barbacoa burrito. The perfect amount of meat, cheese, and onions! Although they give you a small amount of salsa, the green and red were equally flavorful with the right amount of heat...just ask for extra. The staff was VERY friendly and seemingly appreciative of my business.I don't usually give 5 star reviews, but felt they deserved more than 4 stars. Definitely a good place worth checking out!“
“Referred by our hotel clerk at Baymont Wyndham (East I40) as her favorite place to eat.Always willing to try new Mexican restaurants, we lucked out, and was wildly surprised at how good the food was. We are Colorado, Green Chili lovers, with an infinity for good, homemade, Mexican food.It was easy to get to, a friendly hostess/waitress greeted us and after seating us showed she also knew the menu, and overtime, had tried everything on it. She was attentive, personable and able to help negotiate getting us exactly what we wanted, even though it was not exactly on the menu. We were brought the regular chips & salsa. The chips were on the + side, but the salsa wasn't, just pureed tomatoes plus? However, the food came out quickly and was hot, fresh & yummy. The kicker is how inexpensive it was overall.Kudos, to Joe Taco's management on having Welcoming staff people who know how to make your business great, give excellent service to their customers, and a kitchen staff that knows what they are doing with their creations. The interior was clean, but plain, not very inviting at all, and the atmosphere inside was quiet, the only thing that lightened it up was our waitress and it's lively lit star lights. But, for us, just traveling through & staying over only the one night, it was no big deal, especially considering they hit it out of the park on the top 3 priorities of 1) good food, 2) good service and 3) good price. Although the atmosphere was blah, it was clean which is a high priority as well. Only one real negative, the silverware was the cheapest I've ever seen and because of the poor quality very uncomfortable to use.Maybe going cheap on the utensils and interior design is how they keep their costs low and yet prepare good quality dishes.“
“Small hole in the wall, yup one of those places. Place needs some attention i.e. cleanup/maintenance, however the food was good and the hosts were friendly. Their food truck is also on par with the restaurant. If unsure on where to get a bite, it is worth the stop.“
“Today was my first time eating here, although I've lived in Amarillo since forever, my sister invited me after attending a Christian meeting, and when it came time to ask for the ticket to pay our bill, come to find out that the owner payed for both of our meals. So long story short the food was amazingly delicious and on the house. Thank you so much it was very much surprising and appreciated!“
“I've been so excited to try Mi Gente and finally had their lunch! The Cubano is excellent and the Carne Asada's flavor is mouthwatering.Such a fun atmosphere! It made me want to go dancing.Highly recommend taking your partner for a lunch date here!“
