YCSF was discovered as we searched for a restaurant near our hotel as we were passing through town. We chose it because it had 4+ star reviews by over 1,000 people, it is a local place, it is chef owned. Well it was "all that and then some"! Food was not only bursting with flavor but hefty portions. Wait staff were friendly and very accommodating giving great suggestions on menu items. Atmosphere was fun and eclectic. We are vegetarian and they have awesome plant based menu items. I recommend the dragon tofu taco, al pastor (vegan option) and the imposter taco! Oh and a side of garlic parm fries wouldn’t hurt. Love this place!

I moved here from Pennsylvania, and it's hard to find vegan food. I love this place! Great food, hip vibe, cool people, and always a good selection of beer on tap!
