This has been a solid takeout place. I love their packaging details to secure the food because Chinese Sizhuan food is oily and easy to spill. The generous amount of rice and short wait time are also some pluses. I love their mapo tofu. But the spicy fish fillet is different from what I usually get from other places. Theirs is more red oil based instead of soy sauce based. It's still good but it becomes very similar to the mapo tofu sauce. The food is usually oily so won't order...read full review
I was incredibly happy that A+A was not murdered by the covid reaction. They transitioned from a good-sized sit-down restaurant to a take-out place, but their food did not suffer. True Sichuan cuisine, and it's fantastic!Pork & Mustard Greens, Cumin Beef, and Green Beans w/ Garlic are our mainstays. I do ask them to make everything appropriately spicy, which I highly recommend!Their soups, dumplings, and noodles are very good, but they really shine with their meat and veg entrees....read full review
