“I've been coming here for months, and I am always happy with the quality of my food and the fast and friendly service. The Veggie Tikka masala is delicious, and very full of veggies every time. Highly recommend checking out this restaurant.“
“Mehn! The young guy that work there is respectful and professional! I usually don’t leave these but I pray for bigger things for this lil food truck. I’m the Caribbean guy that came in the black Honda with red rims lol. I appreciate how they don’t act stingy for the food! Most places charge more and give less!!! Yall food is amazing and comforting! Definitely have to come by next time to just leave a big tip!! Keep it up!“
“We travel from out of state for Casa de Luz and Casa has had a profound effect on how we live our lives, nutritionally and spiritually. Thank you, Case de Luz.Dietary restrictions: Oil-free, gluten-free, nightshade-free, reduced-to-no sodium“
“This is the best Vietnamese food I’ve had in Austin and probably my first review of a food spot. They are just so good, I felt compelled. In addition to the food being delicious the prices are incredibly inexpensive. $37 for three bahn mi sandwiches, one kimchi fried rice, and a seitan nugget entree is just crazy for Austin. I tipped extra just because I felt like I was stealing. The portion sizes were great as well. This will be my new go to for dinner. Just gotta get there before they close.“
“Habesha Ethiopian Restaurant and Bar provides an authentic culinary experience with flavorful Ethiopian dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. With traditional injera bread and aromatic spices, it's a must-visit for those seeking a taste of Ethiopia in a cozy setting. ?“
“Just picked up from ATX foodco. The coconut squash soup is like velvet! Such a treat. The stir fry is hearty and delicious. I will definitely be stopping in more frequently. Seriously guys, I’m having a love affair with this soup! Thank youu for this magical food! ?“
“As an avid fan of delicious food, it's hard not try these extravaganza of flavor options. Also they're open late and quality is always high. The visits I made were during SXSW at the busiest peaks and they still brought fantastic service. I don't think there's much anyone could do in that atmosphere of waves of customers... It's just very very busy. Get in, get on it, get out full.“
“This place is authentic Ethiopian cuisine. It was fresh and had great flavor. My partner and I both had the Veggie Combo, which was good. The injera was very fresh. Added bonus they have Ethiopian beer and wine! It is attached to a mart, which also sells the Ethiopian beers which was good to know.“
“My wife and I live close enough to walk to this Juiceland, which is dangerous and awesome. Daily smoothie specials are the best, shout out wundershowzen with blueberry on Thursdays. Smoothie consistency is always on point. Lastly, both Bella’s treat me great every time I come in.Appreciate everything y’all are doing!“
“The restaurant turned out to be a hidden gem for us. We ordered hakka noodle dosa (with no onions and no garlic), samsoa and Madurai Malai Dosa and all three items were very authentic tasting and delicious. I typically don't like dosas, but I sincerely enjoyed these. The owners and the team were very nice and willing to work with our restrictions even though they were very busy. Additionally, they are able to make most things vegan and/or Jain which is a blessing for us. Definitely a top restaurant on our list to go to and take family and friends now. A genuinely positive experience for us.Dietary restrictions: Vegan friendly, Jain friendly“
“Come here almost daily when I am in town because it is so good. Best place I’ve found to make a healthy choice over an unhealthy choice for something satisfying and guilt-free. Love the animal-free whey protein in my percolator smoothie. Doesn’t taste chalky or noticeable at all. Great service and atmosphere. Can’t get enough and wish they were also in AZ.“
“Everything about our experience was great! The woman serving us was so friendly and fun. The food was delicious. They were a little short staffed and busy when we came, so it took a little longer, but we were there to relax and enjoy a good meal in good company, so we didn't mind, and they apologized for some minor delays. We got the vegetarian combo plate and shiro wat. It was so good! Add the potatoes, you won't regret it!If you like Ethiopian food, I'm sure you will enjoy this place!Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian dishes to choose from and a vegetarian combo plate (which was delicious).“
“I just had the most lovely experience with the cashier on this lovely day. She had short curly, dirty blonde hair, wearing a gray hoodie and a gray headband. Her little bits of conversation were totally not necessary, but very kind and did make me leave with his Smile. The small extra mile she took to make sure to spell my name correctly, means more to me than I let on. A little bit can go a long way. I tried a new smoothie today as well and it was so good! Exactly what I needed for my day of running around town. Keep it up. “
“Great service, food can be a mix but always prepared well and hot to table. Music can be a touch loud sometimes but expected. You may find yourself shouting across the table or bar. Excellent tap selection ? If you like beer and food, this place is a staple!“
“Love this dosa food truck. The dosas are crisp and tasty. The combinations are unique and flavourful. The Jackfruit dosa was a tasty surprise. Also tried the paneer, SPC2 and devil veggie - and each one of them was good!!Will definitely visit again.“
“Great local place.I kept ignoring NSG because I was worried it'd be "too healthy" but it is just great. It is health forward, but doesn't feel like losing anything. The food is also so real.A bit Asian influence as well.Great place, highly recommend.“
“My first JuiceLand visit, but not my last. Another great place my granddaughter led me to! I had the I Dream of Greenie smoothie. It has hemp milk, peach, banana, avocado, kale, spinach, parsley, cucumber, celery, and spirulina. I had to look up that last ingredient, lol! It was very filling and refreshing. I am so happy to find a healthy and non-sweet smoothie. Cool merchandise, they even sale dog treats under their own label.“
“Love from Connecticut! My husband and I visited Austin on a mini 4 day vacation. We went to Mr. Natural 3 out of the 4 days. IT'S THAT GOOD. I'm vegan and my husband is not. We both loved the food - especially the baked goods. We both loved the East Side tacos, pineapple/spinach agua Fresca, and every baked good - we ate A LOT of baked goods. We stopped on our way to the airport for one last bite! Super friendly staff, expansive menu, clean facility, great prices, and DELICIOUS. It's been around for over 30 years and I can see why! It's outstanding! We can't wait to go back to Austin and eat at Mr. Natural again!“
“Even in the midst of renovation construction, the crew at Lakeway's JuiceLand remains hardworking and dedicated to quality! When they're busy, they're slammed, but if you catch the store in a peaceful moment, the vibes are unbeatable. The arcade machine in the corner helps pass the time while waiting for drinks, while the merch shelves are always stocked with fun things to poke around at. The disco ball and fun playlists always keep the vibes groovy as well. Plus, the community bulletin board is a great source of local businesses, services, organizations, and events offered to browse. (Also: bonus decor points for having one of their murals painted by one of their own employees!!)The employees sometimes seem rushed but never unfriendly. If you have any questions or problems that can't be solved in-store, they'll always help point you in the right direction -- even for non-juicy things! I've been told restaurant recommendations, hair salon suggestions, and tattoo artist referrals by staff here, among other this-and-thats. Of course, if you're looking for answers related to JuiceLand questions, their contact email is well-run, with any issues smoothed over in a quick and friendly manner.Last but not least, the quality of the products here is unbeatable, especially for the price you pay! Smoothies are made ONLY with the listed ingredients! So that means no ice, water, syrups, or snuck-in sugar. Just high quality fruits, veggies, and supplements! The front fridge is (almost) always stocked with fresh raw cold-pressed juice in grab n' go bottles for those in a rush, though they do offer juices made to order as well. Aside from smoothies and juices, there are also many choices for wellness shots, lattes, tonics, food, and snacks! One final note is that the online menu is laid out VERY WELL compared to some other online menus I've had the misfortune of viewing. On JuiceLand's website, you can order your drinks to be ready in usually 10-20min via the "Pickup" option, and you can even order bulk juices for cleanses under the "Bulk" option. Scroll a little further to find "Full Menu", which is exactly what it says on the tin, laid out in neatly organized categories. Each menu item lists its ingredients, as well as a helpful "What's this?" button that lets you know if the item in question is crafted with a focus on energy, superfoods, protein, antioxidants, etc. It's a fantastic, in-depth resource to browse ahead of ordering for sure! Though, of course, the staff at the counter will always be there to help answer any further questions the website doesn't answer and give you any recommendations for what you may be looking for!Come here with a smile, and leave with a bigger smile! (and a great drink!)☆Recommendations☆•Smoothie: Clementine / Soul Boulder +Granola / Vegetable Collective -Hemp Milk +Cinnamon / Moontower +Chocolate Chips +Sea Salt +Peanut Butter / Rehydrator +Dr Doctor +Honey•Juice: Golden Glow•Shot: Dr Doctor / Blue Dream•Latte: Golden Milk Coffee Latte•Tonic: Hot Fixer Elixer•Food: Mannawich / Frijole Roller•Snack: Coconut Dream Bar“
“We love stopping here when we're downtown. They are FAST, kind, and welcoming. (Especially the crew working around 5pm on Mondays and Tuesdays ?). We have tried so many new things and everything is delightful. Although the food/drinks are great, it's really the kind and competent staff that keeps us coming back!“
“I had the spicy chickpea. It did not disappoint in flavor or spice! The wrap & tortilla was toasted to perfection. My partner got the chimichurri seitan and wasn't keen on the texture. We are usually expecting a more stretched seitan and this was chewy chunks. He also commented that the flavor was weak. We were also surprised that the assembly time took over five minutes, being the only order. I was very happy, he was less so.Vegetarian options: Vegan spot“
“During our visit from out of town, this restaurant quickly became a favorite. The vegetarian Mexican food was solid, and the ambiance was peaceful, with friendly staff. Our orders were quickly taken, and there was minimal wait for our food. The portions were reasonably sized for the price. We also had some gluten-free donuts, which were surprisingly good (gluten-free can be hit or miss). Highlights from our meal included the mole enchiladas, vegan enchiladas, and flautas. Definitely worth a visit!“
“I need to mentally prepare myself to write this post and you should too as well reader. This was the best food I have ever had. The dusting of the pineapple, the crunch of the chicken, the perfect portion sizes of it all. I finished eating and immediately called everyone in my contacts to tell them how good this food was. Even people I hadn't spoken to in years. It changed my life I don't even like potato salad, but lulubowls potato salad? Unbelievable. Spicy, creamy, fresh, a shmorgashborg of taste unlike anything my childish eating habits could have imagined. I am a new woman. And my tastebuds have finally lived. But really this food was decently priced and GOOD“
“I’ve been coming to this Mad Greens location for years so it’s time I finally wrote them a review. Great place to come to get something quick that’s healthy and tastes great. I like the Southwest Bowl. Matt who works at this location is a great guy and always makes sure everything is right. In fact he knows my order before I can speak it into existence. Stop by for something healthy that tastes great - and ask for Matt, he’ll take great care of you!“
“Unexpectedly delicious and the service was exceptional.Thank you True Food!I had the Sausage Pizza and my wife had the Tomato Soup. The Pizza was even better dipped in the soup.I'd give it a try and have your mind blown. Extra Delicious!!!Vegetarian options: I'm not Vegetarian but the Dishes were well marked.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free was also well marked and they are super strict about keeping it clean!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy walk in off the sidewalk.“
“After 3 visits to this location I rate them 5 stars. Each visit I received warm hospitable service from the entire team. The manager made a pleasant table visit to ensure we were enjoying everything. And our food was delicious. We will be back.“
“Starr is literally the sweetest and most helpful person I’ve ever had in any customer service experience. It was our first time here and she made us feel so welcome, as well as shared her wealth of knowledge with us. Starr deserves a big fat raise, love her energy!“
“Listen, I don't usually take time outta my busy day to write reviews, and I absolutely refuse to write negative reviews UNLESS terrible things have transpired, so having said that... this review wasn't requested or incentivized. This is the real dill pickle.Call me old fashioned, but I grew up learning in my early jobs as a teenager that customer service was of the utmost importance. I don't feel like that was indoctrination so much as it was understanding how important it is to be the representation of a company (you trust and depend upon), and of course, as an individual. I'd find it a welcome challenge to try to make people laugh or smile, and it always paid off. My kids and I have been experiencing some less than stellar customer/representative interactions over the past few days, and I began to resign to the fact that maybe it's just that the new crop of kids are "built different". Tarkā on Anderson Lane has unwittingly restored my faith in humanity. I'm not even going to go into detail about how pleasant and well-mannered the staff was, because words dont do justice to how I felt walking in and leaving their establishment. It was such a breath of fresh air to feel that not only were they- dare I say, JOYFUL, but they were completely genuine. It really made my meal and the experience so much better. No pretenses, no pushy up-selling, no indifference or disconnect. Homeboy at the counter was all smiles and eye contact, totally respectful and had great manners (someone raised him up right), and as we were leaving, a young lady was super nice and refused to let me take my tray to the garbage can and thanked us for dining with them. Solid team there, and I thought it was worth mentioning some good news. Keep it up, y'all! It has not gone unappreciated!“
“Love this place! So many options. Always GREAT & Consistent! I have enjoyed 99% of what I’ve tried!Usually Very Friendly quick staff at all locations (especially when it was in the Domain!).Inexpensive relative to the newer place that are popping up everywhere, & the newer family owned aren’t as good ?? & are much more expensive! (Comparing to Tulsi in RR, & one near Flix Brewhouse - can’t remember the name)I also like Tarka’s Mango Lemonade & their Strawberry Lassi every so often.Usually spend ~$5-13 per personParking: Difficult to find this place even with Google & Apple Maps! I got all turned around!I like the Round Roxk TARKA better!“
“The guy at the takeout counter was very helpful. He brought me two samples of the kale aid refresher juice and bright eyes to try before purchasing which I appreciate! I bought the kale aid with some orange juice for sweetness. I also ordered the smoked Gouda turkey burger which was delicious! This was better than most standard turkey burgers I’ve eaten. Flavorful and fulfilling. I also got the umami potatoes which were yum. I would order this lunch again. Parking can be tricky if you can’t find any on the street.“
“Was in town for a short time, ate here twice. Healthy, fast and delicious. I'd also say middle of the road maybe a bit less for cost considering what you get. My party enjoyed their salads, each time we tried something different, which did not disappoint. Fresh! Customer service was friendly. Wish we had one near us.“
“They have an extensive vegetarian/vegan menu with a ton of variety--breakfast food, mexican food, comfort food, desserts, drinks, and most of it is delicious. My only complaints were that the desserts were often too sweet and a little one note, and the surcharge they add makes it pretty expensive depending on what you get. Still worth it though.“
