I was somewhat disappointed to see my migas were made with regular store bought tortilla chips rather than sliced up white corn tortillas toasted in cooking oil until golden brown then adding the egg with grilled onions, jalapeño, and tomato. I was also disappointed that my migas were smothered in cheese and were not given a choice before placing my order. The potatoes were not stewed and seemed to come from a bull frozen bag. The best Tacos and food you'll ever eat. I mean really the food is to Die for!!! Extremely fresh and hot delicious food here!!!!. Seriously the food is sooooo. good it was hard not to just gobble it up . The staff is very nice and friendly you can see your .Food being cooked and prepared I like that!. This is hands down one of our favorite places to eat. We come here almost every week and the food is always great. We have our favorite server, but everyone is friendly. I think we've tried almost everything on the menu at this point, but some of our favorites are the beef fajita tacos or the beef fajita quesadilla. Also, I'm one of those people that judges a place by their chips and salsa, and their's is so good, you'll want to take one to go.
