“I am unsure as to a review of Qi as a vegan. Nothing is marked vegan on the menu, although our waitress said there were a few things that could be made vegan. We were told the fried & steamed dumplings, scallion pancake, and tofu/rice dish were all vegan, but Im just not sure as our waitress seemed a bit confused at times would really be nice to mark items as vegan on the menu, especially for allergy sensitivities. I did think everything was delicious though and very creative.“
“Went for the hot pot lunch and had an excellent meal and experience. The foods are fresh and colorful and tasty. Our server explained the hot pot process in detail and helped us as needed. This is a really cool place for lunch with a group or to sit at the bar. There are plenty of options for meats and veggies to satisfy everyone.Lots of easy free parking too so that’s a big plus.“
“Long live Ling Wu’s! This is hands down our family’s favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. We also leave feeling happy with the outstanding food and service. We always come here for special occasions or if we need a pick me up if we’ve had a rough week. We love the whole team here!“
“I planned to go to Chinatown North for dim sum but the sign at the entrance said to head downstairs for dim sum, where Street is below. The waiter said they are connected but different establishments and the dim sum servers upstairs would come from the lower kitchen anyway. I ate here with a close friend after wrapping up weekend meetings in Austin. The place has a good vibe and friendly service, quite modern and clean. We shared six items and everything had great flavor, with the turnip cake and prawn siu mai being my favorites. Above average pricing for dim sum but I think that comes with the experience. Good spot for a date or with friends. I would go back.Parking: Free parking lot around the building.“
“I waited a bit to write this review. I've ordered their lo mein, kung Pao chicken, shrimp with rice, orange chicken, and egg rolls. Each different dish multiple time now. They are consistently good and fresh off the frier. The shrimp dish I order did have the fried shrimp whole, which I enjoy. Although that might not be for everyone. Might double check when you're ordering.“
“Really great Asian restaurant with a variety of delicious options, including many that are vegetarian or vegan. They have six parking spots available for customers too. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcoming and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend the shiitake mushroom bowl with vegan kimchi and miso soup!“
“This establishment has excellent Vietnamese noodles, tofu pudding dessert, soy milk, and ready to eat dishes. This is a self service restaurant. Order at the counter and find a seat in one of the handful of tables. Pick up the food from the counter.Dining atmosphere is completely absent. The place is very small and more suitable for takeouts than dining in. Environment is cluttered with boxes and restaurant supplies that don’t belong in a dining room.“
“It's so delicious, everyone. Remember to buy sour soup with braised fish and stir-fried vegetables. It's delicious. Went in to try it for the first time and was so lucky to buy delicious food. Finally bought it home 3 hours ago for dinner. In Houston, I haven't seen any place that can cook this well“
“My husband and I ordered online we ordered the beef bulgogi bowl my husband ordered a large bowl with extra meat and white rice and I ordered the regular size with fried rice. It’s a unique experience because they have iPads that scan your order screen and it opens up the locker with your food inside it’s pretty neat. Apart from that the food was so good and hot my fried rice was flavorful but didn’t have an eggy taste it tasted so good with the meat it had veggies and they were perfectly cooked I didn’t order extra meat but I feel like it came with a lot.“
“Service was prompt. Place was clean and nice.No one came to check if the food was ok, I would have told them that the rice was crispy and dry. Like they got to the bottom of the rice cooker and gave me the drabs that were left at the bottom. Disappointing. The edamame was good. Sushi was good. Chicken katsu was ok-good... But Something missing can't quit place my finger on what. Tempura was above average. Agedashi tofu was flavourful. I liked the tofu actually....My friend had the bowl.. with grilled chicken teriyaki. Something in her bowl was extreeeeeemely salty. To the point where she had to ask for extra rice to try to make it edible. Now, her extra rice came out looking nice and plump and soft unlike my rice in the Bento Box I ordered. It's just almost sacrilege for a Japanese/ Asian restaurant to serve rice that's not right. Will try again again to see if I need to increase or further decrease the stars on this review.“
“Experience a taste sensation like no other! Dive into a broth that's simply divine, twirl around noodles cooked to sheer perfection, and savor chicken that crunches exquisitely with every bite, oozing with flavors that dance on your palate. A heartfelt thanks for an unforgettable culinary journey!“
“One of my personal favorites especially for takeout . Food is always good has great flavor from the lo mein to the sesame chicken to the egg rolls and beef and broccoli. Worth every penny and deff recommend if you love Chinese food . Never a long wait for the food and you can also call ahead and order . The girls in the front always greet you with a smile ... love love love this place !!!!“
“We ordered online over the pandemic and really enjoyed it, so we decided to visit in person. Unfortunately, I think the quality has decreased since then. I was surprised by the amount of good reviews; I think it's good but not great. The food is good, but tastes a little cheap: everything tastes watered down. From the salad dressing to the soy sauce and teriyaki chicken. Overall, it was still very enjoyable! They have many options and the food is still tasty. It reminds me of comfort food but Asian; it is cheerful, simple, and satisfying to eat.“
“We went to Jade Asian Fusion restaurant for dinner. Service was friendly and food quite delicious. They have nice bar and a huge rack of wines. We ordered Moo Shu Pork and shrimp fried rice. The quantity of both were so huge we could not finish them. We ended up carrying most of these home. Parking is plenty. Had no problem with it. Fairly good selection of vegetarian options in the menu too. Overall quite pleased and would recommend.Parking: Restaurant is in a strip mall. Plenty of paring was available.“
“Family owned and operated. Very welcoming and enjoyed talking with them. Excellent service AND they prepared my meal separately because I have a food allergy. Too bad they will be closing in October 2024, but they deserve to enjoy their retirement after 35 years of business!!Dietary restrictions: See my previous comments. They were very gracious and accommodating upon learning about my food allergy.“
“Awesome restaurant! The staff is so incredibly kind and friendly, they loveto chat are are clearly passionate about cooking. I got the Orange Chicken and I have to say their portions are incredible for the price, to the point that I barely finished half and am looking forward to delicious leftover.100% would recommend, the surrounding businesses are questionable but this place is a diamond in the rough!!“
“One of my favorite spots I’ve hit in Austin. Unique menu, only tried the Karage and Brisket but looking forward to coming back to try other items. Karage was incredible, the ghost pepper aioli was one of best aiolis I remember eating recently. Brisket was great as well. Also a great outdoor space and a lot of open space. TVs everywhere else so great place to post up, eat, drink, and catch up with friends.“
