Our family has enjoyed going to Cheddar's for years, but recently the food quality has taken a nose-dive. Pre-formed, frozen burger patties, tasteless fish fillets, cakes that taste like boxed cake-mix, burnt croissants, over-cooked steaks.We visited the other night and our server forgot at least one thing from each of our orders, and our requests were not complicated.She was brand new so I didn't leave a review with her manager, and she was very sweet and refilled our drinks...read full review
Good food at great price! One of the best T-bone steak around the area.I also like the terminal at every tables. One can place order and paid the bill thru the device, super convenient ?.

The food was delicious but took forever and they had us take a seat in a closed section and we had to wait until a waiter noticed us so that was upsetting.However, our waiter was apologetic, professional, funny and so welcoming the experience totally changed.Thank you to him and sorry I forgot your name but when I go back I will ask you and edit this post with your name on it. They need more waiters like you for sure.
