My 1st experience with Hoovers was ok. It was busy. I'm not sure if it was because Texas relay was in town or not, but the wait was 20 minutes. Once I sat down to eat, the waiter was extremely friendly and helpful with the menu. I ordered their famous fried chicken, but I was entirely impressed. I will come again to try other dishes.
April 2024Hoover's Cooking is all about serving the local community with southern comfort food much of which is locally sourced. I have dined here before a few times in the past and was excited to return. It is located in an area full of new popular eateries, but this place is a landmark.
