Great local bar with awesome bartenders and a friendly atmosphere. Whenever I want to cultivate a solid hangover in style, this is where I go. If you go often enough you'll earn a mug forged from the swords of long-dead Viking warriors, and it will be hoisted above the bar for all to gaze upon, and all of Valhalla will raise a pint and sing to your glory.
can't help but chuckle every time I visit the Local Outpost, thanks to our bartender extraordinaire, Rhianna. She's like our very own time traveler, dishing out drinks from sunrise to moonshine! Whether I pop in for a morning mimosa or a late-night nightcap, Rhianna is there with her witty jokes and expertly crafted cocktails. I played a show here, It was pretty good! I didn't go to the bar but it seemed nice. There was plenty of room to the side of the stage and in front of the stage/the 'audience' area. The stage wasn't so big, but I didn't have a problem with bumping into people. I'm not sure who was in charge of the lights, if it was the venue or who I was with, but it made it hard to take pictures. Overall, the atmosphere was pretty good.
