Well he suggested something else because they no longer carried that steak but still had it on the menu. On top of that the restaurant A/C was not working well at all and it was pretty hot in there. My boyfriend asked the manager why was it so hot in there. The manager proceeded to tell us that they had five new a/c units and it so happened they were not cooling like they should be. We were like well did you call and have somebody work on it maybe they need to be working on it now. The manager was like well I’ll call and see if they can come check to see what’s wrong and I’ll let you know. Well needless to say he never did come back and to tell us what they said. It was very unprofessional and he did not follow through with what he said he was gonna do so it was very miserably hot and on top of it we did not get what we wanted to order. They staff is very accommodating and professional, and the food is normally great. Would like to hear from the owner. Chester Burgess”

I’m a first timer to trying Vietnamese cuisine so I didn’t know what to expect and I LOVED it- very fresh - served hot - and our server was helpful explaining the menu to me. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and there were not many people in the restaurant so we did not feel rushed. We had Pho soup, Lo Mien & we also had chicken pot stickers - all was so very VERY good. Her table presence and professionalism is something we haven’t seen in a while. She gave excellent recommendations. We had a few wonderful cocktails and the empanadas for an appetizer. We had Thai curry soup , harvest salad for the next course and we were blown away! For our main course we did the redfish and the steak bluecheese pizza, we couldn’t have had better selections. We want to thank everyone who contributed to us celebrating our anniversary this evening. It certainly was a night to remember!”

The lights weren’t on all the way it just didn’t seem friendly to be honest I really didn’t want IHOP after that, but my husband said let’s go to the one by Dowlen so I kept my comments to myself since he always sacrifices for me I said I would eat it this one time and am I so glad that I did not only was the food super fresh like everything was so hot even though I was freezing my plates kept me warm my waitress her name was TELLISA when I tell y’all I did not have to ask for not one thing my refills were already ready to go before I could look up extra napkins. She was so friendly. She didn’t rush me. She really made me feel like family. I have never had a waitress. give this great of an experience in Beaumont Texas. She truly is a star of customer service.
So I asked to speak to the cook because of how amazing the food was and the manager as well because I wanted to give them their kudos a lot of people complain all the time about bad service and when she told me the manager was the cook, I just knew it had to be a woman because of how great the food was it was made with love. The manager’s name was CORIONA not only did her food deserve five stars her professionalism as a manager was unexpected. My omelette was so full of steak and vegetables. I was beyond surprised. Everything was hot. The steam was coming off of our shrimp. She really outdid herself. I will only be coming to Beaumont IHOP when they are there from now on and I will never step foot back in college IHOP I wish I could give these ladies 100 stars. I wish I could personally give them a raise. I feel that the tip I gave them still did not do justice for how great they were. Their service was stupendous. Whoever owns this location. Please take out a moment to realize what great representatives you have for your company before somebody else sweeps them up.”
