“Third time at the Bee Cave location since moving here a month ago. Excellent food and service. Manager we met, Kayli, frequently checks on each table and is quite personable. She compliments the overall operation.Restaurant highly reccommended.“
“Cypress Grill is a HIDDEN GEM!!! The food and cocktails are consistently top notch with great service to match. The outdoor seating is so lovely anytime of year. The best part? They have GLUTEN FREE fried seafood (catfish, shrimp, crawfish, oysters) and it’s so good! I can’t recommend this place enough!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options“
“The entire experience here from start to finish was incredible! Our server Rachel B was so sweet and personable. She made sure we made it on the happy hour menu even though we came right as it was ending :) the food was incredible and its definitely easy for your eyes to be bigger than your stomach since everything looks and tastes so good! It was mine and my boyfriends 1 year anniversary and the manager came up to talk to us which was very sweet and gave us a lil drink voucher as a thank you for coming in which really made the evening :) we will definitely be coming back!“
“This restaurant was all-around fantastic. We were a little skeptical that a seafood restaurant so far from the ocean would be good, but they did not disappoint. Every item - from the appetizers to sushi rolls to main dishes - were delicious and visually appealing. Great atmosphere and service as well. We felt very welcome here - not rushed. Highly recommend!“
“In a bad year for crawfish when none of the usual stores in central Texas had it, especially with Sunday pickup, we almost resorted to a lowly shrimp boil. Pops Crawfish came through big with some of the biggest and baddest crawfish I’ve ever bought. Good price (all things considered), great people, and a fantastic quality. Only 9 dead out of two sacks on a Sunday is a big win. I’ll never trust our annual crawfish boil to anyone else.“
“My wife and I enjoyed our Anniversary dinner. We started of with appetizer crab fingers and it was absolutely amazing. She had for dinner the Chef Special Fried Blue Crab and I had the Fired Platter and both was hot and fresh and taste amazing. Our server was spot on and the Gm Stefania came by and did a table check. Great experience this is why we always come back!“
“Capt Pete's is a boathouse restaurant at Point Venture on Lake Travis. They have a fairly large indoor and outdoor seating area and are open from 11am to 10pm daily. Menu is that of a typical casual restaurant with signature fried catfish and shrimp baskets, burgers, nachos and other American classics. Had lunch here recently and found their fried catfish to be decent. It was a really thin fillet like a schnitzel but it tasted ok. Fries served were heavily seasoned and tasted fine as well. Service was friendly and timely. Enjoyed feeding the giant catfish and carp beside Capt Pete's as much as eating lunch here. That was fun!“
“Went back tonight and enjoyed some more oysters that were presented with great detail. Ryan our server was a pleasure and had many suggestions: all of which knocked it out of the park again. The whole baked fish (Huachinango) was the star of the show. You can make your own tacos stuffed with all kinds of fresh Latin-inspired accoutrements. We will be back again soon. Hopefully for happy hour!“
“18 oz. ribeye was great, as were the accompaniments. First time to try the spinach & mushrooms and I'm not a a big fan - kind of limp and not a lot of flavor. Great service - competent, efficient, and friendly. We'll be back soon!“
“The crispy duck has to be the absolute best duck dish I’ve ever had! Generally I love Thai restaurants but Thai Taste is the only one that nailed it with their duck!! I live in Houston and always make it a point to get my dinner here whenever I’m in town!“
“We always love coming to Blind Salamander.the food is consistently good and the service is perfecto. I like a very very rare steak and few restaurants/chefs will prepare it like I like it, but Will (our server) made sure it was perfect. Marco, the manager is always friendly and makes sure we are treated well. When we are at Barton Creek, this is our number one stop.“
“We cannot say enough positive things about this restaurant! Christina was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her service enough. This restaurant has a dog friendly patio and DELICIOUS food that was so easy to find keto options on the menu. Beautiful view, atmosphere, and location to boot.“
“We have visited Wok on Fire several times. Always enjoyable. We had our last meal delivered. I had a busy day besides having family coming for dinner. I was able make the order early to be delivered at dinner time. The food arrived on time, freshly cooked and steaming hot. The potions are generous. But most important...the food is delicious!“
“For the price point, the sushi is pretty good! They also have noodle dishes and a few other options if sushi isn't for you. We go here for a weeknight "we're craving sushi but don't want to shell out too much $$" sort of meal. The ambiance is a mix of sushi restaurant meets sports bar meets live music from time to time, which can be a little overwhelming, but tucking yourself in a booth can help with the overstimulation.“
“Best place in Drip' by far. Food is so tasty and the service outstanding. Hostesses, wait staff, bartenders and owners are so nice and accommodating. Such a fun spot to see your local friends too. The special event they will be having CAVIAR and OYSTERS is OMG wonderful. So excited to put this as number 1 restaurant on our weekly circuit of places to go. It's We are hooked, line and sinker!!!!!“
“Plenty of tables, great beer selection and music. Very reasonable price. The food is rated on the food trucks. Must spend at least $20 to get free parking, at night anyway. Highly recommend the tater tots if the food truck is still around.“
“Purchased few whole Halal chicken from this new place, they met my expectations. Fresh chicken, well cleaned and cut. Price is good too. Happy to find a new place to go for my Halal chicken shopping. They also sell lot of other food products will try next time.“
“Overall, I like this poke spot. I gave 4 stars because it doesn't really stick out as particularly above any other poke places I've been to, but it satisfied my craving and is well located in my opinion since there aren't really any other poke spots nearby. It's a smaller place, but I got lunch there with a friend and it felt open enough that we didn't feel like we were disturbing the peace. They had a good variety of protein options and all your standard toppings. The cashier was friendly, and the prices were fairly standard (around $12-14 for a single bowl with 2 proteins). Overall I would go back, but I don't seek it out per se~“
“This place will not disappoint! A friend recommended this spot and I am so happy we checked it out while in town! We stopped by for the breakfast tacos and OMG were they so delicious ! I had the otto and the Jess ! 11/10 on taste! Service was also fast! They had a little bit of a line but you can always online order“
“Pro tip: ask for John to be your server. This man could easily work at any of the top spots downtown Austin, but you are fortunate enough he works here out in the Hill Country.Excellent seafood in a surprising location. I loved their main lobster omelet and the crab appetizer. While the price and quality are high end the vibe is laid back. Most patrons were in nice jeans with a button down / polo or sundress. The patio is ok. The wine cellar area is the most aesthetically pleasing to sit in.Come for seafood. Stay for the excellent hospitality.Vegetarian options: Not strong for vegetarians. Just a few protein-less vegetable options. Great for pescatarians.Dietary restrictions: Great for paleo, Gluten Free, and ketoParking: I always struggle to find a spot at the Galaria, where this is located.Kid-friendliness: It is a high end seafood spot. Well behaved kids will be fine here like any other over dinner spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible“
