“amazing wings and food. Good vibe and music. the drinks from bar are great. e”
“One of the best boils I’ve ever had. Great bang for the buck, and delicious food. I’m telling everyone, and if you’re reading this, you should go.
Update: went back a second time, service was pretty poor. Maybe the waitress was new, but everything took forever.”
“They have a few tables in the back with back-support bench chairs. Otherwise, you have to sit on stools with no back support. When we asked for the back table, they told us that it was reserved. I'm not convinced if all the tables were reserved. For that, I don't know if I would return.”

“The play was phenomenal but they were out of popcorn which is, like, their whole thing.
Edit: if it was just that the popcorn throwing was for only comedies and not plays like the one I saw, then why didn't the server tell me that instead of lying and saying it was because they were out of popcorn?”
“Most relaxing experience be sure to do the aroma therapy it was the highlight of my trip”

“Loved it! Stopped by 1/2/25 for lunch and the servers were amazing. The food was fresh, served very quick and is also very affordable.
I had the green pepper soup with the standard toppings and it was rich and just a tad spicy and numbing. The marinated beef shank with the toasted peanuts were pretty good and used some as noodles toppings.
While the noodles is their main speciality, their menu has a little bit to accommodate more tastes. Their kids meal is also healthy and of good value.”
“If you are a traditional hookah fan like me, this place is for you. Hookahs are also present in different flavours which are equally good. Smoothies are also nice, my favourite is the mixed berries. Pizzas are cheese loaded, my favourite is tandoori chicken. Service is very nice, staff is very polite and helpful. The ambience is beautiful and welcoming.”
“We came for the fried chicken, and it did not disappoint!! 🙌🏽
So juicy and crispy, just delicious. I recommend getting the sauce for the chicken on the side for dripping. This place is super chill, with K-pop music for ambiance. They have call buttons on the tables, so you can't go wrong with the service. I will definitely come back!”

“Easy to find parking. Inside is clean. We had the braised beef soup and dry chicken noodle bowl. Both were very tasty! Great flavor and not overly salted compared to other restaurants. The wontons in chili oil hit the spot and a great price too! Will definitely come back. Shout out to the sweet ladies who took our order. :)”
“Sorry I forgot to take pics, ah, for a small little start up place, I think it was really good. There was not a bite I did not enjoy. I had the steak aloha, which was basically a hamburger patty seasoned over rice. Not what I was expecting, but I ate the whole thing, it was very good. Wife had the chicken teriyaki, she said it was dry, but very flavorful, mine you it sat in the car for 20 minutes still basically cooking. All in all, we will be back, the food was that good!”
“This was an awesome restaurant Sorry that you are closed out of business”
“Good first time experience for lunch.
Had fried squid for an appetizer. Some of the better fried squid I’ve had in a while. I’d say it was better than Mr Max.
Had the sushi and ramen for my lunch entree. Sushi had a nice presentation and tasted great. Nigiri was on the small side (both rice and fish). The ramen portion, on the other hand, was pretty big. The slices of pork had a deep, smoky, rich flavor. The half egg on top was hard boiled not soft boiled. Something was a bit off with the noodle texture, perhaps a little overcooked?”

“If you're looking for a sushi experience that goes beyond the traditional, this cozy little gem is an absolute must-visit. Tucked away in a quiet corner, this sushi spot offers not only top-notch sushi but also some truly unique dishes that elevate the dining experience. The atmosphere is intimate and inviting, with warm lighting and an open kitchen that lets you watch the chefs work their magic.
The Foie Gras Nigiri is a standout—rich, buttery, and perfectly seared, it pairs surprisingly well with the delicate flavors of the sushi rice and fish. It's an indulgent twist on the classic sushi experience that truly highlights the restaurant's inventive approach. For something truly decadent, the Foie Gras Sushi Roll is a must-try. The combination of tender foie gras, fresh fish, and just the right amount of seasoning creates a dish that's both comforting and sophisticated.”
“I recently visited Stop N Gyro, and I have to say, they are doing an outstanding job!
The restaurant is incredibly clean, making it a comfortable and inviting place to dine.
As for the food—absolutely delicious! Each dish is packed with flavor, and you can tell they put care into every meal they serve. If you're looking for a spot that combines quality with a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend giving Stop N Gyro a try.
They’ve definitely earned a spot as one of my favorites!”
“Great spot to get a margarita”
“Pretty cool little cafe / coffee shop in downtown Carrollton. The food is fairly basic, nothing fancy. The chicken salad sandwich was a big portion size and excellent. The breakfast wrap with ham (salsa on the side) was pretty good.
Don't go here expecting a full restaurant experience, though. Its basically a coffee shop that also serves breakfast/lunch food. You order at the counter then they call out names when each order is ready.
But, its an interesting and relaxed environment, reasonably low-priced food that can be ordered a la carte rather than as meals. We enjoyed the environment, the food, and an iced latte.”
“A Chinese-Korean chain restaurant that's originally from Korea! I get their mala rose tteok and fish roe rice balls. I love that I'm getting real overseas options rather than the commercial choices we have in the States!”

24 Hour Restaurants
“It was my 2nd time at this location. I was celebrating my GF's birthday week (not day, but week). Who does that? She's so cute. Service was good. We were greeted warmly, and I even received a compliment on my attire. The only issue was the pancakes (the world famous pancakes), they were a little on the cool side. The butter refused to melt. The server took them back to reheat them. Everything else was good after that. We ordered the 2x2x2 off the 55+ menu. AARP rules. Note: the 1% milk tasted like 2%.”
“Had an awesome experience thanks to the person that took my order as much that i actually decided to dine in for a change , the previous 3 times i was there the older lady behind the counter was very rude not just to me but to everyone that went through her always taking the order wrong and arguing with everyone about it . the person behind the register makes the experience go well from the start, i don't know the name of the person that was behind the register today but thank you you made my day.”

“I really like the army soup and the original flavor grilled pork ribs. The spiciness in the soup makes everything in it taste amazing. I really like the noodles and tofu in the soup. The pork ribs are crispy and delicious. It's enough to feed 4 people, but sometimes it's just me and my partner.”
“Yesterday was my birthday, so I had dinner with my family here tonight. I didn’t know that they offer birthday discounts, but they kindly informed us that if you have more than 6 people for the AYCE, you can get a birthday discount. I ended up getting a free meal! Even though the place was very busy, with most of their rooms and the hall full, they quickly served fresh food, which made for a wonderful experience. It has now become my family's favorite restaurant. The owner and servers were very friendly, and after our meal, they even gave us some pineapple for dessert, which we really enjoyed. The fish was incredibly delicious and of high quality, so we will definitely be back next week!”
“We’ve driven from Forney to Carrollton JUST for Goobne. Both times the owner was on sight with the best recommendations and customer service.
This is the best Korean Chicken I’ve ever tasted. We came on our Birthday and the owner made us feel extra special and remembered us from the last time we came in over 5 months ago. Highly recommend coming here as soon as you can!”
Takeout Restaurants
“Comfy cozy vibes.
I really enjoying taking myself here for a solo lunch date.
Services is very attentive and they noted when I was running low on my favorite side dish pickled radish and asked if I wanted more.
I really enjoy coming here and even though I usually get the number 8. I can’t wait to try more.”
“Our family of four stopped in for dinner last night to try out our new neighborhood spot and it was so good! The inside is nicely decorated and they have tables and floor tables for dining. The kids got a big kick out of sitting on floor pillows for dinner. The menu is extensive with Korean and Japanese items — including hibachi and sushi! Everything is reasonably priced and is meant to be a fast casual dine-in or takeout spot. So Carrollton folks — if you find yourself going to Sushi Kadan or another neighborhood joint — try this one out too! We have another spot for a tasty and healthy dinner. Kid friendly too! Support local!”
“Recommend to me by a friend. Went once on Saturday and then again on Sunday. They craft their boba pearls in-house and the flavors change every week.
I had both the classic brown sugar boba with the matching pearls (I believe the classic tapioca brown sugar pearl is always available).
The pearls had the best consistency of any I have ever tried.
The second drink I had was passion fruit green tea with added fresh fruit and peach flavored pearls. This drink was stand-out.
The service was excellent and the staff were knowledgeable.
There is an art wall where patrons leave drawings (stick-y notes and writing utensils provided by the cafe) and a claw machine. The days I visited, there were also vendors selling posters, stickers, and keychains inside.
There is ample parking.”
“Sweet, family-friendly, home-like, cozy atmosphere. Art on the walls you can purchase if you want. But then there are the bowls of delicious açai with toppings like fresh fruit and crispy granola. Or the avocado toast. Or a ginger health shot, smoothies, and the freshly ground almond butter. Delicious foods to enjoy, smiling service, and kindness. Seating available indoors as well as a small area in front. Books to read or games to play while you enjoy your treats. Wonderful!”

“I wasn’t expecting much at first, but as soon as I walked through the door, I was blown away by the pristine atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and the vibe was welcoming. My server, Britney, was incredibly patient and kind, making sure I had everything I needed without rushing me at all. I ordered the 5-piece mixed chicken, and WOW. I was not disappointed. The chicken was tender and packed with flavor, with perfectly crispy skin that added just the right crunch. All around, an easy 5 stars both for the delicious food and top notch service! I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“First time trying this restaurant and ordered it Togo with uncooked noodles to boil at home and it tasted amazing. Only downside is that I wished they clean the Dino Ribs better because the amount of times I took a bite of the food and soup, I get pieces of tiny bones stuck on my teeth and became unenjoyable at the point where drinking down the soup didn’t happen to be the best part of the dish. If they can fix that small mistake to double boil or clean thoroughly of the ribs or not boil them to long where it’s literally disintegrating, the dish would’ve been 5/5.
Overall, regular spicy is excellent for someone that can eat jalapeños regularly. Going to try extra spicy next time
I haven’t tried other dishes so maybe the Dino ribs might be the only dish to get bits of bones in the soup.”
“Located in a highly populated area which means longer wait times and difficult parking. We got lucky and was able to get a close parking spot to pick up our takeout order. Took 45 mins for it to be ready and was not hot when we got it since it sat out on the table along with the tons of other togo orders. At least it still maintained it's crunch I guess”
“Love their selection of sushi rolls, and that they include pictures for almost all of them! I love their lunch hour specials too. And the cherry blossom trees you get to look at inside is such a nice touch ✨”
“Very nice staff, clean facility, and great customer service. I had a reward and it was not working so the lady worked trying everything to get it to go through. Was very appreciative.”
Cheap Eats
“Came here on a Saturday night for a small dessert after having dinner in the area. Parking was pretty hectic in the shopping plaza, but finally found a spot after driving around. Shop was also crowded, but line moves quickly.
Look for the self-service kiosks to the left when entering. People were waiting for their orders there, so was hard to see at first. Kiosks allows you to order and customize exactly how you want. You enter your name and they'll call it when ready.
Soft serve was pretty authentic to what you'd receive in Japan. Smooth and creamy, but not overly sweet. Good place to come for Japanese soft serve.”
“The pancake is so good as their name "zzizim" means Korean pancake, we love the assorted pancake like treasure hunting, fun and flavory, but their pork belly is so dry and beef Korean bbq flavor too much ginger and sugary, not yummy. All the restaurant feeling sticky, the environment is not good.”
“This place was enormous. Not from the area, I I had never heard about it, but needed to hop on a quick meeting between checking out of my hotel and getting to the airport. This place has solid wifi, tasty food, and fantastic coffee.
I had the earl grey cake, which was all kinds of delicious. Sufficiently sweet with the subtle taste of tea - I loved it. I washed it down with an oatmilk iced latte which was definitely on point. Wifi was easy to access, there was plenty of seating, and the view of the production facility was awesome. Easy on/off access to the highway as well.”
“I came to the store today with my friend and ordered some drinks. It came out so quickly and I really love my drinks and so do my friend. The staffs were beyond nice and friendly and the events were super fun. A great boba spot at Carrollton! Love it.”
“I tried almost every korean fried chicken in dfw area and most of their quality had gone down quite a bit over time but i am always satisfied with this place. I really hope this place keeps its quality as it is forever.”
“The taste of Korean pasta you can get at a pasta restaurant in Korea. Even though it's Korean style, the carbonara was disappointing because it was too watery, and the spicy seafood pasta smelled like clams. I don't know if the garlic bread was provided as a service or if it was originally a sub, but it was given for free and I enjoyed it, but the quality of the pasta was worth 10,000 won. For example, at the level of a restaurant like Nippongnaepong. I visited because I missed Korean pasta, so it was a satisfying visit, but I don't think I would order pasta again after knowing the price. However, I would like to come during brunch time and try the brunch menu or soup again. The server was friendly, ordering was convenient because it was a pad order, and most of all, the food came out really quickly, so it took just 30 minutes to get to the restaurant In-N-Out.”
“My wife and I came here for the first time yesterday! Very comfy place with amazing, friendly service. Bulgogi (the best we’ve ever had) and the veggies the dish was served with, half & half fried chicken, & kimchi was all served quickly and all tasted incredible! Will definitely return whenever we come back to Dallas next.”
“The jokbal and bossam were SO soft! The sides were all sour and complimented the meat well. We did feel rushed to finish though when the time was approaching 10:00pm (closing time)…”
“Great food, staff had a few points where there was a lack of organizing who was doing what but they did work hard! Because of their efforts to make sure we had a great time I will definitely be back and will tell more people to go! The tea at the end is ?? perfect!!!”
“The food was great and Mira was fantastic service, highly recommend! ???”
“This place has the best Bengali cuisine prepared in special home-made style. Excellent Bengali cooking!!”
“The food was good! Would definitely recommend this is probably the closest thing to a proper boil that you can get in Dallas! Beware of parking the shopping center is so busy, it’s difficult to find a spot.”
“A grilled tripe restaurant that is difficult to find often.
Compared to famous Korean restaurants, there is nothing disappointing and it is not very crowded.”
“Wonderful food!! Waiter was awesome! I love this place. The beef ribs are the best!”
“Great food!! Hibachi Cabbage and spicy noodle is so good. And extra friendly staff. Will definitely go back soon.”
“Chef Hector is back and food is amazing!!! Wednesday Pasta Nights are exceptional (kids eat free) and Friday Steak Night's are a meat lovers dream! Haven't tried Brunch yet, but Hector NEVER disappoints, so I trust it is wonderful.”
“Excellent food , excellent staff. This is the way to run a restaurant. Job well done!”
“I visited Crazy BBQ last night, and it was a vibe! The atmosphere is chill and perfect for late-night hangouts with friends. It's an ideal spot for those coming from work who don’t want to eat at home. They’re open until 2 AM, so it’s bound to get busy as more people discover this hidden gem. If you’re looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy good food with friends, Crazy BBQ is definitely worth checking out!”
“Our server Alex was amazing. Celebrated my brother 32 birthday! We order crawfish crab salmon potatoes corn sausage. Drinks kids loves the vibe. My 12 year old son who doesn’t like going out. Was enjoying himself . Eating listnkng to a great playlist . It was a vibe. Can’t wait to go back. Our bill was expensive. But so worth it.”
“We had the best meal here last weekend. I ordered the seafood soup and didn’t realize it had pork in it. We don’t eat pork. Totally my fault. But the staff was so kind, they remade it for us without the pork and it was amazingly delicious. We also got the asada steak which was magnificent and the agedashi tofu which was also just perfect. Definitely recommend.”
“Great time great establishment everything was perfect food service and staff”
“the food was good. Service not so great. Waiter did not refill our drinks or come and check on us although we told him it was our first time there. they automatically added gratuity to our ticket. They charged adult price for our 10 year old because of her height!”
“We have worked with Nick several times on catering food and to host wedding events and he always exceeds expectations. Service and food is 10/10! He always gives such a generous quantity that even leaves us with leftovers for multiple days. I would highly recommend catering or hosting an event at Lal Quila”
“I stopped by here tonight for a light sashimi dinner. I had decided never to return due to poor service before, but I heard the ownership had changed, so I decided to give it another shot. The cashier could have been a bit more polite—it felt a bit unprofessional to take orders while texting on her phone.
I ordered the Sashimi Combo M and Mulhoe (spicy cold seafood soup). The mulhoe was perfectly seasoned, and the squid and shrimp inside were fresh and delicious. The vegetables in the mulhoe were also fresh, which added to the overall enjoyment. The sashimi combo had a generous portion, making it an amazing value for the price. The selection included salmon, flounder, sea bream, yellowtail, yellowtail belly, tuna belly, shrimp, tobiko, and octopus(I guess). Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared.
It was so good that I’m definitely planning to come back again!”
“GOD bless the owner of this place! ? About a 2 yrs ago we crossed paths near New Years. This amazing human offered to help my family when we couldn't help ourselves. He not only offered employment, but to be honest I think he is an angle that was sent by God to protect me from darkness. I could sense Something extremely strong and powerful from his aura. I really appreciate the insight on how to follow your dreams in the food industry. Your story was extremely inspirational and Im forever thankful for that. Wish you many blessings my friend ?”
“Always enjoy...love the veggies, talking over our individual steaming broth pots, adding spices and meat.. so good!
Vegetarian options: Not sure if they have a vegetarian broth.
Dietary restrictions: It is a buffet at hot pot, so you can choose what suits you.”

“There's a Golden Chick 1 minute from me, but due to there lack of good service, fresh food, and portions, I've chosen to drive 15 minutes away from my home to drive and dine at the Carrollton location. I'm so happy I found this location. The owner is very nice and constantly checks on his guests. I ordered the the 4-piece catfish combo and he gave me 6 pieces. Then, prior to finishing my meal, a team member came out with a basket of rolls, giving out free roles! I will always come to this store! Very grateful for their very kind service!”
“Absolutely fantastic food - their biryani is one of the best we had in ages. Chicken Mughlai, Palak Paneer were equally tasty, so were the Gobi Chilli. On the dessert front - Gajjar halwa was heavenly. Their service is great and their staff are friendly and strive to please.”
“I will never drive to Dallas for soul food again. This food tasted like my great grandmother's spirit was in her pots. Delicious.”
